Peace in the Middle East

All right, so the Iran war has come down to; can we make a deal or not.

Well, we did make a deal when I was fighting Ahmedinjad with Barack Obama.

The JCOAP.

Most people didn’t know, but there was a lot of sparring going on behind the scenes, at that time.

It ended up being a deal.

There seems to have been a lot of bad blood between the Iranians and the Americans. Unsettled scores. Also between Israel and Iran.

It also seems, that the scores have been settled.

Americans are cowboys, and they work by the old rules. Blood for blood. As in the viking times.

Can we make a deal now? Hopefully, but it seems a little improbable. It will require the Iranians to step out of the blood feud and make peace.

What I also notice, is that the Arabs are suffering. That is not cool. We just made a peace process and now they suffer war. Especially the UAE, that is one of our closest allies.

It’s all part of the game, but the hurt is real.

We went in to support the Iranian people. But they didn’t rise to the occasion.

That is sad and bitter, but it is how things are.

We sacrifice, and are willing to do so. But it has to make sense.

Sometimes you win, sometimes you loose. This is a loss in the sense of the regime change motivation. But not a loss in the pay back department.

The basic question is; will it strengthen or weaken the long term interests of the Americans.

Right now, that is the peace plan. And it’s teetering on the edge.

G-d bless the will of the creator and may we make peace.
