Concerning the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. We are all guilty, the Middle East is a cauldron of war and violence. It’s been like that forever. In all recorded history.
This time is no different. We don’t want to make peace.
The thing is, to my experience. At the same time, the middle east is a place of angels and wisdom.
Will we be able to find wisdom in our generation?
It comes down to not dehumanizing our opponents.
All I know in the Middle East are good people, we just do not see that in each others.
We are all war weary. It is time to put the swords aside and listen to the commands of g-d. We all live by the same book and in that book. Shalom, as salaam, peace be upon you is written there; IDF, holy Christian warriors, mudjahedeen all know this, and yet we still have war.
G-d bless the will to see the world as it is; a land of proud warriors with honor on all sides.
