New ways in 2024

January 12th, 2024 No comments

Ok, I have to be honest with you my readers here.

There is a kind of a new dynamic, that has come into my work. The dynamic of you paying me for my help.

It kind of started with the Danish government, that gave me the TV station; TV Frihed. And it is now continuing with the EU offering med the opportunity to fund projects within the framework of the EU funding system. Abu Dhabi is also offering help through one of the funds of his Majesty Prince Zayed.

So, this dynamic is new, and it is what it is.

At the core of any kind of business or work, there is that point of getting payed.

It has some negative consequences off cause, that I am trying to alleviate. Often if you get payed by one side, the other side starts to wonder if you are with them.

I will have to find some kind of balance to that, and I am open to for all projects of any kind.

There are limits off cause. I will only work with things that are good for humanity, and does not bear negative fruit. I also do not pick sides.

There is some work I will do, because I think it is important. Like helping Joe Biden, because he is a friend.

But there is this dynamic, and it will increase.

G-d bless the will to be honest about how things are working, so that all have a level playing field in relation to my workings.

The Success of ms. von der Leyen

January 11th, 2024 No comments

Ok, in the light of mr. Chirac’s passing away, is there a learning we can take from his tenure?

He was a man of the middle. Politics is about finding the middle, and work from there. Why? Because, from there you can work with both sides.

Looking at ms. von der Leyen and her politics, you can see the footprints there. She works with the right wing in an anti migration stance, and at the same time with the left wing in a Green Change direction.

This may have been inspired by the massive success by the former government of the Socialdemocrats here in Denmark, who did exactly that.

We have changed constellation in Denmark, and that has been less than successful.

The point is, ms. von der Leyen found the middle between the demands of the right, and the demands of the left.

To have success you have to be able to find the middle and work with both parts of the cabinet.

The same was the case with Barack Obama, who did a lot of amazing work in the line of Martin Luther King and Change and at the same time fought Isis.

In other words, it is a matter of balance.

Now, this success is good, and as they say; if it work don’t fix it.

So, it is not a criticism to ms. von der Leyen, it is to understcore the reason for the success.

G-d bless the will to find success for the European Union.

The European Union

January 10th, 2024 No comments

Ok, I have been reflecting a bit on the EU, and here are some of my reflections.

First of all, the European Union needs an identity. It does not have an identity right now. Mr. Jaques Chirac was a brilliant politician, making that balance between right and left in his reforms. But it still does not make an identity.

What is an identity? An identity is the life of an organism. It is the soul of an organisation.

For the individual it is the same, it is the reflection of the soul on the outside.

As a consequence of this insight, what is really the need of the European Union right now? It is to try and formulate what its identity really is.

As I have come in contact with the European Union, my experience is, that it is actually grossly underrated. The help the EU has given me, was from a part of itself, that was good.

What is this part, what is it? It is the humanistic, renaissance part of the EU.

It is the core of goodness, that is in the EU. That is really the identity of the EU.

Democratic humanism. As formulated in many ways.

So that is the vision; to spread the wings of true humanism.

So, that is what I will try to contribute with in my workings with the EU.

I will also work with Green Change, especially reforesting.

But that vision of the EU is much deeper, it goes all the way back to the Dutch Rennaissane, the French Rennaissance, the Danish Renaissance, the Spanish Renaissance and the Italian Renaissance, at least, and then off cause goes to Kant, and further to the great polish thinkers. Not to mention the Habsburgs.

Anyway, finding a way to formulate that identity is really the core work.

G-d bless the will to find a path of beauty and good for the EU.

Thank you queen Margrete D. II

January 3rd, 2024 No comments

Well, our beloved queen has abdicated, it is both a day of great sorrow and a day of great joy. Great sorrow, because we REALLY loved the queen, and great joy, because we have a new king.

This is a difficult time at best, to steward the kingdom of Denmark, but they are doing a crack job of it. They are REALLY good, so for me, I hope, that they will be at their best, and I will do my best to support that.

Then, as we have friends all over the world. I know, that there are conflicts between our friends, and they are difficult to overcome, but just know, that we are doing our best to support all of those, who are our friends, in Denmark and around the world.

We hope, that our sincere friendship, will give you an opportunity to feel, that we are here for you, when you need it.

G-d bless the will to be friends in an ever changing world.

Humanity

December 31st, 2023 No comments

The world is torn apart by war and strife. In the Middle East, in the Eastern European countries, within our different creeds, philosophies and families.

In the ancient times, in the Pelleponesian war, it was a time like this. Neighbor hated neighbor, families were divided over strife.

What do we do in such a situation?

As I see it, we remember who we are. We are human beings. We are sacred beings of light.

This may sound a little preposterous. But, at the end of the day, we are all just human beings, and the different is not so wide between us.

Maybe if we can remember this a little in the new year. We can find a way to lower our anger at bit. See each over the battle pits for what we are.

I am not saying, that we should be naive, and off cause we should defend ourselves. But we still have to remember, that we are all human beings.

G-d bless the will to see ourselves, for what we are. Human beings.

Progress in Europe

December 30th, 2023 No comments

Well, there seems to be an appetite for dialogue across the European Union. The peoples of the European Union wants to be heard. So, at least to the aim of revitalizing the EU as a political project that is a good thing, we need to do some dialogue.

We have to be a little careful though, it has to be a very controlled development. These things have to be done in a very respectful and responsible manner.

We have to touch base with the leading lights of Europe, hear all the other philosophers out. What are their inputs, and we also need to hear the politicians on their input.

We can make a Trier style reform in terms of economical development, as Barack, Joe and I have done in the US. But we have to think it through.

There are a number of amazing thinkers in Europe, and we need to get their input.

Also, we need to build on the success we have already.

I have been instrumental in a blazing endeavor within green energy, a process that may just end up making Europe energy independant.

We can build on that, and spread the investment into the car industry. Right now German car industry is tanking due to my good friend mr. Musks brilliance.

But, I have a few tricks up in my sleeve, and I will be happily competing a bit with Elon, with FULL respect for our long internet friendship.

One thing you have to figure out, is to make a USER FRIENDLY car system.

Right now the Tesla is an electric car, but to be honest, the electric part is what drags the car down, what drags it up, is the USER FRIENDLY IT system that runs the car.

German car industry should stop looking at the electric part of the equation, and start looking at making, and I repeat for those who haven’t gotten the message USER FRIENDLY system in their cars.

BMW, VW and the other car producers should build on their own strengths, but we need to do some catch up in the computer area.

Get some of the best it guys from silicon valley and start doing the work.

And, and this is a possibility for the EU, we need to invest on IT.

G-d bless the will to boost European democracy and economical progress. G-d bless the peace we will find at the end of this, with all our neighbors.

Happy new year

December 29th, 2023 No comments

So now it is new year, and Christmas is over. A time of reflection on “what is next”. For me, I just wanted to give my sincere appreciation to all of those, who have helped me over the year. For me, it has been a horrible year, but when you are in trouble, you get to know who your friends are. Now I know, who my friends are, and that is a good thing.

In the tale of Israel, the unity that I have tried to foster, has been shaken by rifts. That is the bare truth of it. Can we overcome those internal rifts? I hope so, but it is a very grave problem.

At the other hand, I do have good friends in other places, you know who, and thank you for having my back in a difficult time. I am trying to figure out a way to repay the favor. You know who you are, and what you have done. Thank you guys, so much appreciated, you just have made a true friend.

So, that is 2024 coming up, hopefully a year with progress. A year where we can build instead of tearing down, and hopefully a year where mr. Biden will win the election. That is going to be the big issue, that I will be focusing on, among other things. Also the European Union, and how we can make it work much better.

So, there are a lot of interesting issues, and hopefully we can make them work a bit better.

Merry Christmas and a happy new year.

G-d bless the will to find a constructive way in this world, g-d bless the peace we may find.

The will of the people

December 28th, 2023 No comments

When we talk about the direction of the European Union, we need to, I think, to understand what it is.

The federal level is, at its best a republic. That republic reflects its citizens. BUT, and this is really the crux of the matter, we need the citizens to have some kind of relation to the Republican congregation.

How do we do that?

We do it by seeking a higher purpose.

Plotinus, the late greek/roman philosopher, believes, that there is an ideal state of being, that is perfect, a higher good, if you may.

What is the higher good of the European Union?

We should ask ourselves this question, and if we manage to answer that question, there may be a path to understanding the very meaning of the European Union. As I understand the Eastern European countries, they are asking themselves that very question. What is the virtues and values of the Union. What do we strive for?

In answering this question we may find a path to a set of amendments, by the people.

G-d bless the will to understand the will of the people.

Do as we preach

December 28th, 2023 No comments

The architect of the European Union mr. Jaques Delors is not with us anymore. May you rest in peace, mr. Delors.

As a consequence of this, and as a general effect of a union that has changed over the time, we need to take new steps, in order to embrace and support the legacy of mr. Delors.

How do we do that?

We do it by founding our new way of seeing the European Union on the virtues and values of the master architect.

The aim of the European Union is to make Europe prosper, be free and in peace.

For this to work, the banner of Democracy must be unfurled all over the Union.

How do we do this?

We do it by doing it. We make Democracy by doing Democracy. By taking steps OURSELVES in the direction of a more intertwined and more shared belief system.

But we have to do it, in practice. The dialogue that is the bred and butter of Democracy must be practiced. So that people share ideas and just basic understanding across the Union.

So this is really the new process, as I see it. We need to do what we preach. Democratic Humanism, is about sharing thoughts and ideas across the aisle.

We have to find those aisles in the European Union that is not in the center, but between each state, and reach across them. Make Swedes speak with Danes and Germans speak with the French.

With this, true Democracy is applicable and possible.

But we have DO AS WE PREACH.

G-d bless the will to reach across the aisle, and may 2024 be a year of preaching as we are doing. G-d bless the peace we will find in the wake of dialogue.

Green Change

December 22nd, 2023 No comments

Ok, there are some good news, among all the bad news, that I have wanted to share.

As I mentioned earlier, I was approached by the EU, and they have been absolutely amazing in trying to help me with some of the things I have been working with. I have been working quite extensively with green Change, that is Carbon dioxide capture but growing forests, and green energy in the process of capturing energy from renewable sources and using them in especially maritime movements.

Add to this, I have been approached to perhaps make a better inclusion on Eastern Europe. We have some strong traditions of Democracy here in Denmark, perhaps we can share this with East. With an absolute respect for the East, off cause. There is Ukraine as well, that needs some support.

My own ambition, to add to this, is to make some enlightened debate across Europe, so that some of the Agendas, that are in the specific countries merge and we make a pan european debate.

This is possible to progress with in the new year, it will take some ressources. I have to travel around and talk to people, and relay these conversations with the public. But it is not much, and it is possible to fund these endeavors within the framework of the EU funding system.

So, these are my thoughts. I have touched ground with my friends with the green sector, and they seem more than open to continue the development funded by the EU, so things are moving in a very positive direction.

I just wanted to let you know.

Merry Christmas everybody, and happy Hanukkah.

G-d bless the will to do good with a range of ideas to make a better and more sustainable world.

What now?

December 19th, 2023 No comments

Well, the thing is, that what we are up against in this war, is not just the physical fight, it is more the moral fight.

Potentially this will lead to a kingdom og Jerusalem, and we all kind of have a hard time wrapping our heads around that.

Let me try, and shed a bit of light over that subject.

First of all, being chosen by g-d does not mean, that you do not have say in that choosing. For me, I could just step away, don’t bother, do my life. To be honest, my life is heading in a positive direction. I am probably going to do SOME production in Easter Europe, to support the Democratic development. I am also going to work in forest issues, making green change.

That is really all I care for, it will be a good life.

But then, as we have just seen, I am intrically bonded to Israel and the Jewish people. When I fall, Israel falls with me.

Why? Because in the eyes of everybody else, this is my role.

So I could bail, but just imagine the fall out. It would, potentially, mean the end of Israel. And if I get in there and do my job, we win, we are united and strong.

See?

It is not as if I get a lot of money or anything else from this work. It is a sacrifice. I give you unity and progress, and I expect nothing in return.

So we can talk about it, or whatever. The fact of the matter is, that somehow I ended up here, and I am not going to put lives in danger. I am a Jew myself, my family went through the Holocaust.

If I have opportunity to help that from not happening again, I will.

But, and this I really mean, I am not in it for the money or that fame. It does not matter.

G-d bless the will for Israel to survive.

Red lines

December 17th, 2023 No comments

Well, there seems to be some kind of development in the negotiations of Gaza. BUT, and honestly, in this I REALLY support mr. Netanyahu in pushing for a more realistic development.

I absolutely agree, that the push is necessary. If we dont push, there is nothing to negotiate with.

But, and that is really, really important as well. We need to be clear about our red lines.

What is it, that we will not back down from. Here again I am absolutely in agreement with mr. Netanyahu. We need to make sure, that the 7´th of October does not happen again. We do that, by making sure, that Hamas is not able to throw bombs over the fence anymore, that is demilitarisation.

How and what with the state, will have to be discussed, and there are options. But to me, the absolute red line is, that Hamas teeth needs to be pulled out. This is not about the civilians, not about any kind of settlement on who and how Gaza is ruled. It is about making sure, that we do not meet another 7´th of October, and we only do that, if Hamas does not have the capability to make it.

G-d bless the ultimate peace, we have find after we are through this horrible war.

Democratic Gaza?

December 16th, 2023 No comments

Ok, this is the situation in all its grimness.

There seems to be no appetite for a war, where we dismantle the infrastructure of Hamas, and put them underground.

The result of this, is a slow moving war, that will end up in a stalemate.

The Gaza press is moving the world around slowly.

It will be around two to three weeks.

After that, we will begin discussing the peace, the Americans cannot accept an islamist government, it will gun for a Martin Luther King like state, where the citizens of Gaza will be protected by civil rights, just as everywhere else in the Middle East in the Arab spring.

BUT, and this is important, we need security affirmations. We need to know, that we will be safe, so we should put ALL our interests into making that sure.

So, it will be some kind of democratic institution.

It can work, it works here in Denmark, it has worked in Tunisia, but safe to say, the islamists, and Hamas are islamists, prefer a califate.

So the whole democratic/islamist discussion will revolve around that.

We should be realistic about this, and plan accordingly.

G-d bless the will to be sincere and aim for as stable arrangement as possible. G-d bless Israel.

Adaptation

December 14th, 2023 No comments

Ok, this is the last day of Hannukah, and here is what it means, in modern terms.

First of all, we need to learn from the Maccabees. What did they do? They fought with few numbers against an enemy that was vastly superior. What did that force them to do? It forced them to use their intelligence, and pray to spirit. In a Jewish way off cause, they were HELPED by spirit. What does that mean?

It means, that beneath the fighting and destruction is a more important fight, the fight for good against evil.

The MORAL fight is the most important.

Then they applied strategy. How do you do strategy, when you are a small and outnumbered force? You do it by adapting to the situation.

This is a good parable that we can use today. Because are we adapting to the situation?

We are fighting a groundwar, where the territory is on the hands of our enemies.

So we need to adapt, but that takes time, and we have not very much time.

So what do we do? We change the territory. We do that, by forcing Hamas down in the tunnels. When we have control of the surface. Which we can have, by simply demolishing the infrastructure of Hamas (without hurting any civilians), then the territory is different.

We are not forced to fight in urban areas anymore, just fighters coming out of the tunnels.

In terms of rule, that is the end of Hamas.

Maybe they will survive in the tunnels for some time. But after the initial victory, it is essentially police work left, and that is not war.

That is how you adapt.

G-d bless the will to finish this war. And there may be more adaptations coming up.

The last stand of Hamas

December 12th, 2023 No comments

Ok, this is the situation. We are, slowly but progressively crawling down south. We are winning, albeit at a great cost in terms of men and infrastructure. Gaza is getting torn apart.

But, that is the way war is, unfortunately.

At the good side, the UN seems to be put out of commission, more or less. Giving me the role as a kind of negotiator.

I will do it, to the best of my ability.

First of all, I think we should treat the soldiers of Hamas better when they surrender. We should not humiliate them. That is not the way of a just war. So, when they put down their arms, they should be treated with the dignity you would show a serious opponent in war.

As Saladin did, and Cyrus the great.

When Alexander won over his foe Xerxes, he caught the family of Xerxes. When he caught the princesses, he treated them with dignity.

Valor in war is also treating your foes with the dignity they deserve.

I have been humiliated by the Danish system, but I do not hold thoughts of revenge and so on.

At the end of the day, our civility is what people will see.

Then there is the endgame. The endgame will be long, so we do not have to stress too much about that. The ideas as to work the peace, have, more or less settled in specific lines of thought, and as I can see it, we have the opportunity to make some kind of arrangement that makes us safe in the long run. But off cause this is a negotiation we have to take when it is all over.

Right now, we need to focus on the last stand of Hamas.

G-d bless the will to find some kind of more stable arrangement after this war.

The King

December 9th, 2023 No comments

Ok, I have reflected a bit more on the whole Messianic issue.

Seriously. We need to understand what that role implies, in this world. I know, that we are in the middle of a war, and maybe I should have broken the issue after the war, but we need to be prepared for that outcome as well.

But let’s have a look at it.

The king of the Jews will be, in this day and age, a copy of the Danish queen.

The Danish queen does not meddle with the political life. She stays behind the castle walls, and appears once a year in a speech the people.

But, and this is very important, still is the head of the armed forces.

This again is important, to make sure, that the police and the military is uncorrupted and has the necessary support in terms of MORAL support. In Israel it is very much different, because we fight all the time. But in times of need, the king will appear, support the troops, and show that example of bravery and integrity.

At the same time, the king of the Jews is an international institution of peace.

It is the UN. The UN does not work anymore, so we need someone else to take care of the needs of nations around the world.

That is really the political point of the whole the Mosiach being a peace maker. We are supposed to, as per written by the prophets to be the nation, that knits together all the other nations. Effectively being the pedagogue in the kindergarten of Nations. Because, to be honest, it is very often a bit of a kindergarten. So someone needs to be the one to make sure everybody are happy, and fighting is kept to a minimum. In these days, where the internet knits the whole world together, and the nations therefor can communicate, we need that role to be present.

So I am that role, whether we like it or not.

But it is, by prophecy, supposed to be a part of Israel as an international peace keeping institution.

One more thing. The king is also the leader of the religious institutions of the Jews. That is not going to be easy, let me be honest about that. But, as I see it, we have an opportunity to progress Jewish theology a bit further. Solomon was famous for teaching with 3000 parabels. I have proven the existence of G-d. So, each king has his forces in terms of theology.

When we get to the balance between parliament and the royal house. Please remember, that I LIVE in a kingdom. The fairytale kingdom of Denmark. So I know how these things work. In Denmark, which is also a one chamber system, there is a sound and even respect between the royal house and the Folketinget. The Folketinget, which, by the way, was the template for the Knesset.

So, and this is very important to say out loud and clear, just as his majesty King Charles did at his coronation; I wholeheartedly support the democratic institutions. I have bled for democracy, and will still do that, over and over again. So off cause, I will not curb the powers of the political parties. I am a political philosopher, so I guess the parties of the Knesset can be inspired by my ideas, but I will NEVER meddle in the affairs of the Knesset. At times of national peril, as the 7´th of October, I will carry you, support you, make you whole. But I will 110% respect the democratic process.

My role, as a king is mainly symbolic, but a VERY powerful symbol of peace and my role is to support the Jewish people as well as the troops in all its facets.

G-d bless the will to find peace, at the end of this fight.

The Just war

December 8th, 2023 No comments

The war is fought, on our side, with ethics, integrity and force.

On the other side, it is fought with civilians as shields, from kindergartens and has a horrible element of abuse of young women.

This is the fact, and it does not have anything to do with islam. Islam forbids the use of civilians in warfare, as well as any abuse of women.

So in that sense it truly is a fight between good and evil. Not just on an ethical level, but also on a more spiritual level.

Good is to, in warfare, focusing on the soldiers and trying to get civilians out of the way.

There is actually honor in combat.

If you fight dishonorably, you do not have spirit on your side. Then you have something else on your side.

We should therefor be very, very careful as to our actions, and we are. To the expense of speed and efficiency.

But we do it the right way.

G-d bless the will to do things according to the spirit of a just war.

Endgame II

December 7th, 2023 No comments

Ok, these are my reflections regarding the situation in Gaza. We need to be realistic about the outcome.

We do not have international support for a complete remigration of all of Gazans, so we need to realize the fact, that Gaza will still be populated by the palestinians after the war, as the West Bank.

The West Bank however is relatively quiet, no weapons caches, tunnels, rockets fired. Why? Because Israeli police and MP makes sure, that that can not happen.

So even though most Palestinians WANT to fight Israel, they can only do it, if they have the weapons to do it. So, in practice, demilitarizing Gaza, would effectively make it impossible for Gazans to fight Israel.

So it is a practical solution to the problem.

Would the Israeli police be a terrible source of oppression? Well it does not seem to be that in the West Bank, so why would it be any different in Gaza?

There is the question of the last hostages. I get it, they are in real danger now. But unless Hamas has some kind of incentive to hand them over, they won’t. So we need to give them that incentive.

One could be some kind of amnesty (for the soldiers) so that they get some kind of relief if the hand over the hostages. Effectively trading with the soldiers for the lives of the hostages.

That is a bargain.

We have to be precise, and predictable in what we do. We can promise some kind of relief, if Hamas hands over the hostages.

With that, we are optimizing our chances for success.

Stay on course, we are getting closer, and closer to victory.

G-d bless the peace, we will have after the war has been won.

Endgame

December 7th, 2023 No comments

Ok, the situation is like this. We are very close to winning. It is hard, and the fighting takes a toll. But look at the things on the ground, we are almost dominant on ground.

Then we have to initiate the discussion post winning.

It is really quite simple. We need to control the security of Gaza, as we do in the West Bank.

The PA may be able to administer the public funding of the administation and do the organizational things, for an administration to work.

This is a state, in the sense, that PA controls everything apart from security.

If we do this. We don’t have the problems we have right now from Gaza. If Hamas tries to set up shop again in Gaza, we can put an end to that.

The continued fighting has the aim as to neutralize Hamas as a threat to Israel. But the aim is not to harm the rest of the population in Gaza. As long as we are ok with security in terms of physical threat, we are ok.

How would that work?

If Turkey and Qatar are in disagreement, please advance some kind of alternative.

G-d bless the will to finally find peace in and around Israel.

The king?

December 6th, 2023 No comments

Ok, so, essentially the brass around the world see what I do here at Rubicon as a messianic thing.

That has been going on for ten years.

It will continue as long as I can make the blog run.

The question is, essentially, do we move further? Now would be the perfect time. We are united, we are winning a war, the wind is in our sails.

BUT, what would we do, and why?

To be honest, there is a lot to be said for the situation as it is. I get to live a more or less private life here in Denmark, and my kids live a normal life.

I get to contribute to the world in a peaceful and very constructive manner.

BUT, there is the obvious downside, that it is a pretty unstable situation, as we have just witnessed. 7´th of October could have been avoided, if my life didn’t turn out to be a mess, honestly.

So I need stability to function and contribute.

Then what would be the next step we could take, to solidify the situation?

The obvious answer would be institutions. We could build a castle, change the constitution to include a king or a queen. And ultimately build a new temple on the temple mound.

This is an option. But we need to have a clear look at that option as well. What does it present us as positives and negatives. The obvious positive is, that it could further the peace work that is the institution of the king of Israel. We could make world peace.

AND it would solidify the existence of Israel. Right now, the situation is precarious at best, and if I hadn’t taken action after the 7´th October, we could have lost. That is the bare, naked facts.

Having a king in Israel, is a good thing for Israel. I could be in direct communication with the generals, and know what was going on in terms of security.

Also it could bring a new stability to the political process. The conservative influence a good king has on the political process, that of trying to uphold spiritual virtues and morale, is important. The balance between parliament and king is valuable, if it works.

Usually a dynasty will work, as long as the heir is qualified, and we have an heir. She is most qualified. She doesn’t know it yet, but she is a wonderful, stable, beautiful person.

BUT, right now the leaders of the world know and respect my work here at rubicon.dk. People of the world does not know me. So, what happens, when and if we make the situation more stable, and build institutions around it?

That remans to be seen, and we have to take it step by step.

But, there is the option to solidify the situation, and you are more than welcome to have your say. What about the Israeli people, would you like this new development? The Knesset? The political leaders?

I am all ears, and we need to turn our situation to a more stable situation. But how we do that, is up to a discussion, and I am all ears.

G-d bless the will to find peace in the world.

The good capitalist

December 5th, 2023 No comments

Well, there is a thing, that might filter in, into the presidential campaign that mr. Biden is doing right now.

Warren Buffet is a great capitalist. I mean, he must be, with all the money he has made. But he does not really seem like a bad person. In fact he really seems like a very, very nice person. He cares about ethics, and he does not show off. In fact, one would argue, that he is a good person.

This is important to understand from a liberal perspective. You can gain success by sucking on the poor, but I does not have to be like that. You can actually be a good businessman and at the same time have morals.

In fact, I would argue, that a sincere sense of ethics is quite important if you are to be a success in the long run. There is only so far you can get by lying and stealing, and it catches up on you eventually. The advise; to treat other people the way you want to be treated yourself, is not such a bad advise.

But it does also reflect back on what you would call Bidenomics, that of making business where worker and industrialist work together to make wealth for the country.

There are actually cases, where we need to fight for better living conditions. But when you have a guy like Warren Buffet at the helm, a good guy, there is ALSO time for cooperation and lifting in unison.

We have to be honest about this, manufacture is not only that of a fight in between worker and capitalist. Warren Buffet manages to make a good contribution to society, while making a buck or two for himself.

Capitalism is, if it is to work, resting on a good man.

G-d bless the will to see from theory, and understand praxis.

The war

December 5th, 2023 No comments

Well, we have to figure out, what to do with the world, as soon as this war has ended.

What are really the teachings we can get from this conflict. I know that it is not over, and there are a lot of dangers ahead. We could still loose, if we are not playing our cards with care.

But as the stream of actions go, we are winning.

So, if this constellation keeps in place. We are in a good spot.

So what are the things to take away from this conflict?

First of all, and this is a thing, that I have tried to postpone for a long time, but it is needed to be said. Israel is bound by fate to its king.

That is the way Israel works. Right now, at this very moment, there is only one candidate to the throne, and that is me.

I know, that that may sound preposterous. But I mean, the tradition is, that the David was living in a cave, before he became the number one king of Israel.

I am, pretty much, living in a cave right now, so there is a parallel for the historically interested there.

Secondly, the fact of the matter is, that when I do not keep my attention to Israel, things unravel. I am, partly, to blame for the detoriation of Israeli politics, that led to 7 th October. I were doing other things, had my tv station, working on environmental issues, and so on.

All good things, that a king of Israel is supposed to do, bringing peace to the world. But I kind of left politics in Israel to the side, leaving Israel exposed.

When the sh.. hit the fan, and I got fired, and consequently harassed, things went really bad.

But, when I tried my best to make things right, we started flourishing again. We are now a united people, under one banner and stronger than ever. The IDF is blazing ahead, and we are winning every contest.

So, like it or not, my fate is bound to Israel.

And the other way around, Israel is bound to my fate.

But before you start phantasizing too much about the prospect of having a king. I guess, I have been the king for a long number of years, but before we start elevating that thought. Let’s be realistic about the threats to that situation. Because what happens, if the kings falls?

I almost fell, and that was the incentive to the 7´th October.

I am still here, I survived, but I can, by no serious measure in terms of security to Israel, and myself, be put I danger. I am kind of like the king in a chess game. If I fall, the game is lost. If I live, we are in good terms.

So, and this is really important. I need to be shielded.

That means, I need to be protected, so that I, at the other end of the deal, can shield Israel.

This means, that a fraction of the cyber ressources, that are used in the war, needs to be put into my protection. I know, that is a lot to ask, and I know we are in a middle of a war. But you cannot loose me.

Also, we need to think about physical risks. I am, right now, only targeted with cyber means, but that may not be all.

So, there is a physical element to the protection as well. That includes the princesses.

But we need to do it covertly. We cannot start making too much of a fuss about it. But, you need to address the fact, that you have a king, and you need to protect him, and his family. If things pan out, as I think they will, we need an heir. And we actually happen to have a very good candidate, she just does not know yet, and she shouldn’t be subject to that pressure.

Anyway, this is the direction, that the war is flowing. All in all, a lot of good things can still come out of it, and we are not finished. But there is a true chance for peace at the end, not only in and around Israel, but all over the world.

I can continue my work, as a philosopher, supporting the constructive development of the institutions of the world. From Israel.

Imagine that.

G-d bless the peace we may find, and g-d bless the troops of the Israeli army. May we prevail.

The last stand of Hamas

December 4th, 2023 No comments

Ok, this is the situation, we have won. As long as Hamas only option is to use hostages to make deals, and not do any kind of real action. Then we have, by all kinds of meters, won.

What we are looking at, is, essentially the sweep up of the last forces in Gaza.

How do we do that?

We do that by taking control of the territory as fast as possible. As long as Hamas do not have an incentive to trade hostages, as they do not now, they won’t. But if we take all territory above ground, and all they have left is the tunnels, they have incentive to trade again.

So it is time for decisive and swift action, until Hamas has some kind of motive to trade.

Also we need to give the remaining fighters an exit plan.

We need them to know, that if they surrender, they will have some kind of future. There is no future for them IN Gaza, but a fresh start somewhere else, where they can’t reach Gaza is an option.

I get it, that the leadership is not given this chance, but the footsoldiers, should have a way out.

With these measures, we are giving the soldiers a way out, and at the same time optimizing our chances of getting the last hostages out.

It is a simple game of leverage.

If Hamas has a motive to exchange hostages they will. If not, they won’t. So we need to apply as much pressure as possible.

We also need to give access to supplies for the citizens of Gaza. Especially those who are displaced. Give them food, shelter and good living conditions. This is to be humane, and also show that we listen to mr. Biden, who has been supporting us for a long time.

G-d bless the will for a swift victory. We may not be able to get to all the tunnels, but we will be able to hold the ground, so that supplies will run out eventually, effectually leaving a siege battle at hand.

The EU

November 30th, 2023 No comments

One of the issues, that I have been prodded to try to take an angle on, is the EU.

What are we going to do, with that construct, and how are we going to make it work.

To be honest, I have not really been a great fan of the EU, but we can make it work, if we do things the right way.

Since I have been kicked out of Danish politics in a pretty mean way, I guess, we can then shift gears, and see things from a new perspective.

So I have seen things from a state level, what about the federal level?

I have worked, for a long time with the federal level in the US, and am actually getting somewhere in terms of business and economy. Mr. Biden is swinging the economy around by going back to his union roots. He is doing it pretty well, actually, and I guess that is a lesson we need to think about. How are we going to make a valid impression on business, to make it work? We do it by stopping the outsourcing and insourcing the economy again. It works in the US, and it will work in EU as well.

Then there is another issue, that I have ponderede a bit. What EU really lacks is a public discussion across the nations of the EU.

I have actually delivered a proposal for such a project, using rubicon.dk as a vehicle for cross national dialogue. We are going to make that, but it takes a little time, to get there.

We need to make people feel, that everybody has some kind of voice in the development of the federal level.

There are pressing matters as the growth of the EU and the new plans for an army.

But, to be honest, what the EU really lacks is not new arms or institutions, it needs the public approval of the citizens of the EU, and it needs to be accepted by the citizens of the EU.

How do you make that happen?

By bringing value to each nation, that the citizens can see makes sense.

That is really the key.

G-d bless the peace we can find with a good European Union.

Henry Kissinger

November 30th, 2023 No comments

Mr. Henry Kissinger has just passed away, at a high age. The Holocaust survivor. The generation, that saw things through the lens of the second world war.

What are the new things, that are beginning to emerge from that post naziwar?

Well, not much, to be honest. It is, essentially the same mechanism that are at work, but it therefore also the same solutions we have to find.

What did mr. Kissinger bring to the world, in his tenure as an advisor?

He brought stability to the world, through the understanding of the mechanisms of the world. Being a valid, intelligent advisor, who saw things as they could be, and attempted to stop the worst catastrophes, thereby giving the world peace.

I guess the baton has been handed down, to the next generation.

Making peace in the world, is difficult. But through the insight into human nature, a deep understanding of history, and a profound understanding of the mechanisms of politics, we may just end up in a more stable world.

May g-d be blessed by having a keen and wise servant to make peace.

Elon Musk

November 25th, 2023 No comments

Elon, we have been acquaintances for some time. You have read my ideas here at rubicon, in fact, you have probably been a bit inspired, here and there, I hope.

So, this is my candid advise to you. SHUT UP!

You are ruining your own life by letting yourself be guided by your own anger.

When you are under pressure, you say the most stupidest of things, that are just the effect of your horrible state.

When you do that, then do something else, say that you are sorry, and you are under a lot of pressure, so you say things, that you regret.

And then stop saying things that you regret.

I know how it is, I have just been through a year of horrible pressure.

It gets to you. The best you can do, is to stop all your impulsive reactions, and accept, that you are not really in control.

As one of the old fishermen told, when he was asked about anger, you need to listen to your anger, because it guides you, but you should not be controlled by it.

The best way, to not be controlled by your anger, is to shut up!

This is from a friend, right. You tried to help me, I am paying back.

G-d bless the will to find a positive way in the chaos around you. Come on, Elon, you can do it!!

Strategy

November 23rd, 2023 No comments

Ok, we are winning. I know, that the ceasefire is pretty devastating to morale. But there are a number of elements we have to take into consideration, when we do our strategy.

What happens on the ground, is a complex maneuver, that reflects the media situation, that that again reflects the political, international game.

It is a chess board, that we have to consider.

What it all comes down to, is who has the best international support. Maybe not in terms of physical support, but in terms of POLITICAL support.

Hamas has tried to drive the media game with a vicious onslaught of pictures and suffering.

That is a strategy. What I have done, is to reach consensus on the issues we face internationally.

I mean, if there is a consensus on a ceasefire, we do a ceasefire, to support the political process. Not only that, we off cause also get our hostages home. But the ceasefire is a part of the international game. If we do not listen to the opinion of the world, we will, ultimately loose the ability to fight.

There are different expectations to us, than there is to Hamas. We have to be spot free in terms of ethics, to continue the fight. Why? Because we are the chosen people, so there are different expectations. We are in direct connection to g-d, so we have to reflect this. Listen to the voice of spirit in our fight.

If we do that, we will win.

G-d bless the will to fight with skill and cunning on all levels. G-d bless the will to free those hostages.

Well done!

November 20th, 2023 No comments

This is a heads up to the brave soldiers of the IDF. What you are doing, is thoroughly positive and constructive. Saving lives, doing things, as they should be done.

Wars like this, are very difficult to do, because the terrain is so full of booby traps, guerilla warfare, threats everywhere. But due to the new integrated warfare system, even this threat is met, in an amazing manner.

Not loosing the goal in sight either. So, it is really, really well done.

I am, as one, proud og the integral, and amazing job you guys and girls are doing.

Well done!

G-d bless the will to begin saving those kids!

Fights

November 20th, 2023 No comments

Well, we are now more or less in the middle of the campaign in Gaza. It is going ok, but the international pressure is mounting.

There is the proposal for an exchange of hostages. To me, this is a no brainer. The main objective of the war, was to get the hostages out of Gaza, if there is any way to get them out, we get them out.

It does put us in a bit of a conundrum, because then what, do we continue the fight?

There has been the call for a regime change in Gaza. A two state solution should be democratic. With Hamas at the helm, that is not really the case. Hamas has ruled Gaza with an iron fist.

But that is something we have to figure out.

The two state solution, that the big powers are leaning towards, is difficult to get around.

But, this should also include some rugged and serious security tools in place.

Maybe an international peacekeeping force, maybe something else. But, at the very least, we should be secured against another 7 th october.

G-d bless the peace we will find, and get those kids home!

Progression

November 17th, 2023 No comments

Well, we are now in the second or third week into the offensive of Gaza.

It is working, some hostages are found, some are released, but at the larger picture, there are still a lot of problems ahead of us.

I am trying to counter some of the problems we have, by initiating dialogue here in Denmark. I know it is not perfect, but we need to be able to have some kind of conversation going on.

Also, we need to discuss the end goal, how are we going to live side by side with Gaza?

There are some ideas floating around. One of them is that an international peace corps is positioned in Gaza, maybe, we will have to see the specific plans.

Russia is gunning for a two state solution, and we can’t, as we I am writing this repatriate all Gazans out of Gaza, that is too unpopular around the world.

So we need to start the dialogue with the different partners as to what we are going to do.

We need security. We need to know, that this will not happen again. We can make that happen, by leaving a deep and destructive net of oppression in Gaza, but that again would not really be our interest, and that would give us so much bad will in the long run, that we need to think about other options.

So, we need to figure out, the things on our plate, and what we wish to do with that plate.

So far, it is going ok, but there is a long fight ahead of us, and we need to stick the plan.

G-d bless the will to do good in a very, very, very difficult situation. G-d bless Israel.

Tesla

November 13th, 2023 No comments

This is a message to Elon Musk, who is a reader here on the blog, I think.

First of all Elon, you tried to help, when I was in trouble, so this is me helping back.

When you are at the end of your rope, tie a knot, and hold on to it. That is a citation of Franklin D. Roosevelt. Where did he learn this?

Well, at a time, he lost his wife, and his mother at the same time. So he was in trouble. What he did was, that he bought a ranch in the middle of nowhere, and took his time, to come back as a whole person. He came back, and became the president of the United States.

So what can we learn from those wise words?

First of all, when you are in trouble, don’t make more trouble for yourself.

You are unpopular, because you have challenged the status quo.

That is what happens, when you challenge the status qou.

I do it all the time, and get A LOT of heat.

Sometimes, when the leadership is right here in Denmark, it works, but right now, I have little support from the leadership, so I get a lot of heat.

That is the way it is, to be a rebel, you need support.

So, what do you do then?

You recuperate, draw a bit back, to regroup.

Don’t worry, and take the challenges one at a time.

Concerning the trouble you have with women. Well women are very much creatures of habit, they prefer mainstream, most of the them. So when you challenge mainstream, you will have problems with them.

So, what you do is, the opposite of what they would expect. Instead of fighting them, work with them.

Don’t pick the fights, that doesn’t make any sense. Besides, who are always the looser when it comes to fighting women over kids, the kids are the losers.

So just be kind, and work with them. Then they will see, that you are not such a bad guy after all.

So, you are having trouble, because you are challenging the status qou.

You are working yourself up, to be a leader of the whole world in terms of development. But beware, that position is the most difficult of all, and you certainly will not be popular.

G-d bless the will to Change the world to a better place, and be honest about these things. If you see Tesla as an idol, you know exactly how his life was, and yours will be the same, if you follow in his path.

David vs. Goliath

November 13th, 2023 No comments

Ok, so these are my reflections concerning the current situation in terms of strategy.

How are we supposed to fight? It is quite clear, it says in the Torah, that we are supposed to fight as David against Goliath.

Why?

Well, that is the question we are supposed to ponder.

First of all, this reflects our strengths. We are the best fighters, and we fight with our intelligence as well as our physical strength.

But, we have one serious drawback in war, we are never allowed to fight immorally. That is, we are always forced to be the little guy fighting the big guy. If we are the big guy, fighting the small guy, we are not in the right position. Why? Because oppression, that Goliath represents is wrong, ethically wrong.

So when we find ourselves in fights that are wrong, we have problems. But if we find ourselves fighting unsurmountable odds, we win. Why? Because Hashem fights on our side.

It is like the fight I am fighting with the secret service right now, a classical David vs. Goliath. I am winning, why, because I have Hashem on my side.

So this is the factor we have to factor in, in the fights of Gaza, as soon as we are the Goliath, we may very well loose the momentum, why? You guessed it, because we have to fight ethically, the whole way.

We have to be very, very careful not to end up in the position of the Goliath.

G-d bless the will to be careful, and think about the forces we are moving in and around. G-d bless the peaceful solution.

Freedom of the press

November 12th, 2023 No comments

Ok, it seems to me, that I, with a bit of luck, a great support from many friends, in Denmark, and around the world, I have survived this onslaught on my person by the secret service.

My life has come to a balance of sorts, and actually the secret service of the police has had some major blows to their very existence. Some of my friends in the TV community really hit them hard, and are still hitting them hard. I mean, Denmark comes off as a civilized country after all.

The secret police is still trying to get me down, but the price is mounting, and, to be honest, for now, I will have to concentrate on the international scene. Maybe I will get back into Danish scene of politics, but to be honest, it does not make a lot of sense. It is so poisonous.

I prefer working in environments that are less lethal to a mere blogger.

But we will see, I have received a few invitations by the good journalists here in Denmark, and maybe I will get a job as a TV man again. I mean, are we a corrupted third world country or the leading light of civilization?

So far it seems to me, that the journalists are still holding on to those democratic virtues of a modern humanistic state fighting the corruption of a system that seems to want to drag us down into the mud of corruption and chaos.

So, for now, you are still able to read the words here on the blog. And thank you so much for the support, pretty awful, when the system is trying to close your mouth. But I guess, I was too big a mouthful for these provincial corrupted police.

G-d bless the will to be alive, and spread goodness around the world. And please, we may have to come to a point, where Denmark has to be isolated in police work, to teach the local forces here a thing or two about democracy and freedom of the press.

The Middle East

November 11th, 2023 No comments

Ok,so, to understand the strategic situation in the Middle East, we need to truly understand the ethnic make up of the area.

Hamas is not just an Islamic Organization that makes war on Israel, it is a group that is affiliated with the different ethnic groups of the Middle East.

The Middle East is ancient and extremely complex, lets see, if we can unravel some of the complexity to reach some kind of understanding of the issues, at least.

First of all, we need to understand, that Jews are a part of the family of the Middle East, according to my understanding, we Jews are a part Arab and a part Sea Peoples.

Why is this important? Because we Jews are a part of the long history of the Middle East, and we have to find a snug place for us to live in.

The Sea Peoples were ancient sea marauders, that came from the North and made a lot of troubles. There were some ancient kingdoms in the north west of the Middle East, roughly where Iran is today, that were overthrown by these blond marauders some 4 to 5 thousand years ago. This is why, there actuallly is a very deep connection between Iran, Jews, and what we call the northerners still this day today. We are coming from, originally, the same people. Egypt repelled the sea peoples, and they settled in the Mediterranean. That is why we still see a lot of blond Greek, and according to Homer some of the ancient queens were blond.

It goes that deep, we in the West have forgotten, but they have not forgotten in the Middle East.

Arabs are a Semitic people, that are the brethren of the Jews, so we share common ancestry. Jews are in fact a mix between the northern marauders and Arabs.

Today this is formulated in the fact that Iran is a SHIA Muslim country and the Arab countries are SUNNI.

Right, this is in fact a reflection of the ethnic reality of Persia being ethnically different than the Arabs. So, Sunni and Shia fight a lot.

Within the Arab kingdoms, there is the pro western and pro Islamic group. Saudi Arabia is pro Western, Quatar is pro Islamic.

This ties into the connections the Arab countries have to Hamas, since Hamas is a pro Islamic group. Hamas is fighting Israel a SUNNI group, in fact.

This is simplified, I know, that there are a lot of colours in between.

But Qutb, who was a Sunni Muslim Sufi (Usually the leading Sufi scholars are called Qutb), founded an ANTI WESTERN ideology, in Egypt, called the Muslim brother hood, that Hamas is a part of.

This Organization is despised and fought against by the pro western forces of the Middle East, that is Egypt and Saudi Arabia, more or less. And supported by Turkie (I think the new spelling is) and Quatar.

So, Hamas is not just a representative of a people fighting for its freedom, more precisely it is a representative of the Muslim Brotherhood, that is the archenemy of the US.

I mean, this is the fact on the ground.

If we do not see this complexity, we miss out on a lot of the issues that are reigning in the Middle East.

So our friends, the pro western alliance, the Arabs, have proposed, that we repatriate Hamas and the rest of the anti western alliance of Gaza to somewhere else, to kind of end the issue all for once. Because, they want to show solidarity to the West, and keep the peace process going on.

Anyway, these are kind of the things we have to worry about, and some of the factors we have to factor in, to figure out, how to make peace in the Middle East.

G-d bless the peace we will find in the end, G-d bless the will for reconciliation.

War

November 11th, 2023 No comments

Well, we can now have focus on something else than the conflict in the Middle East. The conflict is progressing, slowly but, to the extent it is possible, humanely.

Ok, it is a war, so people die, that is the way war work, but refraining from killing civilians and trying to keep the general populace out of the war, is definitively the right way to go.

The Gazans in general are as much victims as any civilian population in harms way.

So we need to talk China, because 1. It is a problem. 2. It crawls towards a nuclear, massive war.

What are the general traits we need to look out for.

First of all, it is the fact, that China may be arming up, but China needs soldiers who can actually fight. And Chinese are, essentially, too civilised to be very good fighters. Fighting needs rough, annoying, angry men. Not civilised men armed up in nice Kung Fu garb. It is not, that I do not like Kung Fu, in fact, there are many facets of Chinese culture I like. But a heavy tank, spewing bullets while playing Metallica, is not a match for the refined Chinese. A Viking army, that is the American, is really dangerous, when it gets to it.

You may think that the American army is a piece of tech, and it is, but behind the facade there is a certain affinity for the old Norse g-ds, even though that is a secret, and those g-ds are not nit-picking, they are warriors.

That is the truth of it. China is weak militarily, and will always be.

So we, at the one hand, have this Roman, Norse killing machine, believing in freedom, and at the other hand all the tech of China.

When the showdown is over, we will see, who will come on top.

My worry is just the sheer destruction that it will do. I hope, that we can avoid that, but I am not so certain.

G-d bless the will to find peace, at the end of the inevitable conflict.

Victims

November 7th, 2023 No comments

Ok, so these are the final stages of the war against Hamas. First of all, we need to think about the possible outcome of the war. What is it, that we wish to accomplish?

It should be pretty straightforward. We want to make a lasting peace with the Palestinians, and also the rest of the backers of the Palestinians, that is our adversaries around the world. But, it should be a serious and lasting peace.

Then we want our kids back, and the hostages, that Hamas is still holding.

How do we do that?

That is not easy, because there are a number of elements or perspectives we need to think about and discuss.

First of all, there is the mechanic of the victim. International politics, at least with us, is like this. People support the little guy, they support the victim.

Hamas made a HUGE mistake in killing innocent children, and kidnapping party goers.

They made themselves the bad guy.

So far, with the care we have taken, not to hit civilians, we have not made Hamas or Palestinians victims. We have remained the good guy.

Nuking Gaza, will make us the bad guy.

In other words, in a world, where everybody have a front seat to a conflict like this, you do more than win over Hamas. What you do, is that you make, at the same time, a number of ethical choices, that the rest of the world is weighing. See? Modern warfare has become 100% transparent in a conflict like ours, because everybody is interested in it.

That is why, that we have to be careful about the civilians, and precise.

It seems to me, that the generals have been doing a very thorough and precise work of the strategy. Using precise attacks, ai drones and careful planning, it has has saved lives.

But, correct me if I’m wrong, Hamas has just holed up, and is preparing for its last stand, that it will make sure will be as bloody as possible, to make us look like the villain.

So, we need to continue the way we have been, slowly, deliberately, saving lives, being very, very careful not to target any civilians.

G-d bless the will for Israel and Jews in general to survive. G-d bless our united will to make this as precise and humane as ever possible. G-d bless the peace we will find, if we are very, very, very careful not to tip the balance of who are the victims in this fight.

Wars

November 2nd, 2023 No comments

Well, things are not looking good. First of all, the war is getting closer, it is already here, to some extent.

Essentially the invasion of Gaza, the bombing of Syria by the US, is an escalation of dimensions yet not seen in the Middle East since the six day war.

But, the good development is, that a lot of the Arab states are in it for a lasting peace.

Mr. Putin is angry, and China is dipping its feet in the waters of international politics. Even the UK is flexing its muscles.

But, and this is important, we need to think about what comes after. What will happen, if we end up in a massive war?

Aggression is not a good thing, it ends us up in a place, where we are not really in control of ourselves. There is a certain allure to revenge. Getting back at someone, feels good. The sweet revenge. But essentially, what does it really attain? It just gives you an opponent that is even stronger, viler and more dangerous.

Deescalation requires a clear head.

Think about it, what is the endgame, where do we go?

G-d bless the will to see things from all angles and not loose track of the real end; peace.

Unity

October 28th, 2023 No comments

Unity is not always an aim to strife for. Oppositional forces are, essentially a fashion of the nature to create development. Nature moves in pairs of opposition. Without opposition, there would be no development.

But in Israel, we are simply forced to stick together, like, ALWAYS. We do not have the luxury to have a few years of discord and chaos. If that happens, we are forced to unite again.

So, that is just the way it is. We cannot rely on the mercy of our foes, they are, essentially the tools of darkness, as it is right now, and as such, we need to confront them. They will lie, steal, and use all tools in the toolbox, that is evil to win.

I know this is hard to hear, and I do not count all muslims as foes, but if you abduct kids, and start doing horrible things to them, you are evil, by all accounts.

Anyway, again, I know a lot of sweet and wonderful muslims, the atrocities, that has been done, is of an evil nature, and we have to understand that there is actually a moral imperative in that conflict.

We are supposed to be the sons of light, honest, upright, united, true and beautiful.

We are, but we err, sometimes, and we need to correct our mistakes.

Be honest, don’t let the humanity out of our actions, take the side of weak, and be careful.

The point is, there is a moral discussion, that is important. How did we err, what did we do wrong, only through that understanding will we prevail. And we will prevail, because the impetuous to be benign and empathic is the very core of what it is to be Jewish.

G-d bless the will to do good in a world, where evil prevails.

Ok, with the latests development of the Gaza/Israel stand off, things are really moving fast.

The rejection of the two state plan that the right wing of Israel has done, makes a massive shift on American power politics. Loosing a bid on that scale will spell disaster for American foreign policy in the Middle East.

Being rejected by such a strong ally is a very dangerous sign.

At the other hand, the Israeli high command, political as well as military must be cogniscent about the massive consequences a ground invasion will have on the power balance on the world. This could very well lead to a massive uptick in hostilities between east and west, and the war that is in between those.

But, I mean, we have problem with Hamas, that is killing innocent Israelis, we can’t just accept that indefinitely.

The only true solution to the problems, as it has been floated by the Arabs, is a massive repatriation of at least Hamas from Gaza to somewhere else.

It will hopefully end there, and not in a killing field. But if it ends in a killing field, we will just have to take it from there.

G-d bless the will to make peace as the ultimate goal of this conflict. G-d bless the will to be clear in the head, and strong in conviction of what is the right thing to do in the face of so many people dying and in harms way.

The root cause

October 24th, 2023 No comments

Ok, let us have a look at the issues concerning the conflicts between the Palestinians and the Jews.

First of all we need to look at the root cause of the problem.

The root cause of the problem is, that these two peoples are living side by side, in a very small area.

It is like, if you live five people in the same flat. Wouldn’t you be annoyed at each other?

Then there is the motivation for Hamas. Hamas is the spear of sunni agression against Israel. Since we have reached a positive relationship with most Arabs, Hamas is getting left behind.

The Egyptians have fought Hamas for a long time in Egypt, so off cause they don’t want them on their own territory.

So the Arab states don’t want to fight Israel, if they can help it, and Hamas is getting left behind. So what do they do?

They try to make so much trouble, that it FORCES the Arabs to root for them.

So this fight is not really against Israel, it is to curry favor among the Arab states.

This is VERY important, if you want to make peace. Because if you do not see things from the perspective of the real problem. You can’t solve the problem.

So some Arab states have floated the idea, that in order to truly solve the problem, we COULD move at least Hamas out of Gaza.

It was not my idea, I have just followed the trend within the Arab states.

To me Egypt, Saudiarabia and all the other Arab states are friends. I do not buy into that negative stereotypical understanding of all muslims this and that.

So adress the root cause, and then you can solve the problem.

Making two independent states may seem fair, but it does not address the true problem.

It is a matter of understanding this on the higher diplomatic level.

Egypt is a friend, we need to listen to Egypt.

So the plot thickens, and the solutions is getting nearer.

G-d bless the will to do good, and see everybody as human beings, Arab and Jew.

Peace

October 22nd, 2023 No comments

Ok, this is the situation.

First of all, there seems to be a kind of development in the ideas and the acceptance of the ideas.

We end up, by defining the solution as the moving of the people of Gaza to somewhere else

I know, there will be a lot of discussion on this, and to some, it will seem corse and callous.

But, look at the effect of the continuation of the conflict; endless suffering of not only Palestinians but also the Jews, and the other way around, not only the Jews also the Palestinians

BUT, and this is of the utmost importance, it has to be done in a slow, respectful way. That solidifies the ownership of each of the residents of Gaza. If you have a house in Gaza, you should have a house in the new place.

And it should be done with the respect of the future of Palestinians. We should not just throw them away somewhere, but make sure, that they truly have a vision and a future. Give the new place all the possibilities of a bright future; schools, resources, production capabilities, infrastructure as energy production, water facilities and so on. Make it less cramped and more liveable than what Gazans have today.

This will set a precedent, so that the process will spill into Europe, so we should be careful and make it work.

It will be a stepping stone for humanity, for peace.

G-d bless the will to see this as a will to do good, and make peace. And bless all those Anglicans, who by their sacrifice, in the hospital shed some blood, for a plan, that ends up for people less angry, and more, much more happy. I write this, under the threat of the secret police. They have been hunting me, day and night for a long time, trying to break me. If this is the final piece of my work. Make it happen to the beauty of mankind.

All right, so we have reached kind of a lull in the fighting. The borders are secure, and the aggression seem to have simmered down.

It is kind of time, to take a check on the development.

First of all, we have, not yet, lost the peace process. The Arab countries seem to be open to the process still, but the price is obvious; they don’t want the Arabs from Gaza on their territory.

This makes it pretty difficult to tackle Hamas, because a ground invasion would force most of the inhabitants of Gaza to flee.

So we are in a kind of double conundrum. At the one hand, we want to get those prisoners out and at the other hand, we don’t want to lose the friendship of the Arab contries.

This leaves us no option, but to do things differently. We need to figure out a way to get our people out, and demilitarise Hamas, without a ground invasion.

But, and this is absolutely paramount. We have to be quick about it.

We need to find those prisoners, and get them out. We leave no one behind.

At the positive side, we can say, that we have found a new unity, that will serve us in the future. We need to learn from this, we cannot be so divided in the future. It makes us too vulnerable.

G-d bless the will to find those kids, who are trapped in Gaza.

Focus on the mission

October 15th, 2023 No comments

Ok, we are getting to a part of the whole debate and development that requires something that is extremely difficult to muster, when we are all grieving and devastated by the occurrences that has just happened. It brings back memories of past suffering, we thought, now we have Israel, we don’t have to suffer anymore.

That is the reality that hits us. Even though we HAVE a country, it is still not enough to keep us 100 % safe.

But, and this is really important, we have an army, we have not had that for a long time, and that does make a lot of difference.

I can see it from my own perspective here in Denmark, when the hounds come knocking on your door. You need someone to call. There is no one to call here in Denmark. At least you have someone who responds to the call.

But, and this is very important, we are entering a phase, where the diplomatic game is getting into gear.

This is what we need to consider;

This fight is already a part of the international game. That is the fight between east and west. So far, Israel has been able to keep a relatively neutral stance on the Ukraine war. This is not the case anymore, we are the centre of the international fight and rivalry between the East and the West.

Putin has been quite clear on the plans of going into Gaza, he disagrees.

If and when we go in to Gaza, we need to figure out a way, to handle that.

One of the first things I would do, would be to call him, and tell him, that the fight we are going into, is not about conquest, but an attempt at disarming Hamas, so that things like this does not happen again.

At least open diplomatic channels to him, so, that he feels, that we listen to his arguments. We owe him that.

Then, we have to keep up with the diplomatic work with the Arab countries. Egypt just closed its borders to Gaza, what does that mean. We have to know.

And we have to be clear about the RATIONALE behind the Gaza campaign, the why and the how.

Because we have to SELL IT to our allies. They have to buy the arguments, otherwise we will be too hard pressed when we are in the fight, and we risk having to step out in the middle of the mission.

So there is a lot of diplomatic work we have to do, and please. I know that mr. Netanyahu is to blame and all that, but please give him some space, so that he can use his diplomatic connections. He is a friend of mr. Biden mr. Putin and so on. His strengths, lie in these international connections, let him use those strengths, in this dangerous situation.

There will an aftermath, and we will talk about the blame, but right now, we need to focus on the mission.

G-d bless the strength Israel has when it is United.

Keeping a clear head and keep the morale

October 14th, 2023 No comments

We have to be careful about the motives that drives us in the counteroffensive against Hamas in Gaza.

I know, that there is a LOT of hate and resentment. But if this takes over, the signs of unity between left and right will be imperilled, and we could end up in discussions again in the middle of the offensive. If that happens, you can imagine the trouble we will be in.

Just because we have unity now, does not mean, we will continue having unity.

The way to create that background of support from left and right is to find common ground.

Common ground is a wish to eliminate the threat, but not to hate or punish, to deescalate the situation, and make sure, that this does not happen again.

After the Second World War, the SS was disarmed, and all the very hard fighters of the SS, that would have been a great threat to all Jews, were disbanded

After this, Nazism stopped being a threat to all Jews.

The same aim should be the fight that is coming in Gaza, not revenge, but disarmament.

Make sure that the Gazans are unable to fight on this scale again. Make sure, that it does not happen again.

I know, that the feelings are raw, and the wounds are open. I know, but we still need to do what is wise in the situation.

We need to keep the peace within the Jewish community, in order to accomplish this mission.

I know, that that is hard and annoying, but unity of forces rests on a moral basis. That morale has to be positive and upright. Honour rests on doing the right thing. The honourable action is to protect and serve, with the least casualties.

Giving is to be honest and upright in action.

G-d bless the will to keep a VERY clear head in the next few weeks. G-d bless Israel.

Keeping a clear head

October 13th, 2023 No comments

Ok, so we are a week into this horrible conflict. These are my reflections on the ethical base on what we are fighting with and how.

First of all, we should be very careful to fall into the trap of seeing everybody around us as evil.

We have taken a massive hit, but we should be careful not to dig down mentally and start fighting everybody around us. There is a real danger of us going down the “mental rabbit hole”.

It is a very simple mechanism of the mind. You start to fight, and then you just fight everybody around you. This creates so much animosity towards you, so you end up fighting the whole world. That is the mental rabbit hole, you just dig deeper and deeper, in the end, you get destroyed.

That is what an opponent hopes for, when they attack you.

We have to be clear about who attacked us, and not alienate the entire Middle East. Keep the fight minimal and focused on Hamas, and other groups like them, that fight us.

At the same time, continue the diplomatic work we have with the rest of the Middle East, and keep our positive connections with them.

Be sharp, precise and work on two fronts, diplomatically with our friends around us, and militarily with our enemies.

G-d bless the will to fight for a long lasting peace, that should be the ultimate aim of this conflict.

War

October 10th, 2023 No comments

Ok, we managed to turn the tide, and through it, we also managed to find a new and more positive trend or path. That of working together, and not fighting all the time.

This spells well for the future.

The mechanics of war, is like this, and we need to adhere to it, to win.

As in all other things here in life, there are rules to war, that we have to respect.

These rules are universal. First of all, it is very vital to keep the war to fighting the professional soldiers, and not target civilians. This is a rule that is both on the Muslim as well as the Jewish side.

The reason why Hamas got such a massive hit internationally, is because they broke this rule. Civilians are not soldiers, and they may perish due to famine or having to flee. But targetting them on purpose is not within the ethics of war.

You can see it in the Ukraine war, it is terrible, but it is a war that is fought between two armies. Like it or not, that is accepted as what you would see as a ‘normal’ war.

Two sides battling it out on the battlefield, trying to score wins.

This is VERY important as we progress into the last phase of this horrible conflict. Be VERY careful not to target civilians, children and elderly especially. But also women, especially innocent bystanders of the conflict.

It is absolutely fair to target the leadership of Hamas, as well as the soldiers of Hamas, it is a war, and they are professional soldiers, we can fight them.

Beware of artificially setup traps of civilians put in front of military targets. Be precise.

Just a few pictures of civilians cought by a rocket, and we loose on the ethical side of the war.

I absolutely agree, if we can finish the military capabilities of Hamas, we can hinder a situation as we have just seen.

But be VERY careful to work within the parameters of normal warfare.

G-d bless the unity of Israel.

Hold the line!

October 8th, 2023 No comments

Well, this is what we get, if we are too divided within Israel. When we start to fight each other. Then our enemies see weakness, and see their opportunity to attack us.

As I see it, there is the physical setup we have to get done, not tomorrow, not in 12 hours, NOW!

The reserves have to be at their post, NOW. These are crucial moments, if our enemies see us as unprepared, they will attack.

Then there is the search and rescue of those poor kids that these monster have taken.

That is ALL HANDS ON DECK. Every soldier, every secret service officer, every friend, every connection. We need to act before these people are gone.

Send in drones, the search parties, it has to be a deluge of help, flooding every corner of the Gaza Strip. We need to go in and find those kids, NOW!

And reach out for all friends around the globe, who might have scrap of knowledge, anything on the kids and the poor civilians, who got kidnapped? Just send it over, and we will find someone, to see if your information was right.

Then there is the division. Instead of being demoralised over this long fight, let us use this crisis to find each other again, let it be a moment of unity and not of division. We will look at the problems after this attack, and we will fix it.

But for now it is ALL HANDS ON DECK, we need to HOLD THE LINE!

G-d bless the will of the people of Israel.

Fighting

October 7th, 2023 No comments

Ok this is my take on the conflict between the Palestinians and Israel.

Beware, it is a provocation.

The aim is to disrupt the peace process that is between the Arab states and Israel.

So, if we are not careful, this will be the outcome.

How do we respond.

We do it, be keeping a keen eye on the BALANCE.

Injustice is if you are more violent, than those who who you fight.

If you are MORE violent than the one you are fighting, you are seen as doing the unjust action.

But if you do not do anything, you are, more often than not, seen as weak.

We have to find the middle ground between looking weak and being injust.

Not doing anything, will not give peace. Making a measured, calculated response, that avoid any civilian casaulties and seeks to do precise, yet effective responses, will be seen as adequate and just.

Not too much, and not too little, and then going after those who are TRULY responsible for the atrocities, will give us a just war.

But, and this is VERY important, we need to be absolutely honest about what we do, and why we do it. In this day and age of transparency, everybody will know the truth anyway.

So a measured, precise, honest warfare, guided by a truly heartfelt attempt at getting this to simmer down, and keep everyone out of harms way, is the way.

G-d bless the will to find peace, but not through nativity, but through realism. G-d bless the will to find peace with not only the Arabs, but everybody around us, may we prevail, always as the home the Jews. Blessed be thee.

Reaching for the stars

October 7th, 2023 No comments

One of the best things of the US, is the engineering, frontier spirit, that has been in the DNA of the US from the beginning.

From the first pilgrims, to NASA.

This idea, of at frontier, that is ever moving, is what the US really IS.

Let us have a look at it, from a European Rebel perspective, that is mine.

I live with a lot of political stress and turmoil, because I CHANGE things to the better.

In the US, this is REALLY popular. Americans LIKE this idea of moving forward to a better place.

That is the true difference between the US and Europe.

In the US, the vibe is to embrace Change, in Europe, the status quo is preferred.

So normally, a guy like me, would flee to the US. I would do that, if it had not been because of my kids. I can’t leave my kids.

But then, people like me, were the ones who build the US. Refugees from Europe, that fled from the problems they had in Europe, the Rebels, the troublemakers, the visionaries.

You guys are like me, because you like to look into the horizons, and dream big.

Like the Mars mission. What is that, if not exactly that, the pioneering spirit, the brazen frontiersmen, looking for new adventures in the stars?

My point is, that in this day and age, we all bicker and fight. That is not really what the US is. The US is a pioneering, amazing, forward going culture, that reaches for the sky.

Literally.

If you remember, what you are. Then you heal.

I talk out of my own experience, because I try to do the same here in Denmark, and it is difficult.

Don’t go down the same road, stay on the course to the stars.

G-d bless the will to do good, and look upon the frontiers out there among the stars. G-d bless the will to evolve, positively and in unity.

The good man

October 4th, 2023 No comments

Happy birthday mr. Jimmy Carter. That was a surprise, I have been looking at John F. Kennedy, Bill Clinton and other, to seek inspiration to what we are going to do in the next election with Joe.

But you kind of went beneath my radar. Stupid of me, I can see it now, you did something no other president did before you, you United the nation after a time of conflict.

When we look at the situation today, what is the thing we are working with? Exactly that, we come from a time with conflict and problems, and we need to solve these issues of division, and find common ground.

What I was most impressed with, was the fact, that your basic method was quite simple, you did everything you did, with the utmost integrity. In other words, you did what you did, to make an impact on the world with the aim of making a better world.

You can be a Democrat or a Republican, but we both agree on the fact, that what we aim at, is a better world.

This may sound simple, but more often than not, it is the most difficult, because it rests on your character. Power corrupts, and the ability to make your wish come through often makes you do things, because there is no consequence. But goodness is what you do, when no one looks. The good deeds you do, when no one knows.

Good deeds you do in public is, more often than not, a way to show off your own good sides.

Strong character is the answer to this enigma.

What do you do, when no one looks?

Are you then also the good guy, and Jimmy, that amazing about you, were, that you were actually a good guy, also when it did not give you any benefit.

This is a very great example, we can all learn from.

G-d bless the will to do good, when no one is looking at what you do, because that is truly the mark of a good man.
