Concerning Israel. Here are my thoughts on the current affairs.

We HAVE to realize; THE WAR IS OVER. There will be skirmishes here and there, but the over all picture is clear. The war is at a stand still.

This MUST mean some kind of reassessment in the realm of politics.

I know that we are in the middle of an election, and there is a lot of debate. However, we have no more targets.

With this in mind, my proposal is to make a 180 degree swing and fuel all the branches of diplomacy with new energy.

Make a hard and sincere push for good relations to our neighbors.

It could definitely be done.

We should DEFINITELY not put our guards down, but instead of pushing with the defense, push with the diplomats.

Victim

There is a deeper realization I have made lately and perhaps this can be of use by the Israelis and Jews around the world.

I am NOT a victim.

I am, by some degree, but SEEING myself as a victim makes my decision irrational. Instead of doing rational choices, I keep reacting to the oppressor.

Now, instead of REACTING, lately I have just been IGNORING the threats and the provocations.

Still I am taking my own security VERY seriously. But I refuse to be baited into a prolonged conflict.

See? There are A LOT of people around the world, who wants our attention, one way or the other. If we just IGNORE the ones who doesn’t pose any real threat anyway. WE make rational, strategic choices.

It works.

It has really improved my political standing massively. I was almost going to the psych ward here one and a half months ago, now I am really secure.

NOT going into each every provocation, but CHOOSING, rationally, what to do. And often doing POSITIVE things really works.

I am NOT a victim, instead I am a political player as anyone else.
