This tour is giving me some interesting inspiration.

It’s as if Hashem has an opportunity to inspire, and takes all the chances he has available.

Last night, I had another AMAZING conversation with an older gentleman from East London, who happened to have come to Jerusalem.

This elderly gentleman, a certain Jerry, was a Labourman AND a historian.

He was a working class man, brought up his family on hard work and labor, but had always been an avid historian, even got a degree from Cambridge. How about that.

But he had emigrated, even though he has this keen love of his country.

Why? Because, there are no jobs for his children in England. It’s miserable.

That is a heartbreaking story. An old craftsman with a keen sense of his country, just leaving, to give his children a shot at happiness. It brings tears to my eyes.

This is a direct message to the new PM of Britain. Jerry and his children should have a shot at getting a job, and making a living.

England should be reindustrialized. The working man should have a shot at happiness as well.

Maybe Jerry can come back to East London one day. The stories he could tell about the back yards of the houses there, his keen sense of his city, we need to make people like him thrive.

No more two tier, a level playing field for all. Also Jerry and his kids.

G-d bless the working class of Great Britain may they have a better life and a future.
