It seems to me, in the Iran/US peace process, that the Middle East has kind of lost their appetite for war.
This makes the negotiations even more precarious.
Anyway, both sides seems to center around the issue of TRUST. The Iranian administration is worried about the US attacking all of a sudden, and the American side is worried about a possible delay tactics in regards to the seperation of the issue of the Hormuz strait and the enrichment of nuclear material.
The only way to counter this lack of trust is to make guarantees that is based on some kind of authority.
What could be an idea is to perhaps make an incremental plan, with clear defined steps. So that both parties can regain some trust.
At the end of the day, the war makes little sense anymore. And by g-d, peace is better than war.
G-d bless the peace we CAN find.
