Okay, let’s see if we can unentangle the mess that is currently the Islamic republic of Iran.

First of all, the reason why it is not working is the same as the problems that the Soviet Union had of problems. The construction is flawed.

Let my try and explain. There is a balance between cleric authority and the freedom of the people. In the current form, the conservatives have too much power and the people too little.

That is what the whole conflict is essentially about.

In practice it means that the power vested in the secret service by the clerics, needs to be released.

In this way, the people gain independence and is able to form political parties, say what they want and so on.

Ideally conservatism is a good thing. I am actually fighting for conservatism, so it’s is not as if I do not like conservatives.

But I do also recognize, that this is just one side of the coin. As I ascend the throne of Irael, I will be the conservative part. Making sure that traditional virtues are upheld and so on.

But I will NEVER touch the Knesset. It’s where the people express their ideas and ideals.

My role is to keep the virtues alive and well, not control anyone.

So, to make the Islamic republic work. You need to stop suppressing the people, and start the virtuous overseeing of the state.

Ideally the ephors or the overseers of a spartan state that is copied in the Islamic republic af the supreme leader, is the overseer of the STATE, not the people. Yes, it had the power over the crypteia, the secret service of Sparta. But the people were free. The crypteia didn’t bother the Spartans, they bothered the helots.

So in order for the current system to work, you need to reduce the suppression of the people and at the same time, keep overseeing the STATE.

Make sure the state is without corruption.

You have it reflected in the Supreme Court of the American Republic.

With this, the system will work.

WHO will be the ephors is really the debate. Obviously the shah is a contender and other.

But that is really what this is about.

I know there is the IRGC that is the fighters of the Islamic revolution, and they have to accept that the state will be much more democratic in function.

But I mean, the French helped you build the state, so maybe democracy is not such a bad idea after all.
