All right, so how do we proceed from here. First of all, concerning Israel, I have to find a job in Israel, which is supposed to be extremely hard, but I will do my best.
Then, after that. After all the dust has settled, we have a new government and so on. Then what.
I think we should see this in a historical perspective. Israel is a brainchild of Europe. The national construction is European. It is a theoretical effect of the French Revolution, essentially. The founder of the political structure mr. Herzl, was a child to the romantic dreams of France at the time. Then Ben Gurion and Golds Meir were communist, Ron Pundak who were the driving motor behind the Oslo peace accords were Danish, and I am Danish.
All Europeans who are influential in the construction of Israel. Israel is the BEST of European thought, to be honest.
The thing is, there is a relationship between Europe and Israel that, if it is positive, brings both areas into a good development. In a sense it’s a collaborative effort.
Europe REALLY needs Isreal, we are falling behind technologically, Israel is at the forefront.
Israel has so much to give to Europe and vice versa.
Israel is essentially dependent on European development in terms of intellectual development while as Israel is the crown jewel of Europe. Where the best of our ideas are realized.
I hope that when we finally have peace, and we are back to normal, this can be continued in a fair and good development.
All of this animosity is not good for either of us.
G-d bless the positive relationship between Israel and European intellectualism. May we have peace.
