All right, so we are not really having any success in the current negotiations between Iran and the US, mediated by the Saudis.
Why?
Why is it, that we are unable to reach any kind of agreement?
It is because we are not really negotiating what is the NEEDS of each party.
The stop of nuclear proliferation is the need of the Middle East, not Iran or the Iranian people.
It’s very one sided.
So to reach an agreement, we need to UNDERSTAND the NEEDS of each party.
Here they are, with an explanation.
The Iranians administration, and to be frank, the Iranians all in all, need RECOGNITION. This is a deep and inherent need in the administration and in Iran. Iran has been tucked away for millennia. SEEING that great and illustrious people, is what Iranians crave.
And with the right means and opportunity, the state can be filled with philosophers and internationally recognized people again. The talent is there.
This can be done with Israel or the EU, or the Americans, maybe Russia or China.
RECOGNITION is the key.
That is the real bargaining chip the Americans have. Student arrangements, new tech and so on.
Then the Iranian PEOPLE. They will scream and rebel until they are free. There is no deal unless they are satisfied. The shah needs some kind of role as well.
We can try to bypass that part, but then we will never have peace.
Then there is the American/Israeli side. We need peace and security. Simple as that, including nuclear security.
These are the NEEDS of each party, to make a deal, each need needs to be met.
G-d bless the peace we CAN find.
