When I started the conservative renaissance almost twenty years ago, after the Mohammed cartoon crisis. The new, and I think, amazing thing about it, was that it was an Israeli and Jewish movement alongside conservatives.
EDL, Trump in the US, Meloni, Le Pen. The innovation was that Israel was the good guy, and that was a change, we are not really used to being the good guy. We are always persecuted.
But the point of it was, that it was a renaissance of the WEST, like in pluralis.
In the UK, it still is the engine of most conservatism and so as well in the US.
The fight for the nation, independence, keeping our head above water.
It’s working it now even had an economic philosophy and the guns are (mostly) directed against the right adversary; China (hopefully without real war), but it is a problem we need to work on.
My point is, it is as much a fight for Israel as it is for the US, for the UK, and its EXISTENTIAL. We are with our backs against the wall.
So we need to be smart about it.
Iran is an enemy, but it is only one among many. It’s a world spanning issue.
It’s going the right way, but we need to be careful.
This is not to criticize the war in Iran unfairly, I recommended it.
But there resources are not endless, and we are in trouble. So we have to be very careful.
G-d bless the will of the West, may we prevail.
