All right, so here is a possible plan for the current events;

1. We either depopulate Gaza, or make the largest and most secure buffer zone we can, dig AROUND the enclave and hold vigilance in the no go zone. So, that all tunnels are cut off. Alternatively, we make arrangements with some close by country to take in the Gazan Arabs, WITHOUT harming them. It’s the way things are done in the EU, we can just point to that. IF we end up with a long no go land, we DO NOT, settle it, it would defeat the purpose, it’s supposed to be a zone the Palestinian Arabs can’t reach, if we settle it, they can reach us. Problem solved either way. The key is to control access by making sure, there are no tunnels going in or out of the enclave.
2. We make peace with the Iranians, and include some kind of deal on Hezbollah. Alternatively we make a buffer zone there as well. Just to keep the tunnels out.
3. We REVERSE the conflict, enter into Trumps peace project, and help him realize that. He CERTAINLY deserves our respect and support. This will, hopefully, keep him in the video bloggers, podcasters and other of his media outlets, and he can win midterm elections. Which is extremely important to him.

With this we keep our wins, and reverse the negative perspective of us.

We are overstretched and our ressources may seem a plenty, but the PERCEPTION of us, are on the brink of tipping over to no friends at all in many places.
