So today it’s the Rebbes yahrzeit, celebration of his passing. The founder of Chabad, a Jewish organization that supports Jews all over the world.
I have been lucky in the sense that I have been under the wings of the Chabad, they have helped and supported.
It comes from the Rebbe, his vision of building where things were destroyed. He was a tzadik, and holy man, to help us in times of trouble.
After having been supported by the Chabad for some time, what I have noticed is the selfless nature of this mission, it comes from a place of purity.
He must have been an extraordinary person, and his legacy is still here. Chabad is growing and doing a lot of good.
Here is to the Rebbes yahrzeit, a celebration of an amazing individual whom Judaism rightly holds very dear.
I wish I would have known him in person. I know his type from my own work here in Denmark with the poor dispossessed, an angel walking amongst us, send by the g-d to guide us and keep the light shining.
G-d bless the will of the Rebbe, and may we hold his memory dear.
