In Judaism, we have had this ancient striving to rebuild the temple.
The thing is, it only requires one thing; peace with the Muslims. When we have that, we can make an arrangement and rebuild the temple.
That arrangement, is, seen from my perspective, very close.
I have a very good relationship to the Saudis especially, who are the leading Sunni Muslim religious country. But also the other Muslim countries.
What we need is peace, a working peace arrangement. After that, the ground is laid out for an arrangement including the Temple Mount.
This is really how close we are at rebuilding the temple. It’s NOT a distant dream, it is right at our grasp.
And that is a cause for celebration.
G-d bless the rebuilding of the third temple. May Israel live for an eternity.
