The character of g-d

There is a lot of debate around the will of g-d. How do we explain this?

It’s off cause extremely difficult. But, one thing is for sure. It’s not an ownership by us Jews. We do not OWN g-d, we SERVE g-d.

But there is off cause a principle connecting between g-d and us Jews, because he litterally chose us in Egypt and with Abraham.

This however does not give Jews a free pass to just do whatever we want. On contrary, it’s a GREATER pressure on us. My personal experience is, that most Jews are actually really into doing good. I happen to work in this underground part of Judaism here in Denmark, and my friends are litterally angels fighting for the opressed, and they or we, are just immensely strong. I see this as the tools of G-d, we serve him, and he uses us to fight for freedom against tyranny. That is what g-d really wants.

Each spiritual being has character; Satan has character (a mean and nasty character), the angels have character, and they are actually very diverse. The polytheistic g-ds each have their own personality and so on. Odin, the war father is cunning and extremely strong and so on.

Now we, in the monotheistic camp, we fight under the banner of ONE g-d.

So what g-d wants, comes down to g-ds character.

That is easy to figure out; look at the Torah, the Bible, the Koran. How do he see things. Like in the flight out of Egypt, why did he support us Jews? Because we were opressed. G-d is a liberating force.

But he can be really mad from time to time, like in the cleansing of the world of Noah, or Sodom and Gomorrah. The ANGER of g-d is just awe inspiring.

He can be mad. He was mad on me for forgetting my calling as potential heir to the throne of Israel. Pretty mad.

That comes down to his view on nature. He fights for the weak and dispossessed. If people are tyrants, and the entire culture is corrupted, he will ultimately cleanse the land.

It’s real, just look at the West.

So, finding a way to accommodate G-d is often a pretty good idea.

G-d bless the will to UNDERSTAND g-d. May we have peace.
