Condolences

ap_orlando_nightclub_shooting_hug_jc_160612_16x9_608It is with great sadness that we here in Denmark hear about the tragedy of the Orlando terror attack, or as mr. Trump rightly calls it; an attack by islamic extremists.

Let me clear about this; this is war. It is a war we have not wanted. We never challenged radical islam in the first place, they challenged us. So, by all means, it is a war that is right and just.

However, war is just that; war. It is killing, raping, destroying peoples life and livelihood. It is broken families, and friends lost.

That is war.

But one the other hand, it is also a possibility to find new friends. The enemy of your enemy is my friend.

Since IS has a lot of enemies, well there are a lot of potential friends out there for us to win; Russia, Egypt, Saudi-Arabia.

Even Iran.

But one thing is clear, the enemy is among us, and instead of covering under the threat, let us be strong in our conviction, steadfast in our steps ahead, and clear-sighted as to what we should do.

Let us be bold and free.

G-d bless the United States of America, and may spirit keep it safe.

Mr Sanders

Senator Bernie Sanders, an independent from Vermont and 2016 Democratic presidential candidate, smiles during an interfaith roundtable in Washington, D.C., U.S., on Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2015. Sanders said figures like Trump attempt to "divide" Americans. "A few months ago we're supposed to hate Mexicans and he thinks they're all criminals and rapists and now we're supposed to hate Muslims, and that kind of crap is not going to work in the United States of America," he said. Photographer: Drew Angerer/Bloomberg via Getty Images

It is with great sadness that we hear that the presumptive nominee of the democratic run mr. Bernie Sanders has lost his chance to get into the White house.

We, the people, mourn it, and we hope, that you will set free a movement that will Change the entire American constitution, so that it will remain free and abundant.

Idealism will only work, if there are ideals to strive for. Funny thing is, it is same the same values we always fight for, but, at the other hand, it is also the same value that is threatened all the time; Freedom.

Freedom is at the heart of mr. Sanders pledge, a beautiful, volatile, blazing torch og the purest light.

Put that torch to your very heart, and you will never go wrong.

Because, though our societies are based on freedom as a virtue, there are always a threat to it.

Sometimes we get lazy, sometimes we get convenient, sometimes we forget what is really important to us.

But you told us otherwise.

Let us hope, that that fight is not over, but just a new beginning, for a freer and more just world.

May spirit bless you, and may it take you, as one of his angels, when time comes.

The flow of Change

When things Change, they do it in a specific pattern. First there is a great crisis, then someone steps in with a solution, if the solution is good, there entire system goes that way.

Take the example og the fight between the Soviet Union and the United States of America.

On one hand we had a state that led by morals, or at least that was the idea. To make an ethical state.

At the other hand we had a state that used to see itself as a democracy, but changed as a consequence of the Soviet criticism. It became “capitalist”. The idea was, that if our enemy believes we are capitalist, well I suppose we are.

Still there was the overall fight between Communism and Democracy, but at the heart of the fight was also a fight between ethics and free market economy.

Now fast forward to 9/11 and thereafter the Mohammad cartoon crisis. These two crises were pivotal in the sense that at the first the US realised it had a bitter enemy, and in the second Denmark stepped up and put a direction to the fight.

So the paradigms changed. Before we had a fight between Communism and Capitalism/democracy. Now we have a fight between islamism and democracy with a spiritual twist.

See the connection? In the first war we took some of the critique and used it in our own way, in the second we have done the same. We realise that the threat is spiritual in a sense, and this has led us to rearm our own spiritual core. The Jews in Israel and the Christians in the West, add a pint of Thor and Odin, there you have it.

The course has changed, and we are changing with it.

They beauty of it, is the fact, that we only fight a portion of Islam and not all, giving room for a democratic Sunniislam to grow.

But to truly understand what we are witnessing these days, and see it in the long perspective. We should see what are, right now fighting with and for; for our democratic/spiritual values in opposition to a caliphate.

G-d bless the will to find the most peaceful way of fighting.

Ethics

Ethics is one of those fields that are really hard to understand. Let me give you an example. When Jesus Christ (the benevolent and spiritual jew) was crucified, he was crucified because he rejected all rules.

It is written in the bible, that the Pharisees, some not some benevolent and less spiritual jews, condemned him to death because he healed a man on sunday. Sunday being the day of rest.

If you look at it from a moral perspective, that is what maximises the good of the land in that action. It is true that Jesus Christ did something good, despite the rules and edicts of the Pharisees.

You can see here, that the Pharisees are really the clergy of that time, that ruled and held sway over the Jews.

So what did Jesus do wrong in the eyes of the Pharisees? He did not respect the rules of the Pharisees.

Do we hear a bell ringing here?

Jesus Christ was a rule breaker. Imagine that. The central figure of a complex that now spans the entire globe with a gazillion of rules that people must follow. We cannot do this because the church tells us, we can not do that.

What would Jesus say? He would, because that is why he was crucified, say follow your heart. What does your heart tell you in this situation where you have to chose between A. Following a rule. B. Do something that is obviously right for the person involved.

In this I believe lies a single point of balance between too little and too much.

It is not so that Jesus say we should not follow the rules, he says that when the rules are obviously wrong, we should not follow them, we should follow our conscience.

In this way, he puts our hearts free to do what we think is the most humane.

It will put one a cross often, because the rule makers will see you as a threat to the common welfare. I know this, because I always follow my heart and my own logic in all I do. Because that is what light truly is; following your heart in the light of the creator.

Because the creator has no rules, he has only the attachment to all around us as a rule, and nothing more.

We should try and follow that rule.

G-d bless the wisdom of the creator.

Friendship

Now mr. Trump is criticising the strategies that mr. Obama and I have laid on foreign policy as incoherent. Well, they are not.

Then he says that we are rattled. Well, we are not. The strategy is a strategy, it cannot be rattled.

I like a good fight, and I would love to fight mr. Trump, just because he seems to be a worthy adversary. But I will not, we are friends, remember?

Denmark and the US have been standing side by side for many, many years now. Toiling, fighting even dying.

Now, and then that is abuse, as mr. Trump says.

Listen Donald, I have sacrificed my career, I do not take a single penny for the job I have done for the US. Helping you in your troubled times. I do this because in my view, that is what you do with friends. You help them if they are in trouble.

You did the same to us in the second world war, you helped us. So we owed you.

We do not abuse you, we are friends. We fight together, as one.

I know that there is an economic burden to the US in Europe. I really support the American pressure on European countries to ramp up the defence expenses. Not at least to prepare for the infight with the Islamic state in Europe. That is going to be costly in all ways.

But it is not all about money, it is actually also about using your others ressources as intelligence, strategic insight and diplomatic influence. In all these areas, I have supported mr. Obama from day one, and given him the best we had.

This is an alliance, and friendship.

We are going to keep that friendship whatever happens, because the relationship we have is deep.

G-d bless the international comradeship between Denmark and the United States of America.

The nation

babylon_tower-410x289There is some discussion in the UK on the issue of a nation. Mr. Roger Scruton who blessed us with his presence here in Denmark a week ago, has the idea that you can differ between nationalism that is a vile and dangerous creed and being in connection with the nation, that is an identity.

Well first of all, a nation is simply a system of government. It comes from the Middle East and was invented in what we today know as Iraq. Invented by different semitic peoples like the Assyrians and the Jews.

Especially the Assyrians were some of the first to invent the nation. Things like the rule of law, a social state, kingship, organised religion, literacy, science and so on, was invented in Assyria.

We still have a vital connection to this first step of civilisation in what we in Christianity call the old testament, and in Judaism call the Torah. In Islam, it is written in the Koran.

Religion was designed to be a vital part of nations wellbeing. Take the story of Babylon, this story is about the downfall due to too much liberality. If there is no one language, a common belief system, the nation will turn into a tower built higher and higher, until everything breaks down.

This is a vital story that we can learn a lot from today where our nations are falling apart, and the European Union has been unable to make a common frame for all.

It is like the tower af Babylon in each individual nation, breaking down due to incoherence.

So, in the most of history a nation has been a positive thing, because it gave its citizens peace, prosperity, order, justice, freedom, spirituality and science.

So seen from a historical/philosophical angle being afraid of the nation is like being afraid of a wise architecture that man has built upon for thousands of years, lately building a new version called democracy.

But I do know where the antagonism comes from, it comes from the European Union, who has been in war with the nation as a simple equation; more power to the nations, less to the European Union.

Well, why dont you then just say so?

A nation is, when it works, and unfortunately often it does not. But when it works, it is what makes people happy and satisfied. It is what brings order and symmetry, harmony and justice.

G-d bless the central nation of Israel.

Philosophy

There is a lot of talking about “disruption” these days. How IT tech startups, and grownups are changing the way we see the world. As Apple, as Facebook, as Amazon, as Spotify.

The same happens in the academic life. It has happened numerous times; Anaxagoras, Plato, Aristotle, Rousseau, Walden, Kierkegaard, Adam Smith, Nietzsche, Karl Marx, Voltaire, Newton. Great, great thinkers who saw a truly different world than everybody else, and by their superior intellect as well as drive changed the world.

When that happens, all the pharisees and old guard members will roll off the same incessant drivel about the stupidity of the ideas. They will often persecute the intellectual, while as the intellectual will have his supporters and disciples.

“Disruption” is not only in IT these days, it is also in intellectual life, and the thinkers will change the way we look at the world.

In this situation I think it is vital to reflect on the philosopher and his motivation. Take Newton, he REALLY changed our world, he, more or less, put the church into the grave, singlehanded.

The thing about Newton was that he, as a man, was an extremely nerdish and not a very likeable character. He was often souped up in his dabbling with magic and alchemy, and had very few friends.

The world he made was such a world; a clinical, non personal world we still live in today.

Therefor, I believe, if I realise my project fully, that the world that we create after my ideas are fully implemented, is a world, where family, friendship and human warmness is at the core of how we look at the world.

We need to wheel in what Newton started. Not to forget his many truly astonishing exploits, but to soften the edges. Find friendship, spirituality and warmth again.

Because we may be on the top of the world, but if that is a place of coldness, then it is not worth it.

G-d bless the wisdom of the familymen.

Strategies

Now, we have been criticised a bit, Barack and I on some of the decisions we have made. Well, we are not perfect, and we have done some mistakes. That is only natural when it comes to making international decisions in an environment as difficult as the current political one.

It is not like in the 16 and 17 hundreds, where European manufacture and industrial items, weapons and intelligence were vastly superior to everybody else’s. In this world, our opponents are as skilled as we are, and often more skilled in some ares.

Fighting is extremely complex, and as a consequence the strategies must evolve.

Let me give you a historical example.

When Alexander the Great attacked the Persian empire, it was a showcase in intelligence in opposition to brute force. The persians basically commanded gigantic slave armies, and the Greek were free citizens fighting for a cause.

At the battles there were, many times over, odds stacked in favour of the Persians in an extreme numerality. 2 million persian soldiers against 50.000 Greek.

Alexander won by reinventing strategy. He put up modern positions of soldiery. Some amazing ingenuity. How could he do that? He could do it, because he represented the epitome of Greek thought. The strategies he used were developed in the Greek wars, he was supported by Aristotle, one of the wisest men in human history.

So ingenuity opposed to raw strength will win the day, if the ingenuity os good enough.

Fast forward to George Bush. What did Osama bin Laden do? He made one brilliant attack, and Bush reacted by dragging the US into two costly wars. Wars that dragged the US economy to its knees, and gave no real result. Remember, mr. Obama killed Osama bin Laden with the secret service, not using much money in comparison. So it is smartness compared to brute force.

This is the way we need to fight the jihadis. Not by using brute force, but continuing using the cold war methods that the fight with the Soviet Union gave us.

After all, that is how IS fights, by infiltrating, subterfuge, pinpoint attacks and so on.

A war fought with an elusive opponent is not won by brute force, but by fighting them with intelligence, cunning and subterfuge. Countering their recruitment, forcing our European allies to take the threat serious (we cannot fight in Europe, if the Europeans are not willing to fight), drying our their monies. But most important of all, in these internet times; winning the MORAL war.

Winning the moral war will bring us support from all around the world, because who would not fight along side us against a foe os such immoral behaviour?

That is the mindset we need to use to fight this elusive opponent. Skill, cunning and intelligence.

I think that is why the general public never really caught on to what we have done, because it is such a masterful, difficult chess fight where the overall progress is drowned in the complexities of the moves on the chessboard.

G-d bless the will to win against the terrible enemy.

Nordic summit

There is a great Nordic summit going on in Washington right now, probably the accustomed Washingtonians do not think much of it, after all, things like these happen all the time.

But, instead of just letting it pass as another thing in the endless parade of international occurrences happening in DC, lets have a look at it at a deeper level.

You came from us, remember? When our great, great grandfathers took a single ticket on one of those crammed boats, braved the prairie, plowed the earth, that had never been plowed before. Dying, surviving making a new home in an often hostile world.

My great, great grandfathers brother became a known academic a hundred years ago. His children became American, and were not Danes anymore, except for the memory of a fatherland long forgotten, but still the roots are there.

This is what it is about. A shared memory, and a shared history. Because my great, great grandfathers brother he had his roots here. In Denmark, and that reflects on the culture of the US today, as it is a memory in Denmark still, loosing so many sons and daughters in a time of scarcity.

In these internet times, things seem to go the other way again. The great Democratic party seems to have had a path to the source of their own shared history with the Danes, and my G-d is that a healing thing!

To feel the connection to what you are, the culture that, in many ways, spawned your own.

We are friends, more than just friends, we are family, and as family we stick together.

This shared destiny, is, I hope, deeper than just flags hanging on poles, or empty promises, it is a shared path. A path we trod down on together.

We are not perfect, often we do things wrong, but we have values, and we have a shared destiny, for now, and in the bright future.

G-d bless the great nation of the United States of America.

Faith

There was a time when we philosophers did our best to kill G-d. Remember? When Nietzsche told the story about the man that came down from the mountains and told some people that he met, that G-d is dead. Have´nt you heard?

These days it is the other way around, we try our best, we strive, we sacrifise ourselves to make G-d alive again. To prove his existence, to give him a platform, to make people believe again.

Have´nt you heard? G-d is alive. Read it on this blog, and rejoice in the fact, that you are not alone, spirit will carry you to your final destination, and after that he will carry you in his arms to a place of joy.

Then why? Why is it, that we do this? As our civilization is threatened, some will ignore it, but there are a few people, that will stand their ground. People who have not given up, who still stand by their culture and will fight and sacrifise themselves. They are the last of the last, the fine line between obliteration and renewal.

We do it, because if we do not believe in our culture and our values, then we are finished.

That is what it is basically all about; faith. Faith in our values, in our system, in our religions, in our G-ds.

And it will be by the measure of the strenght of that faith, that we will be either doomed or saved.

G-d bless the wisdom of Socrates and Jesus Christ, the redeemers. (Said as a Jew)

American business

There has been a renewed discussion of the economic skills of the great Us of A. Well there is no discussion that the skills are there, the discussion is just; how does that translate into jobs?

First of all, the Republicans, and most of the Democrats does not really seem to understand the underlying philosophical discussion under what we today have come to term “Obamanomics”.

Remember the last election fight, when mr. Romney was deemed “outsourcer in chief”? Before that election campaign, no-one had discussed the outsourcing as a problem, because there were no theoretical basis to do that from. We made that, Obama and I, and that saved not only the American economy, but also the British, because mr. Cameron got the tools as well, and has made a resurgence of the british economy too.

What is it, that made this possible.

It is, as then stated, a discussion on the two books of Adam Smith. Smith developed the free trade ideas, that drove most of the expansion of British empire. In its core, it argues, that free trade will enhance the overall production and consequently wealth for all who are in the free trade zone.

This is off cause true, and no-one doubts it. We saw it in the crisis of the thirties where trade barriers were put up, here the overall production simply fell, and the wealth and jobs fell away as well.

Then a war came, and that motivated the production again.

But there is another book of Adam Smith, that I have pointed too, that misses its application. Coming from a philosophical world, I know that freedom always goes hand in hand with responsibility. If you have no responsibility to anything, then the freedom you have will make you weightless and disconnected. It is the freedom from something that gives the feeling of freedom.

So, usually there is a kind of trade off or balance in the equation between freedom and ethics.

Being a philosopher, Adam Smith off cause knew the same, so I looked for the ethical part of his philosophy, and found it in his works on moral sentiment.

Smith really was a brilliant philosopher, and he had the balance in his philosophy, we just did not understand it well enough to really implement it. This is our current problem.

So what does Smith say about ethics? He says that the moral sentiment must be attached to the nation to work. In other words, while there is free trade among the nations, there should be a loyalty between those who produce goods and the nation. This is the key, and that is the current problem. When American manufacturers moves production to China, the US looses wealth.

It is not good for China either, because if the system is ruined, then there will be no-one for them to sell their goods too. So it is in all nations interest to keep a sound an loyal production base. In fact, it is a vital a part of the Smithsonian equation as free trade.

So this is the key, and unfortunately it has only worked to some degree, and not all the way through. It needs to be reinforced, with good measure off cause.

Businesses should feel appreciated, there should tax reduction for those business that keep their production in the US, and so on. Use your imagination and it is quite simple to make it happen.

A stronger focus on patriotism overall would also help, be a bit more patriotic, let the flag unfurl again and be happy with your great nation, because in all fairness, you should, because it is so great.

G-d bless United States of America.

Strategy

There has been a lot of discussion about the aim and the purpose of the foreign policy of the Obama administration. Mr. Trump says, at one hand, that it is absolutely without aim, at the other hand the EU administration has just admitted that the policies are much deeper and better than their own!

Well, one cannot be true without the other.

I am not the only one Mr. Obama listens to, there are others, so it is not only my advice that has been heeded. But in the Arab spring Obama and I were pretty much inseparable, and the idea behind the fight against IS were strategic considerations that we both agreed on.

Many people see Obama as against Israel, this is absolutely and totally wrong, he just believes in the same values as the liberal camp in Israel. He wants peace, and to his credit you must be open to the fact, that Obama has never really engaged in the fights between the Gazans and Israel, giving Israel a wide berth here. If he had supported the Palestinians more, the last intifada (that with the bombs) would have been devastating.

He has held on to the idea, that the peace process should be met at the source. This was the entire idea behind making peace with Iran.

If you zoom out a bit, you will find the basic fight that we are in right now; the reclaiming of Western values.

What is so terrible about IS? It is the fact that they hate democracy, and love the caliphate. So the fight against them is much more than just a fight against terror, it is at the same time, a fight for our own values.

And this is what it basically all about; the reclaiming of our own values.

In a world where western interest are threatened and we are loosing ground, we should both put up an ideological as well as a physical defence.

That is crux of the strategies that I have made, and that has influenced Barack a lot; the rise of the West again.

So we have defined the enemy; the Islamic State, and has put together a wide alliance behind it. It has been so strong, that the problems we have had with Russia, that could have developed into a third world war, was eased out by the fact, that we are kin, and we are fighting for the same basic ideas.

The world according to Samuel Huntington is a world where civilisations fight, and we have sought to strengthen our own civilisation, and we have failed in some areas, but also won a lot. Egypt is now a democracy, we have brought momentary peace to Israel, we have changed the mindset of the Europeans, we have forged a friendship with Russia that was extremely important in the wake of the last crisis.

All in all, we are poised for a comeback as a civilisation, if the next president knows how to play his cards wisely.

Not to mention that we have done all this while saving money and making jobs.

G-d bless the United States of America.

Israel

To develop the world, the world needs to have peace. Otherwise most of the ressources and the ability to invest in the betterment of humanity is forfeit.

It is like a lake, if there is war, the ressources are sucked up, the dams breached will take away water. If there is peace, the dams will hold, and the lake will swell, full of water.

So plugging the holes of the dam, will give prosperity. In this way, peace and prosperity are two sides of the same coin.

Now, that may be simple, but the actual peace making is extremely difficult. It all comes down to inspiring the world to do good. Usually enemies portray their enemies as evil. This is wrong, enemies are not inherently evil, they are just in disagreement of how things should be run.

We in the West believe that freedom, democracy and humanism are good things. There are other that have competing systems. That is the way it is with human beings. We all believe our model is the best.

So peace comes from looking at the systems at hand, and find the good elements in them.

Like democracy. There are good and bad things about democracy, so we need to inspire people to do the good things. If the bureaucracy starts corrupting and hiding things, making things intransperent, then we are dealing with the bad elements of democracy. If you have the freedom to act, you need a high ethical standard.

We have to remember this, when we search for peace in the Middle East. There are a number of competing systems there, and we need to align the good virtues of each system towards each other to create a positive flow.

This is difficult, and will require both patience and persistence two work. There are no easy fixes.

We have come far, by focusing on the sources of the conflict between Israel and “Palestine”. Making peace with Egypt and the rest of the Sunni Arab countries. (Egypt is originally not Arab, but Egyptian, but they are allied).

We can do the same with Iran, I know people are against it. But so far, we have not had any atomic bombs over Tel Aviv. We should not be stupid, but if there is an opportunity for peace, we should take it.

This is how Israel should act; as a peace maker.

G-d bless Israel.

The United States of America

April 29th, 2016 No comments

I think that the US must be the most reluctant empiremaker ever. I mean, it is as though the different candidates in the election almost fight over how to NOT be an empire. This is truly the greatest strenght of the US. The clean ethical view on power. Power is not to opress, but to be used for good. I think this is also the part of the weakness, because recently we have seen a few instances of disengagements, where engagement would have been better. Especially in Libya, we should have gone in there and helped rebuild the country. That was a mistake in my mind.

But, the strenght of the fact, that the US does not wish to impose its agenda on everybody, but is happy with the fact, that it can provide some progress and momentum for its own citizens is, to my mind a great boon to the world. It was what, at the end of the day, that stopped the Ukraine crisis from developing into a third world war. Off cause, mr. Putin never wanted the war either, so there were two parts not to really want war.

If you compare this to almost any other emperical power in history, it is truly unique. Just look at how the Chinese treats Africa. It is with contempt, the US has never treated Africa with contempt.

I know that there has been some bad blood in South America, but apart from that, the US has its hands, more or less clean.

I hope, that it continues in this way, that foreign involment has an ideological or protective motive, not a tyrannical motive.

G-d bless The United States of America.

Anglican Church

April 25th, 2016 No comments

sons-of-light-588x441If you want to fight, you have to be prepared to get hit from time to time, that is the way with fighting.

This is especially true with the renaissance of the Anglican church. You get a new message from here, another hit from there, but as when you do a pilgrimage, the difficulties of the walk should never stop you, but make you keep going.

At the end of the day, it is a matter of faith, you are always tried by fortitude, by evil, by all kinds of difficulties.

Yet, as a new mountain appears as a mirage at the end of the road, you just need to pray, get up and find a way over, beneath or around that mountain. There will another mountain to climb when you have climbed the mountain in front of you, but that is the way with work for spirit. It is a never-ending, continuous striving for at better world, and the strange thing is, you never find the end. It is just a road you have to travel.

Sometimes you meet someone on your pilgrimage, and you gather your wits and start a conversation with that person. This is your boons and your nourishment, to find companions along the road.

Sometimes, no, always in my experience, the companions you find on your road, will be there with you all along, and as you travel father and father, the torrent of people you meet on your way will swell.

If you are truly a good person, the persons that will accompany you will be fellows in that same spirit.

So there will be downfalls, and dark days, but do not falter in you belief, because spirit will always be there to support you, and help you find your way. Because that is what G-d is; a helper, a friend and a crutch when you need it.

Praised be Amun.

Europe

April 23rd, 2016 No comments

It is difficult for Europe to hedge its bets in this time of destruction and insecurity.

Germany has, lastly caught up with the new trends of Europe, and has had its very own islamic-critic party. The Afd. well, I do not do mudfests, and I refuse to start throwing ridicules and be the one pointing fingers. As Christians may remember, a lot of people pointed fingers at Jesus, and as Jews remember people did not like Moses much, let alone Mohammad.

This is the way it is, if things Change, people do not like it.

I understand, that the problems that confronts Germany are very difficult, especially considering the influx of migrants and refugees, that creates a lot of problems in Germany right now.

Ms. Merkel is trying to balance the scales in a situation where Germany has to cope with its history as murdering a lot of Jews, and at the same time making sure that the security of the land is working.

Right now, the dilemma seems to tear Germany apart.

There is a short term solution, and a long term solution.

First of all, take it easy. Do not panic, look at the situation, plan ahead and be careful not to lose the initiative.

Germany has the problem, that it is too strong lying there in the middle of Europe. So the minor states and other stronger states around it are vary about its course.

But, look at the way the world has changed these last ten to twenty years. Before the internet revolution, we had absolutely no idea about the ideas and history of the Middle East, even though it lies a mere stonethrow away! Imagine that. We were still, mentally, living in a time where the only transportation was boat and slow moving vehicles.

The US has been good at understanding the new reality, and is acting accordingly. But Europe, mired in its self-pity and inaction, simply has just done….nothing.

What we need to do now, is catch up. Look at our options and act accordingly.

We are not the rulers of the world anymore, that is over, and that is ok. We are living in a multipolar world. Where there are several powers. There is China, the Brics countries, India, Russia, the Middle East and so on. We need to get used to the new situation, and plan from there.

There is no shame in admitting that we are not the rulers of the world anymore, that is just the way it is. And honestly, would we like to be the rulers of the world again? No, why should we? We can be contempt in trying to develop our own world, and strengthening our own ways of doing things. To contribute to a peaceful and humanistic earth.

But in order to do that, we need to get out of that post colonial hangover, and start using our own strengths to our advantage. What are they?

First of all, it is a world class intellectual world. We have the best thinkers, period.

This asset is an asset that, potentially, can bring us back on the world stage as leaders in political, metaphysical and peace bringing theory.

Note that this strength is not a offensive strength, but rather a strength that will give us friends and not enemies.

This is also the strength that will save us in the current situation, the solutions we can find, can solve the problems, without us getting into conflict with the human rights and so on.

So we need to take a fresh look on the situation, define the positive aims we want to have. What is it we want to contribute with? How can we help our neighbours? How can we contribute solving some of the problems of the world?

At the same time, we need to solve the problems we face right now with migration.

As I have said, let us do within the limits of the Human Rights charter, and do it progressively. We should act, but with respect to our allies, our friends around the world, and most importantly, to protect our citizens. This being the main task.

G-d bless the light we must follow, and the peace we can contribute making.

Israel

April 21st, 2016 No comments

I have, together with Obama, had a tremendous succes in the Middle East. The tactic; to focus on the sources of the conflict between Israel and the rest of the Middle East instead of focusing on the proxies; the Palestinians or whatever they are called, has really pulled of.

As of now Israel is hedging its bets with both Saudi Arabia and Egypt. If mr. Netanyahu had been a bit more trusting on Iran, we could have come somewhere with them as well.

I understand, animosity and so on. But we are the Chosen people, and we should not act as local power players, but rather as a moral player, as we are, right?

Now mr. Netanyahu and I are not always on the same page, but I love that man anyway, and do really respect his judgement.

But, be as it may, what is really the process behind these success?

First of all, I am not so self-indulgent, that I believe that is either my doing or Baracks for that matter. We are just tools in a process. Perhaps we are tools of spirit, but perhaps we are just there as a part of a development. The expression of a culture that evolves around certain principles.

Now, what I have been thinking about in the process, is, why really? What is it in the process, that gives us the ability to make peace where no-one else have succeeded?

I believe it is because as Zionist there is a piece that is missing. When Israel was originally founded by Herzl, it was a historic and democratic union of Jews. The state of the Jews, all Jews, and rested on a republican basis. There where some Cabalists that secretly tried to see Israel as a vehicle for peace, we still do. But this was only as private individuals.

The central western democratic blueprint Israel was formed on lacked something that was in existence in Denmark. Denmark is very, very similar to Israel in its construction, but we have one thing that differs; we are based on a historic understanding of the Danish Folk. The Danish people. The great Grundtvig being the master behind this construction. This has given us a historic awareness, and a cohesive disposition towards our neighbours. Instead of representing a state, we represent the Danish People.

Being the Chosen people as Jews, meeting our neighbours as what we are, instead of just a system, makes things much more down to earth, and also makes our neighbours feel they know us more. They know us as a people, not as a state, and if we behave like a people, and respect our neighbours as other peoples, things seem to fall in the right holes.

The Middle East is a very, very proud place. It is the cradle of human civilisation, and every people there remembers, with pride their contribution, even though the rest of the world has forgotten.

If we remember our own history, that is interwoven with our neighbours, we have common ground, and common projects to work with.

And as the Chosen people, there is one mission that will elevate us to where we should be, and that is the fight for G-d. That he may live again. If we do that, we will be friends with our neighbours.

G-d bless Israel.

Business and politics

April 20th, 2016 No comments

67801442Now there seems to be a bit of fashion in businessmen going into politics. We have mr. Naftali Bennet in Israel, and mr. Donald Trump in the US.

Both people most do not like much (mr. Bennet, as a Jew is not liked in the world, though we Jews off cause like him), and mr. Trump is getting a little more popular, but still has a long way to go to be accepted.

Now, this is not to help in the American election, it struck me because as a Zionist I read about the generation of Israelies, that boomed in the dot com time, and is trying to cope with the hard wrenched IT world, and politics.

I have a similar background, I started as a project leader in IT, and shifted after some years to politics and philosophy.

So perhaps my experience can be of a little use.

The reason why I quit the IT business, was because of a moral drive. In IT there is a lot of corruption and a lot of easy money made. After some years learning the ins and outs of that business, I quit it because in a world, you need to stay moral. You need to stay a moral person.

After that I became a teacher and then a philosopher.

That is really the link, as I see it, from business to politics. You need to have a mission, a moral mission. I know that people often despise politicians for being driven by the system. That is true, there are a lot of politicians that are more bureaucrats than politicians. But the good politicians are there to change the world to something better.

It may sound quite silly and obvious, but the truth of the matter is, that as you are grinded down in the political machine, you often lose the ideas as to why you started out. Why you began in the first place. Because you need money and you start doing deals to get something done.

That is natural, but as power corrupts, politics corrupts too. What you therefor need, according to the Romans, is a solid character. Something stoically indestructible. Some higher aspirations. It can be the quest for freedom, solidarity, justice or brotherhood of man. But you need to cling on to those values and virtues.

This is not to be condescending. I do not judge anyone. Just as a afterthought to the mechanics of politics in relation to business.

In business what you need is a fierce will, fighting skills and the ability to understand and analyse markets, competitors and the general layout of the world.

This you also need in politics. But you need something more, you need knowledge of two things; political philosophy and history. The first to get deep into the whereabouts of virtues, the second to avoid doing the same mistakes as leaders before you.

If you want to be smart, you need knowledge. Because you can only know your steps forward, if you know the general layout of the market, and in politics, politics is the market.

G-d bless the wisdom of the Romans.

Europe

April 18th, 2016 No comments

Getting back on the world scene, will be a little taxing for Europe.

We have been sailing around in our own misery after the second world war, and a lot of self-pity put in as well.

It is time we suit up, get realistic about the challenges we meet, and start investing our ressources in security. Both domestic as well as international.

First of all, we need to clean up our own systems. Eastern Europe has already done this after the fall of the iron curtain, but in Western Europe, there are still numerous (ageing) KGB personnel sitting in vital positions in the state apparatus, including media, education, and culture. These traitors are now helping the islamists setting up shop.

So it is really a two pronged war that we need to face. First take all the ancient KGB agents, and the islamists.

After that we will see what is really left of the states.

But, if we succeed, and in some areas we will, then it is on to the next step, and that is playing a role in the international powerplay.

We have the ressources, but we have, mired in our own self loathing, not done anything about it.

But, first of all. Playing with Turkey, puts us on the wrong side of the conflicts in the Middle East. Turkey is one of the main sponsors of IS, and is in real trouble with the other Sunni powers, that is Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Add to this an animosity with Russia, we simply cannot put all our eggs in that basket.

I know we have bought som reprive from the refugee pressure by dealing with Turkey, but it comes at a steep price, and the refugees/migrants will just find new routes. Right now they are going through Libya instead.

We need to strengthen our borders, and start making deals with the countries they come from, so that economic migrants can be send back to their original countries, and we can put up some serious help for the true refugees.

So, invest in security, start cleaning up our states for moles, agents, and other enemies of the state. Put up borders, and start making some real deals with; Eritrea, Pakistan, Afghanistan and so on.

Probably they are unwilling, but we need to find a way. We need to move, as of now.

G-d bless the vision of peace we have to find.

The truth

April 13th, 2016 No comments

When we fight for G-d, we must remember what G-d really is; he is love. When the result of our struggle is less love in-between the living things of mother earth, then we do not fight for G-d. It is only when the result of our actions are love, that we do good.

But then again, this is not easy, because what often seem crystal clear in its moral content, are, more often than not, the exact opposite.

Plato describes, in his famous cave allegory, the workings of truth. In the cave there are many people who pretend to shine truth, but do not. The truth is often very difficult to project to people, and most often people do not like the truth of the matter.

Redemption however lies in accepting and working for truth, even though it will cost you. This is true martyrdom; to spread truth where truth is not found, and do this in the interest of spirit.

In Europe right now, there is very little truth in anything, because we have had a long period of stale peace. The peace of the cold war came at the cost of the truth. What was paraded as truth was only lies and deception.

So to wheel the European discourse back to truth is extremely difficult, we have forty years of lies to counter.

Add to this the problem, that the European Union is almost falling, we have a situation that will most probably lead to some really nasty scenarios. The infighting between the citizens and noncitizen may just evolve into an all out civilwar. The vikings are arming themselves, and the migrants have absolutely no idea what they are facing. This could turn very very ugly.

Therefor, the political system must go on a cold turkey. That is stop the illusions of peace and tolerance with no controlling of the conflict. There has to be control, and it has to be on the right moral basis. That is of Democracy and human rights.

As long as the vikings do fight within the bounds of the state, we cannot touch them. At the same time, it is high time we face the fact that we are infiltrated from top to bottom, and do something about it.

We need also to support the liberal and emancipating strands within the migrant community. Women who are trying to liberate themselves, courageous freedom fighters and other people who wish the support the liberal cause.

It is just like Libya, there are many democratic forces within the muslim community. But we need to support them, wholeheartedly for them to thrive. And we need to fight the islamists wholeheartedly as well.

This is, unfortunately, the consequence of being unvigilant for a long time. We need to wheel in the conflicts that has been laying dormant, and solve them.

G-d bless the peace we are fighting for.

In the memory of Aleksandr Prokhorenko

April 11th, 2016 No comments

56fbea79c461882f7d8b45a3While we in the West are so busy pointing fingers on mr. Putin, I believe that we are overlooking some of the amazing things this great country is doing. I know, that we are in a conflict with Russia in Ukraine, but I also think, that we have not understood the true restraint that mr. Putin has showed. He could have bulldozed his way in, instead he has sought to support covertly. This in an area where Russian interest are very much on the line.

While we focus on Ukraine, we do not see some of the astounding successes he has made in Syria, the liberation of Palmyra, the relief of Assad, that is a long life supporter of Iran, but is a democratically turned westerner in many ways.

What really gets me, is when we do not recognise the true heroism of Russian men at arms. As when Aleksandr Prokhorenko called in air support, ON HIMSELF! That must have taken some real guts. Instead of getting caught, he wheeled in an attack that not only got himself killed but a lot of the enemies as well.

We owe it to the Russians, that they are fighting good in this scenario.

I believe we have a common enemy in the islamists, that we should continue fighting.

And a way of that, is to recognise their true heroes.

G-d bless serviceman Aleksandr Prokhorenko, may he rest in peace, and may his sacrifice not be forgotten.

American election

April 11th, 2016 No comments

So the American election is underway, and so far I have not really done anything in it. I believe, that whoever gets to be president should do it because they had it in them, not because I helped them.

I helped Barack in his second term, because we were working on something, that needed to be finished, and because we are friends, and friends help each other out, if they are in a bad spot.

Really, I believe in all the candidates, each have a lot of qualities, and I will not be the one to point fingers. There is only one thing that I really am against, I will not support a president that supports torture. That is not in anyones interest, and honestly that should be below us. Fighting smart is not torturing people, that is fighting dirty, and you do not win wars by going dirty in these open, social media times.

My agenda, is to bring peace and prosperity to the descendants of the vikings, that is my job. That does not mean, that I am not all in on race equality, or whatever you call it, being a man of North has nothing to do with your skin colour.

But apart from that, I believe it important to support family, community life, religion in a positive form and freedom of democracy.

Being a Jew, Israel holds a speciel place for me as well.

G-d bless the peace we will win, if we are stubborn enough.

The security of Europe

April 10th, 2016 No comments

We are discussing the deteroritation of the security of Europe, that is, honestly absurd. How did it come to this?

To understand this, we have to see it in a historical light. In the cold war, the psy op laboratories of the Soviet Union cooked up some pretty nasty schemes. Being devoid of hard currency and having little ressources to work with, the Communists were forced to work with infiltration, seduction, demoralisation of enemy and so on.

They were really good at it. In fact, they ruled the world by it, using methods that really worked, but destroyed the target societies in the process. The corruption, the destruction of faith, the deteoriation of families, the destruction of patriotism was devastating for many countries.

In this situation it is the job of the national security apparatus to counter the threat.

The problem was, they never did such a thing. In fact, they looked the other way as KGB infiltrated media, cultural life, politics and so on.

A good example here in Denmark is the documentarist Jacob Holdt, who made himself a name i the seventies as a criticiser of the US. His “American Pictures” depicts the US as a racist, misogenetic, evil society. Just the angle the KGB wanted. He was sponsored by a man in a newspaper called “Information”, most probably another KGB agent.

This is against the law, but the police did nothing.

And so Denmark was infiltrated on all levels. The Socialdemocrats (the Democrats) were, most probably, infiltrated. The now leader of the UN Mogens Lykketoft being the standard bearer. This is based on the fact, that Dragsdahl, the journalist that boosted the anti american documentarist, was and is a dear friend of the UN high commissioner.

If a society that has been worked by the KGB is then confronted with another player, the islamists, who have been learning a bit of the KGB when it comes to cold war methods, then we have a problem, Houston!

As the Communists, the islamist have been trying to infiltrate the target societies. On the surface you see them as guards in the airport, as workers in the atomic plants. But behind the scene, they are artists, politicians, academics, mediapersons, and the works.

So to truly tackle the problem, we have to touch on the basis of it; the lack of muscle of the national security to tackle the infiltration.

They simply cannot do it, due of inefficiency, low intelligence, and just a general low level of professionalism.

But the worst problem really is not that they are stupid and inefficient, it is their lack of patriotism. A national security body should put their nation, and the national security at their heart. But we never hear them tuting the freedom of Denmark, or the security of the citizens. We however, repeatedly hear the tuting the good friendship they have with the enemies of the state.

So they end up persecuting the patriotic artists, and helping the enemy.

That is the truth.

To turn this situation around, you need to scrap most of the leaders of that security body, find some who are actually taking the job at hand serious. And find, if there is any, a policeman for whom national security makes sense.

G-d bless the will to find peace in this abominal mess.

The freedom

We have come to a place in the history of Europe, where we are at a pivotal point, as in the battles of Tours or at the battle of Vienna. We either start fighting the jihadis, or they will win. The softhearted, willy nilly, rehab thinking has to stop. I mean it, not just yesterday or the day before, a year ago we should have realised what was going on, and started acting on it.

If we play this game wisely enough though, there are possibilities. The EU will probably fall, but that is a small consequence as to the fall of all Europe into darkness, chaos and decay.

Anyway, I believe the time for appeasement is over. We need to face the fact, that we are overrun, infiltrated, in harms way and in deep, deep problems.

First of all, one thing you need to do, and you need to do it for me and my friends, you need to free us.

My friends, most of them living under the pressure of not only the islamists, but also the state are, rebels, intelligent, goodhearted, honest people of the highest integrity. This I say, and will swear on, from the bottom of my heart, at the price of my entire career. We have Helle Merete Brix, a simple, intelligent and courageous woman, who has braved through an attack, not bowing to the pressure. We have Lars Vilks, the most gifted painter of Sweden, so illustrious, intelligent and strong you would bow to his mere ideas. You have my best friend Uwe Max Jensen, whom I have supported and been supported by for seven years. Through darkness and joy, through pain and good fortune. People so morally infused, that we all bang heads from time to time.

Anyway, we are not the problem, we are the salvation of Europe. How will you ever succeed in surviving, if you do not support your heroes?

We are not talking about some neo nazi slurge, but free minded, democratic idealist with a humanistic worldview.

As of now, we are, half of us, persecuted by the state, and often not heard very much in the debate.

To counter the demoralisation, you need to put us up on pedestal. Tell our stories to the kids, acknowledge our selfless heroism, in the face of the fall of Europe.

We are your heroes, not your villains. We fight for your freedom, not your enslavement. Only if you realise this, and help us, will you win.

The days of being underground is over, we need to be mainstream.

This is not about my vanity, I life a fine live, except for the constant harassment, of the police. It is about faith in Change and Democracy that should be blasted out over the rooftops of the cities, the domes of the underground, the halls of learning.

It is time Europe should make a stand again, this time, for the right reasons, that of the freedom of Europe.

G-d bless the wisdom of our forefathers, as they fought for their freedom, we should fight for ours.

Geostrategy

I have been embroiled in the danish debate, stupid as it sounds. The level is low, there is not much in the content, and the rest of the world has, more or less, passed it when it comes to renewing the international debate. The incredible push that mr. Anders Fogh made is all but over. Politics is stagnating, and nothing new comes.

So, I hope that you have had the good friendship to linger on here in Rubicon, and pass by from time to time. I will try and start it over again. A lot of my projects are losing steam, and we need to pick ip up where we left.

First of all, we need to understand, that alienating Russia at this point is both futile and extremely dangerous. Russia is the key to peace. Because China is building up its network of competition very fast, and it is weak, except from the fact, that Russia, which is extremely strong, that we saw in Syria, is protecting it.

So from a geostratetic point of view, losing Russia is to give the Chinese an upper hand, we do not need them to have.

In this area I think, mr. Obama has played things wisely trying to find a middle ground.

The great, difficult problem really is Ukraine. This festering sore is still not solved, and it creates all the consecutive pain. We still have a common goal in the Middle East, where Russian are fighting good against those bastards of the IS, but the problem of Ukraine needs to be solved.

I do not know if it is possible on this side of the presidential election, and hopefully a new president will rise to challenge and perhaps solve the problem.

It is not totally impossible, but difficult though.

This bleeds into the European theatre, that is ready to go bust. The IS is entrenched here, and might just blow up anytime. This may suck in American troops, and then we have a whole new situation. Being friends with mr. Putin is really important.

G-d bless the wisdom of the peacekeepers.

Give me liberty or give me death!

edc3d6d0-de32-4592-a674-9e37ca5bdab5I am reading this magnificent book by Dan Brown (the author of The Da Vinci Code) called Deception point. It is about American Politics. And though I have been a integrated part of American politics for some time now, I have happily been without knowledge of how things are really run in D.C..

Ok, Dan Brown may not be the best source of truth, but it seems to me, that there is a bit of truth in the fact, that that race is as dirty as any political fight.

Politics is a old as civilisation. It started in fabled cities as Babylon and Eden, and it has been with us since. The pitfalls being the same; corrupt governments, chaos, too many dependent on public welthfare, crony capitalism and the like.

If you read the bible, you can have advice, as in the story about the tower of Babel. This story comes from a situation they must have had in Babylon. The fabled city with the hanging gardens. The megacity of the ancient orient was one of the first true republics. It had a government that was divided between judges, the layman and the king.

From this we learn, that one of the worst problems of Babylon was the mix of cultures. At a certain point, there were too many cultures in the city, and all hell broke loose. The central Ziggurat, that is the temple of Babylon, is depicted as a tower that was built too large (it is enormous, you can still see it today) but had no inner core.

A Republic needs an inner core, that all citizens adhere to, to function. That is what I wanted to talk about in relation to the American constitution and the current hoolabaloo.

When the US started, it started with a pack of rebels rebelling against the English crown. There was a momentous speech by Patrick Henry, where he claims, that he will rather die than lose his freedom.

“Give me liberty, or give me death!”, he exclaimed. That is the inner core of the United States of America. You have to remember that, to be yourself. You are rebels, and if you end up being custodians of an ever enlarging empire, you lose yourself.

That is why you like me, because as Henry, I have exclaimed the exact same words not in defiance of the English crown, goodness no! But in defiance of those islamists, who are here to put a mark on us, and kill us.

You remind us of who we are, and vice versa.

Look at that virtue; You do not know when you have it, but not having it, is the problem. It is in the lack of it, that you realise the value of it.

Remember that, when you look out of your citadels and build your gigantic machines of war, there was that little powerful yet frail man, who went, willingly to his death to save his liberty. You are his children, and that is what you are, if you want to be Americans. As we, in Denmark are the same, if we want to be Danes.

G-d bless the United States of America in friendship with the Danes.

What to do?

I have been giving the totally absurd security situation in Europe some thought over the last few days. It is much more complicated than just the threat of terrorist burning up atomic reactors. It goes much. much, much deeper.

First of all, the shift in paradigm that the Obama administration has made, that is deepening the ideological fight with radical islam to a fight between Democracy and islamic state, has not really been implemented in Europe. This is the basic problem. Europe still linger in a pre Obama understanding. In this idea, ALL muslims are socially disenfranchised victims of especially English imperialism.

As a consequence they are to be treated as victims, and any criticism is an open threat to the critical stance against imperialism.

This is, on an intellectual level complete bogus, since Muslims were not the main victims of English imperialism, and especially the Middle East was never really colonised. There were however a huge problem in India, America and Australia.

But, that is politics, facts and consequence is not always two things that compare.

Anyway, to try and counter the terrorist threat, that is a complete other prerogative. We tried to differ between IS and the rest of the muslims, effectively isolating the fight to a part of the muslim community, giving a way out for those muslims who are loyal to our democratic constitutions. A good solution by any stretch of the imagination. It works, we are not alienating the good muslims and we are fighting the bad.

Anyway this strategy has not been implemented in Europe. There are some initial steps taken by Germany, UK and France. Being the larger countries they have the ressources and the guts to fight evil in our midst. But the smaller countries are still living in a world where all muslims are victims and all Danes, Dutch and Belgians are inherently evil, white oppressive colonialists.

This shift of paradigm has to seep into the smaller countries as it is beginning in the larger countries. The first step is to isolate and document the large networks of the islamists. It is not only IS that is dug in deep in Europe, there are other organisations as Hizb-ut-tahrir and the like. They need to be uprooted and stopped, simple as that.

But then again, it is not as simple as that. Because the infiltration goes well beyond the hardcore islamists. These guys are not stupid, they have been waging a cold war style war for decades, that is infiltration of culture, media and any power centres that are up for grabs. A good example is the security guards in the airport, this goes on also in Denmark, probably also in other countries. Infiltration of security guards in atomic installations. You name it, you hate it. It is a network so wide, that to get an idea about it is, in itself, difficult.

But the secret police, and the other security apparatuses has to get a grip. This will only happen, if they get some help. Preferably from MOSSAD, who are the best. But also from CIA and perhaps Russia, FSB. They are also brilliant.

But you have to educate, push, make hard demands, put instructors in the country, hammer on the political system and do everything apart from putting grunts in. This is the only way we can avoid total catastrophes, like blowing up atomic reactors. And it has to be done immediately, as we speak IS is beefing up operations in Europe, and they are planning to hit very, very hard.

The clock is ticking, and time is very, very, very short. You need to move yesterday.

G-d bless the peace, we hopefully will win if we are fast enough.

Take it serious!

The security of Europe is so damned and haphazard. I will give you an example. If you read Rubicon.dk a few years ago, you may have followed my harsh criticism of the Danish state in their outright persecution of my little jewish daughter. This was planned and executed by the PM of that time Helle Thorning-Schmidt the now chairman of children’s rights, talk about a turn around there!

Anyway the childtorturer had a henchman called Jacob Scharff. He was the head of the Danish security system called PET. The equivalent of FBI.

Anyway, this man, who has gone beyond all measures of civilised behaviour, tortured a little Jewish girl, to shut me up, is now, guess what, talking about more rehab for Islamists.

I mean, it is not that he does not have it in him to use ALL tools in the toolbox, a person who would make Donald Trump look like Santa Claus when it comes to the use torture. But when it comes to terrorists, he is all for a warm embrace, more cuddling, a new toy and luxury tour to Ibiza all at the expense os the Danish state.

That is ridiculous.

What we need to do, is to hammer down on the mosques that are producing the jihadis that go and rape Danes, Syrians, Yazidi and who else who are not in line with their fascists views. We need to take this serious.

Now, the PET have proved, on my little daughter, that they know how to persecute and bring the pain to someone. I believe I am the wrong target, and I believe, that we have some human rights in this country. So torture and persecution is not within the bounds of a serious state, remember, we are supposed to be a good example!

What we need, is for the system, to take the threats serious. Move within the laws, and put to jail, repatriate and in other ways move the terrorist to where they belong; out of the reach of bombs and weapons of mass destruction.

Grow some balls. I am sorry, if you do not take this serious, the state will fall. If that is not a serious consequence, what is?

G-d bless the peace we will eventually find.

Good intentions

Now, ok, the Americans, or should I say we, as I am more an American intellectual than a Danish, since Danes do not like my writing much, are worried about what is happening in Europe now. We are loosing it. Why?

Because of total misconduct in the whereabouts of the security system, but not only that, the political system, the judges, the liberal media have all failed.

We say in Denmark, that the road to hell is paved with good intentions. It is all good intentions; could we not talk a little less about the problems between radical islam and Denmark? Could we just stop all the confrontation and put the jihadis in rehab?

When I started talking about this, nobody in the States really believed me, because the level of idiocy is so absurd, that it could not be right. I mean, sending people who have raped and pillaged on rehab? Well it has been worse, once the idea was to give them a job! Imagine that, one of the prisoners of Guantanamo was given a job in the mail. So surprise, surprise, he started stealing the mail.

The stupidity is without bounds, so there are no easy fixes, you cannot fight idiocy, because its a state of mind.

Add to this the radicality of the European States, Americans must know, you were made as a reaction to this. There you have it, a catastrophe of a magnitude we cannot fathom.

The train is running, faster and faster against the cliff, and people are just putting on more fuel. It is a nightmare come through.

So, what can we do? We can work on the mindset, at least. Try to bring the politicians around, the media, the security system.

What should they do?

First of all, it is about taking the threat serious. As of now, they do not. The organisations of the jihadis are allowed to grow, not in all countries, the greater countries as UK, Germany and France are working, as they have more resources (and better people) on the issue. The problem is more the smaller countries.

They are stupid, and they are not capable of handling themselves. Take Holland, there they killed the people who criticised radical islam, as Theo van Gogh and Pim Fortuyn, not a wise decision. The same problem you have with Belgium, Denmark, Norway, Sweden to a certain degree. At least that is what I know of.

So we need to give them some kind of advice.

Then there is the great what if? What if everything goes to hell, and American troops are forced to go in and stop the killing?

Well, that is what we need to avoid, and that will only happen, if we educate, train, and help the security apparatus, and the rest of the system.

They need to start thinking security on a serious level!

This is not about war, but avoiding more bloodshed and atrocities.

G-d bless the peace we have to win, after the mayhem.

The Marie Antoinette’s

March 30th, 2016 No comments

aeabbed2d5c040c7c6446861a55fbaf5Many wonder why the EU is in such trouble, I mean, seen from outside, the problems are manageable, easy to solve. Just put up a simple barrier between each member state, invest in security, and problem solved.

But, the truth is that there is absolutely no cohesion between the different states. What Finland does and thinks is miles away from what Portugal does and thinks. Each country is a world in itself.

So the cooperation on a real democratic level is nonexistent.

So can it be changed? Yes, if you had the humility and respect for each member state, letting each state do their business and had a transparent interaction between each state, it could have been done. But the exact opposite has happened; opaque decitionmaking, oppression of states that did not fall in line, undemocratic institutions.

It has all resulted in a complete cynical worldview. So the entire Bruxelles bureaucracy went weeping after the terror attack. Well, if you were truly interested in the security of the public, why didn’t you then invest in security? Why has migration been forced on the member states?

You reap as you sow.

Under this lack of any kind of serious ethical government lies a lack of understanding of politics. Politics in Bruxelles is basically corruption. You buy this PM, you invest some money in this country to make it your friend and so on. This may work for some time, but the end result is a cardhouse that will fall, simply because as in all other revolutions, the people will rise to fight the atrocities at some point. You saw it in the Russian revolution, you saw it in the French revolution, you saw it in the protestant revolution. When the atrocities and the corruption is too harsh, the people will rise.

In the French revolution the atrocities that were beneath the monarchy, was that of sexual abuse. If you read Marquis de Sade, you will have a little peek into the dark horrid world that the French monarchy was. The same is the situation of the European Union, you may not hear it from the media, but everybody knows, that the atrocities done in Köln and in numerous other places by especially Muslim migrants, is the reason why people are rebelling against the system.

As long as it continues, the revolution fill be fed with new motivation, continually. Add to this the crime, the terror and there you have it; the prerequisites for another pan European revolution.

This is the historical experience.

Well, I am happy I am not one of the Marie Antoinettes of the EU, still insisting on the magnanimity of the realm, but a lowly and persecuted philosopher. Persecuted for pointing to the fact, that emperor has no clothes on.

G-d bless the peace we hope to find, even though it seems pretty far away.

Israel

March 29th, 2016 No comments

I believe, that we have to connect to the first Israel to make the second. The first Israel was a country that initiated the monotheistic religions. First it was just us Jews, then it was Christianity and the Islam.

But when something has stopped, it has to start again. We need to understand what it was that stopped, find the first Israel, to make the second.

The first Israel, was a small country squeezed in between the Assyrian republic of Babylon and the kingdom of Egypt.

It had the joy to reap the best ideas of both. On one hand it reaped the new ideas of Moses (an Egyptian) and at the other ideas was enveloped in the science and advanced civilisation of the Assyrians.

Many of the stories of the Torah are experiences and good advice for a democratic or republican institution as the Babylonian Assyric.

How do we understand then where we should stand today? By reading the prophets of that time. Like Daniel, who was a member of the Babylonian court, and other great prophets of that time.

They spurned the religious/metaphysical development very far, and we have to understand how they saw it.

They lived in a time, where the ideology was vibrant and alive, we need to connect to that vibrancy and life. Live the ideas of what Judaism truly is. Give power to the heaven, not just for ourselves, support the poor in their misery, and strive for goodness.

In this lies the rebuilding of Israel. Not just the frame or the language, but the ideology.

G-d bless Israel.

The EU

March 25th, 2016 No comments

The political/security situation in Europe is becoming more and more complicated as the Middle East is flowing in over the borders of the EU.

Let us first look at the big WHY? Why do the flow of migrants never stop flowing.

To understand that, we need to understand the structure of the EU. The EU was made, according to some of the criticisers I have read, as a reaction to the rise of the Nazis before the second world war. The conclusion was, as I understand it, that the people were to blame. The German people elected leaders that threw the continent into turmoil and destruction.

Well, first of all, the first world war, that was as violent as the second world war, perhaps even worse in the trenches of the Belgian front, was not started by the people, but by the leaders.

So the these that the EU is built upon is truly false. Harmony in a civic body is not about one or the other part of society having power, but about the true balance of power between the different parts of society.

This is why the EU does not work. It does not work, because the tilt in the favour of the political and bureaucratic aristocracy is too strong. The EU is a construction where the peoples of Europe are virtually powerless. We have seen it in Greece, where the Greek people have voted in and out, but their consent is totally ignored. We have seen it in the discussion of migration from the Middle East. The peoples of Europe are adamantly against it, but the political and bureaucratic class has, so far, supported it vigerously.

In a balanced society, it would never have come to this. The open borders, the soft hand on the islamists and so on. The peoples would have voted out.

We can see it in the local national governments. Here the citizens are voting in favour for some very loudmouthed anti migration parties, some founded on even nazi ideas!

This is not to scorn anybody, I know that this is a difficult issue, and I have tried to support all the different parties, and not pick sides. This is just to point to the fact, that the system is flawed.

If you compare the current EU system to the system of the Carthaginians, who, according to Aristotle, had an admirable system. you can here see the equilibrium in effect. In Carthago the senate was run by the most experienced leaders of the republic. But if these leaders could not agree on something unanimously, they had to present the issue to the people. So there was a fine balance there. Carthago existed seven hundred years, and despite its dark sides, it remained an industrious culture for a very very long time, it was not until Rome rose, that it fell.

So my point is, the EU will fall, because the construct is simply flawed.

G-d bless the peace we will find after all the chaos we are now entering.

Middle East minorities

March 25th, 2016 No comments

282px-LammasuThe Middle East is in turmoil, as it has been for so many times. But this time, there seems to be a certain inhumanity in the way things are done.

One of the things i have been worried about, is the persecution, yes outright eradication of minorities. Especially the Yazidi as well as the Coptic minority.

I truly believe, that we should not fight for Christendom only in the Middle East theatre. Fighting a crusade like fight, will connect us to some of the atrocities the crusaders have done in the Middle East, and that is a problem. I believe we should fight from a clean moral perspective, and that is the democratic.

But within the democratic ideology lies an idea about the protection of minorities. The minorities of the Middle East, especially the Coptic and Yazidi are wonderful little societies of pure faith.

But, there is another society that I would like to point to. That is the minority of the Assyrian. This little Christian community is forced to leave the Middle East, and is persecuted by the Islamic State. Some of them forced to be slave brides.

This is the inhumanity that is an abomination of all creeds.

As the crusaders were, in some areas inhuman, this IS monster is just the same.

Therefor, I think we should look out for the Assysrians. Not just because they are more or less helpless, but also because they, as many other parts of the Middle East theatre, carry one of the oldest cultures of the human civilisation. They, more or less, started human civilisation with grand personalities as Nimrod and Semiramis. With polises as Babylon and Nineveh.

If they are eradicated from history, at great, great loss will be the consequence.

G-d bless the willingness to be fair and human in a conflict that tears out all humanity from the eyes of the savage who are wrong.

Muslims

March 16th, 2016 No comments

5446811b4f890There is a war coming up in Europe, and it is a natural consequence of the choices mr. Obama and I have done in the Middle East.

We have fought Islamic State. Not all of muslims, but a part of the Sunni muslims that are quite fond of the caliphate. At the same time we have, or at least I have, supported Egypt. Thereby making a way out for the Arabs states, not getting involved in an all out slaughter between the West and the muslim countries.

I believe this is really the best scenario we can attempt at making as the caliphatists are using all their might to kill and maim everybody.

Now it seems to me a little odd, that the Republicans keep on telling that we have not had a good strategy, as they themselves point at a strategy that is, honestly, pretty stupid. Mr. Trump, being a good man in many ways, tells us we need to fight all muslims. All muslims, I mean is that really serious, killing a third of the world population.

If that is serious, I truly believe we have come back to the good old viking times again. So in practical life, what would that be? Nuking most of the middle East?

The problem about the fight we are having with the Sunni muslims, is the fact, that they want to fight us, but they are not truly capable of doing it, so they resort to sneak attacks, psychological warfare and mostly cold war techniques as infiltration and manipulation of media.

This is not fought with physical power, this is fought with cunning and industry.

We have made the strategy of fighting only the part of the muslim world, that really wants to fight us. What is so wrong about that? We even made peace with Iran, because they decided not to fight us. Now they are experiencing a blossoming of their beautiful culture. What is wrong with that?

There is a showdown in Europe. Right now, one of my brothers in arms, at least ideologically, mr. Bertel Haarder, our current minister of culture, is plotting against the caliphatists here in Denmark, because they are abusing our system, and do not respect our rights of democracy.

In a way it is a choice between that WASP ideology. That is focusing on race, patriotism and religion. And a choice of a democratic, freedom focused, patriotic nonreligious fight.

The one leading to failure, as it has done in the past. The other leading to victory, as it has already.

Mind you, I wholeheartedly support protestantism, in fact I believe that I have saved the Anglican church. I am myself a maltese knight of high ranking. But I do not believe in an all out religious war, it will be the end of the world.

No, let us continue down the path of democracy, it will not tear things apart, but keep our nations at its best possible make up.

At least, this is what I hope will happen.

G-d bless the peace we will hopefully find.

The legacy of mr. Barack Obama

March 14th, 2016 No comments

286352_1280x720Now, there is a discussion on the legacy of mr. Barack Obamas first four years and then another four. Mind you, still there is another year to go, and a lot of things can happen in the meantime.

But, the first seven years have been a turn around for the West. When Barack started his tenure, remember, it was all two minutes before the final meltdown of Western Europe. China was booming, that is, our economy was going down the drain. Osama Bin Laden was on the loose, and all the wars mr. George Bush had done had just used more resources and not given any results. In fact it had alienated everybody except for the most trusted allies. (Among them Denmark).

Now, we have turned it around! The US is the one country in the West that is truly making jobs, American ideology is reaffirmed in the world, and things are looking … well, good, right?

Time to turn off those gloomy, pessimistic views, and be realistic about what we have done. We have made a turn around.

Then what is it really that we have done? Well, we have done that one thing that the Republicans keep talking about that they want to do; we have made America great again. How? By adhering to that base that everybody seems to overlook when they discuss Alinsky, he was not a crypto socialist. No, he was a democrat. He believed in democracy, and that is what we have fought for, in every battle in every decision, in all that we have put as the basis of our thought. Was it good for democracy.

That is the legacy that we will truly bring to our heir; the fight for democracy. But not just the fight for democracy, also the fight for civil rights. Because people are talking about Barack not doing enough in the race war. Come on, he has done what is the best there could be done. He has been the ideal president in a situation where everything was going haywire, and he has done it, as a coloured man, not complaining one single time about his colour or anything. He has made an example, that Martin Luther King would have been proud of.

By making that example, who will ever say that because you are not white in skin you cannot do what is necessary for your nation? Noone.

I think you will miss us. Mind you, we are still here, but it will never really be the same. Because we saved you, and now when you are saved, the thrill and the danger is more or less over.

But there will be new threaths, new wars to fight, new challenges, and we will still be here to advise and talk about the challenges. Not to control, but to be honest about how we see things.

G-d bless the United States of America.

The fall of the EU

The European Union is at its final stage of disintegration. The great what to do now?, is upon us.

I have tried to prepare Europe for the probable demise of the European Union, knowing that when it happens, a lot of chaos will ensure. In such a situation the greatest threat is vigilantism and the rise of tyrants.

As in Germany between the first and second world war, the poverty and general malaise will give rise to extremism and thuggism.

To counter this, and to prepare Europe for the oncoming war with parts of Islam, I have tried to inspire a democratic revolution.

We need to fight, but we need to do it for the right reasons and with the right means.

The fight against ISIS is a prelude to this more bitter and devasting fight in Europe.

What will happen in half a year, when all the power has been taken back and been reinstalled in the national parliaments?

We will see, but the great upheaval, the fight against the barbarity of the Islamists. The terror that we will face, will be defining occurrences in a prolonged battle.

Each nation will have to sort out its own problems, and some nations will fall. Hopefully few, but Sweden and Germany are candidates for dysfunctional states.

But I think that Germany will prevail, and that leaves only Sweden. But having a warring caliphate here in Scandinavia will not exactly be nice, and we may have to give them war at a specific point.

The Swedish state will however be finished, like it or not.

We are entering another phase in the ongoing fight between freedom and tyranny. New foes emerge, new ideas threaten us.

But if we hold dear the values of democracy and humanism, these virtues will prevail.

G-d bless the will to be free.

Mount Moriah

DSC_0184Paintings goes mysterious ways. I have tried to heal some of the wounds that Denmark has suffered these last few years, by painting a picture to homage of the Danish and the Jewish victims of the shooting at the Krudttønden. The painting is called “Mount Moriah”, an allusion to mountain where Abraham almost sacrifised his son Isaac, halting the knife at the very last second. On top, you can see a Danish and a Israelean flag. The meaning being evident, I concur from more analysis. May you rest in peace.

The light

I read Diodorus these days, a greek historian of the finest kind. I stumbled upon a description of the ancient Egyptian civilisation. A civilisation that has been an enduring inspiration to our own.

According to Diodorus, in Egypt it was customary to be lenient to criminals. But there were certain areas where egyptians were not lenient; that of the speaker of lies. To lie in egypt was a capital offence. Because if you lie, the entire system did not work. How can we work together, if we do not know what is going on. Hence the myth of the fight between light and darkness, light being truth.

In this area we as the West, is far behind our initial inspiration. The amount of lies and half-truths that is prevalent in the media and in public service is astounding. The appeasement has wrapped itself in lies.

I believe we should, as the Egyptians, be lenient against criminals and our enemies, we should not be excessive in our use of violence against them, and always find the least possible harmful way to fight them. But I think we should be much more harsh on ouselves. All the lies, all the half-truths should be condemned harshly. In Egypt you were executed outright if you were caught lying in court. Maybe that is too much for even us, but the quest for a more transparent and enlightened society should not be left unsettled. Let us be honest about the challenges we meet. Let us talk freely, because only through the light will we be saved.

G-d bless the will to be enlightened.

The fall of EU

Things are really coming to an end. The entire system of the European Union is finished, realise it or not. The islamic invasion, because that is what it is, when you are swamped by a specific religious group and cannot turn them away again, is unfolding. The economic destruction of the EU countries, especially Greece and so on.

When we look at these things, we may turn around and ask ourselves, when did we realise it, and what did we do to stop it. Few are willing to do so, because to realise the problems that we are up against, you have to be exceptionally brave.

Few are so brave, and have the guts to do what is right. In the UK the tradition is political, mr. Winston Churchill is the beacon of an illustrious example. Being both liberal and conservative, and able to keep faith in a profoundly humanistic view of the world, he always ended up on the right side of the historical judgement. Always, as he did in the first and the second world war. In the first world war he supported Lawrence of Arabia and his dreams of a united and peaceful Middle East. The right choice. In the second world war he supported the democratic fight against nazism, the right choice. Note that in both wars, he sided with the Jews.

In this new contest between the European values of humanism and democracy against such ideas as sharia and the caliphate ruled by harsh justice, once again his descendants will side with the Jews. The Jews are fleeing Europe, because it is no longer safe here due to an islamist upheaval. In Malmø, a Swedish city just a long stone throw from Copenhagen, the Jewish actor, one of my favourites, mr. Kim Bodnia decided to stop his work there, due to fear of antisemitism.

The “refugees” we supported, because we felt bad about the fact, that the Jews slaughtered during the second world war, have become the persecutors of Jews. Talk about poetic justice.

This new threat calls for a new strategy, because as in the second world war, not all Germans were actually nazist, so not all muslims hate Jews, some really support Jews.

And not all muslims want to overthrow our civilisation, only some of them.

We need to be straight with this, and target the right enemies of the state and the Jews. History will judge us accordingly.

The West against the Muslims

February 26th, 2016 No comments

There has been some storm over the straits of Kattegat, and the town of Elsinore has been devastated by international critique of the harsh measures the current PM has taken towards refugees.

But it is not that simple, really. Mind you, I do agree that the current PM is a stupid buffoon, but I do also agree that we have to be really careful about who we are letting into our country. Denmark does not have vast swathes of virgin land that one can settle on. It is a tight, ancient little community where everybody knows everybody. Newcomers are kept in social check for generations before they are accepted, and you can’t just wander in and settle.

But, truly, Danes are not racist bigots. In fact we are as far from as it a is possible. We do not care about skin colour, most of us, and we are proud of our history as liberal, humanistic and free.

It is this peculiar mix of, at the one hand, an ancient tribal culture, and at the other hand a modern liberal worldview, that has clashed with each other and brought out something new and special.

Gun swinging, Texas style prejudice and the like would never work in Denmark. Not that we do not like those swaggering prairie heroes, after all, most of the descent form Danes, but the liberal love for gays and feminism is just too ingrained in our culture, to heave to the old-fashioned ideas.

So we try and look at the effects of the migration and still hold on to our own values. After 9/11 I think most Danes realised that muslim migration is not unproblematic. Most Danes still did not grasp the true significance of the catastrophe, but we just had a huge backlash of anti migration feeling in Denmark, and muslims were truly not that popular. People were getting afraid of the long term consequences of the muslim migration. Then more and more terror started to happen, also in Denmark, where widespread thuggery and rape was starting to happen. Gays were targeted, our women couldnt be safe in the streets and so on. Then came the Mohamad cartoon crisis, the Charlie Hebdo attack, the Lars Vilks attack, and you must say, empirically, that muslim migration was not unproblematic.

The difficult thing for us Danes, has been to be nuanced in a situation where absurd atrocities has happened to our children; gays being beaten up, little girls mutilated, a living hell. How to counter this rape of not only our people, but also our culture, without loosing our sanity?

Here my contribution has been to weigh off the different political strands and ideologies. I have stood on a humanistic and democratic ground, and criticised whoever and whomever were doing things here. I have criticised the right and the left. I have criticised the muslims and some of those who are against muslims.

This has lead to the fight against not all muslims, but those who adhere to the political version of islam, the islamists. Hence the fight against IS.

There are two things that are criticisable with IS, one the political confrontation to democracy, and second the inhuman content of the ideology, massraping, using of slavery and so on.

This nuanced understanding of the conflict has become worldwide, and has, actually had many muslim supporters, that do not see islam as a raping and pillaging religion, but as a humanistic religion. These are my true and best of friends.

So, really, the discussion is much more diverse and complicated than just the West against the Muslims.

It is a complicated conflict, where we have to be sharp on our own values, and see the depth on the conflict, instead of just the superficial pros and cons. This is, in my view, the road to freedom and justice.

G-d bless the wisdom of political thought, and may it prevail.

American election

February 19th, 2016 No comments

The American election is really getting out of hand. The international hubbub over the islamist aggression and attacks on first Charlie Hebdo and then the Vilks committee has really rattled the international community, not to mention the general American public.

To good reason, the crisis is really potent, and the future do look bleak.

But then that is how it is, wartime calls for war-leaders.

On the liberal side we have Sanders. He is a war leader, aggressive, tough, and good hearted. On the Republican side we have Trump, who has the same qualities.

Instead of taking sides, perhaps we should look a bit on the larger picture. I do not know who will be the winner of the contest. And the solutions they offer are quite different. But if we look at the enemy; the islamist. They are both on the same side. So on that point they are focused.

I will not take any part, and I think it is wrong to start pointing fingers before the election has begun. Let us see what is coming. The largest power in the world is getting into war stance. We should realise this, and hope that we are on the good side of his wrath.

G-d bless the willingness to be open to all solutions, but please let them be based on humanity and truth.

Finn Nørgaard

February 14th, 2016 No comments

image_galleryWell, I have just finished my own contribution to the Lars Vilks committee, the committee that was attacked by a terrorist one year ago.

These are my reflections.

First of all, you say, that the tree of the world is nourished by the sacrifices of the martyrs. That is, an ideology will flourish and be strengthened by sacrifice, by blood.

If we do not sacrifice anything or are not ready to sacrifice anything, we will die.

We have to understand this, the fight for our own civilisation will demand our sacrifices and, sometimes, that our heroes will give their life, so that we can go on living and be brave, like them.

There is another thing that I have, grudgingly and heartbroken, realised. I have realised, that the ideology that I put under the Vilks committee, that of freedom of speech, democracy and humanism, has a new hero.

It is as startling as that. The police, the bigots and hippocrates they are, suppressed the fact that the lone defender of the people that were under fire at Krudttønden were not really the police. No the police, especially the Danish police, were just as frightened and cowards as most other.

No, the one that did stop that terrorist, that well trained, machinepistol wielding, disgusting attacker was a guy called Finn. He is known for his love of film, and his sense of justice. He used to do yoga, film the existence at the bottom of our society and give them a voice. You could call him a gentleman Michael Moore. He wears thin spectacles and he was the one, that in face of danger sacrificed himself for all those people who were in the lobby. Many, many of them my personal friends.

He ran right, when everybody else ran left. He rushed the terrorists with his bare hands. Coming from the behind, toppling over the disgusting man, and then, because he was unarmed, he was shot point blank in his back.

He is that hero of democracy, free speech and just basic humanity that we have always missed. That one man, that had had enough, that was suffienctly disgusted by the terror attack at Charlie Hebdo. That was brave enough to run right against an armed man, with mostly only his frail spectacles as a weapon.

He died, so that we can live on. Both in practise, that is all my other friends, but also symbolically.

He died, so that we have one hero now, maybe a bit unsung, but still just one of those civil and brave men, that has the guts to stand up against oppression and tyranny. That has the heart to sacrifice himself for something more, for a noble ideal. That of sacrifice and justice.

That if you see something wrong, you do not just shut or keep on. No you stand up, with your back unbowed, with your eyes blazing out of those bespectalbled eyes. Those eyes of kindness, and sing with all your might, with every ounce of your entire being, that song of democracy and light. That tune of freedom.

Finn died so that we can retake our freedom, that the craven and the corrupt has taken away from us. He died, so that we may live in a free existence, where we should not be afraid of saying what is right.

He is that one man, that turned around when G-d asked Lot if there were anyone uncorrupted in the city of Sodoma. He is the one, that ran right, when everybody else, the finest crop of freedom fighters ran left.

He is the one, that we, from now on, should compare ourselves with, when we judge the cost of that beautiful fight for live and freedom.

Will we do what Finn did, when the bells ring, and justice is upon us? Would we run right instead of left?

Would you? Finn has asked ourselves that question, and we will have to find an answer, each of us. In the face of the bravery of a true, true hero.

G-d bless his mighty memory, the first hero of Socialdemocratism since the turn of the century.

Dreams of a new age

February 8th, 2016 No comments

LorCo_094a_illusSo the contest between mr. Sanders and ms. Clinton is heading into its final course. Well, I hope you are both good to go, and may the best man or woman win. I will support either and both.

Talking about Socialdemocratic politics in an American mould, I think that one should look a little deeper to truly understand what it is, and how it may be unfolded.

I like Alinsky in many ways, especially I like his faith in democracy. He speaks first and foremost of democracy as a vehicle for development. I believe he is right in this assumption.

But what is democracy really? To understand and truly appreciate this, I think you have to read a lot of French philosophy (France invented it in modern times) and as a consequence a lot of classic philosophy. Rousseau and Voltaire developed, together with the illuminati (Baverian freemasons) the ideas behind what we today understand as democracy.

So, to look at the roots, we have the Egyptology of the freemasons (Washington D.C. is one great Egyptian necropolis) and the democracy ideas of the french revolutionaries.

This points us to the halls of Heliopolis (the birthplace of Egyptian humanism) and to Athens.

Add to this the polis of Sparta (the ideal of socialism), and you have a mix you should, somehow do right, to meet some of the challenges we meet today.

If we focus a little on Athens, we have Plato and Aristotle. Plato was a bit torn between Athens and Sparta, Aritsotle was an Athens man through and through.

I have pointed to the fact, that there are certain elements of Aristotelian philosophy that I believe that the US and the rest of the democratic world should focus on. First and foremost the support of family as the rockbed of the democratic state. Whereas Sparta was all state and almost no family, Athens was all family and little state.

So my point is, we need to find a balance between these two. To make a total communist state where the family is absorbed by the state is not functional, and, i believe wrong, seen from a Socialdemocratic viewpoint.

One needs to strike a balance. At the other hand, the state can support the family and create a more just and equal society. This can be done by making healthcare and free education.

But it is a difficult balance to find, because if the state takes too much over for the family, we risk creating an unbalanced society.

You also have to be aware of the fact, that the more you make a wealth fare state, the more you are forced to close your borders. Because free healthcare and free education will attract everybody around the globe to your society. If you are not strict about who gets these benefits, the system will collapse. This is what we see in Sweden right now, and what the Danes are so very afraid of will happen in Denmark as well.

It is a tradeoff.

According to Lycurgus (the philosophical founder of Sparta) the Spartan system should be absolutely closed, very little communication with outsiders, and NO new citizens.

I am not saying that the US should not be a haven for the persecuted, I am just saying, that you have to be aware of the caveats in the model.

Then there is the Marxist critique of business. Again this is a truth with its rights and wrong. Seen from the point of view of Marx, it was true. He lived in the preindustrial age of England and that was messy.

But things change, and today persecuting all business is not fair, and counterproductive to the wealth of the Nation.

Wealth of a Nation is created through the loyalty between the businesslife and the nation. As when Apple shifted production from China to Texas, that is loyalty and that creates what any American president dreams of; jobs for the middle class.

So again, Wall street and all its corruption should off cause be tackled, but good family owned and conservative industry should be supported. Liberal business as Facebook and again Apple should be helped as well. This is the key to the unemployment rates of the US now.

But in its core, I believe that the strengths of the US should be strengthened even more. Dreams are based on ideology. We dream about a better world and about Change. The more the ideals of these dreams are realized, the more there is to dream about.

Belief in the core tenants of that great and warm-hearted country is what it is truly all about.

G-d bless the United States of America.

United States of America

The primary election process is nearing its climax. Who are going to be the most influential man or woman in the world, the next POTUS.

Well, I do no care much about who it is, after all, my friendship with Barack is good, but he is going to stop now. So to me, It is more about the intellectual and philosophical content of what is to come.

I will be open to any friendship coming up, and I believe that the friendship that goes along between Denmark and the US is rock solid, so it will be a natural continuation.

But let us have a look on what Denmark and the US has contributed with under mr. Barack Obama, one of the great ones.

We started out fighting the Libya war together. That war was, in many ways, pivotal.

It laid a new foundation under the foreign politics of the US. Before, under the Bush era, it was Bush fighting the bad guys far away. The problem about that fight, was the POLITCAL content. There was no war, just a war of attrition, not a war for some higher ideal.

That what was changed in the Libya war, it was a FOR something. A war for an ideal, a war for something higher than just simple attrition. It was a war for DEMOCRACY.

That was what we truly started with, and that was what was the ideological foundation under the war against IS. Islamic State, in opposition to a democratic humanistic state.

This is what got Americas heart beating again, and what gave hope. The fight for a higher purpose, for something larger than just self-preservation.

In this ideological driven fight America got its greatness again. And it has proven itself a tough and good strategy that has put America in the front of a league that expands the whole world. Who will not fight the IS? Who will not fight for the light and humanism?

Everybody wants, even the sworn enemies of the US seem to want to be in in this fight against evil.

It was accented in Europe after the attacks on the Charlie Hebdo newpaper/satirics. And it was accented in the sexual assaults on the hapless european girls. What is wrong with this attitude, it is the simple fact, that they do not respect the individual, the soft weak targets of children and women, but think only about their own satisfaction.

This is not human, and not humanistic in any way.

This fight for something good might put American boots on European soil again. But I hope that, this time, we can handle it ourselves.

I see good signs in the UK, where Cameron seems to take the threat serious and is funding a new development in the arms race against terror. Not terror in the Middle East only, but also on the shores of Europe.

This leading role, that America has not really realised, truly, and consciously, because the media is too focused on all the faults, and not on the grandness of what United States of America truly is.

To elevate oneself, and grasp that revolutionary spirit, the spirit of Change and democracy is difficult. But sometimes, and that should be a project of any American president, we should elevate ourselves and remember what we are.

That was my message in the last posting. It is not about you being Danish, or copying our system. It is, truly, and in its core, about you being yourself. Being American, raise that flag, straighten your backs, be proud of what you are in that glorious, democratic, humanistic nation, and fight the eternal fight against evil for good.

G-d bless the nation of the Americans.

American

yl07zkigzezvrnxwvdunWell, Denmark seems to becoming a central political firebrand in the American election process. On one hand as an ideal to many on the liberal side, and as a possible target of Donald Trump!

Well, I know this was only said as an example, so I am not worried too much about that.

But the fact of the matter is, that Denmark is seen, by many as a possible model to copy. Being the most internationally prolifent intellectual of Denmark, this seems to me, to be a part of my doing, and also a respectful nod to some of my Danish reflections.

But, the thing is, I am not Denmark, and I am not popular in mainstream Denmark, in fact they truly hate me, and have been doing anything possible to try and track me down and shut me up. Why? Because I am a rebel.

The ideas that I have a not contrary to all that is Denmark, but they are not mainstream in any way, they are a possible solutions to some of the problems we have here.

I think that is really what inspires the Americans, because deep down, beneath all the force of an international power nation, the core of the United States is not that of an empire. The US was created as a refugee for people like me. People who rebelled against the tyranny of the states, had new ideas and wanted to have peace of their own.

In a way I hope I remind Americans about who they used to be, and that is really what is going on, and what I think that the presidency of mr. Barack Obama has been about. Remembering those virtues and values of the true America, that shining beacon of illumination. That mirage of truth.

What you should see in Denmark should not be Danish values and virtues, it should be American values and virtues. If you copy us, copy some of the values we share. The humanity, the belief in democracy and humanism, the caring of the weak, the fight for justice.

There are off cause philosophical changes that I believe that I have tuned Socialdemocratism with. Like the fact that big business should not only be ciritsized they should also be honoured when they support the nation. The fact that family is a central item of our civilisation. That spirituality is important.

Things that are not originally Socialist, but social institutions that are of vital importance to a dynamic political state. To a healthy state.

But deep down, it is not about being Danish, it is about being American. Reading those old books of light and love again. Dreaming again, being what YOU are; American.

G-d bless the United States of America.

I think mr. Lars Løkke, the current PM of Denmark has disgraced the nation and all its citizens. The way he has handled the migration crisis is terrible and is showmanship of bad politics. Truly he is the worst politician in the world right now.

He has to go. I have been quite clear in my criticism of his way of handling things from the beginning, I think he is an amateur and a bad person.

We are working on another solution, but it will take a little while to get a replacement for him. I hope the international community will be a little patient and await our replacement process.

After that I promise, that, if I get influence in the process of politics, what I hope I do, I will make sure that the policies that the country endeavours on will be in accordance with international law and common ethical behaviour.

We are in a difficult situation, and it calls for unconventional solutions, but these solutions should all be ethical and within the human rights.

G-d bless the will to find good solutions in a difficult situation.

Europe

revolutionWhat we are witnessing right now is a turn of European ethics and politics. As we have seen numerous times. It gave us Catholicism, Protestantism, Democracy, Communism, Nazism. Potent philosophies that have changed the world.

The process has been, since protestantism, that the system have evolved into such an oppressive state that some lone philosopher on the fringes rebels and changes the system. We saw that with Luther, Rousseau, Karl Marx and Hitler.

This is not a moral verdict on the different systems, but a simple conclusion on the development of Europe.

Oppression leads to revolution that leads to an explosive development.

Those who predict that Europe is dying and will cease to end, will have to be refuted by the history of Europe. Europe is back, or rather European culture with all its facets and different versions in each nations is back.

The fight we fight is, on one side against the oppression of the system. As usual absolutely devoid of any moral or ethics, and at the other side the islamist threat rising and changing the face of Europe.

I would like Europe to be that peaceful and benign continent, good to its citizens, and protective to its people. But, as usual, Europe is the opposite. Some corrupt system is oppressing its peoples, and the methods are unbelievable in its corruption. Jew hatred, massive rape waves, and the corrupt system just tries to subdue the intellectuals who fight the corruption. This is what the US was a reaction against in the first place. Why the US became the refugee for Europeans who were persecuted. This is why strange and nonconformist went to the US to be free. To flee the oppression of the states.

As usual the states are fanatic in their persecution. As in the fight between the Catholic church and the Protestants, as in between the Aristocrats and the Democrats and so on.

Not all trends are good, but they have one thing in common; they are absurdly strong and will propel humanity onto a different course.

But after Köln Europe is back, battered, worn, at the brink of destruction, but still alive and well and ready for another round of the battle of ideas.

And though what comes now will be nightmarish and destructive, good comes from the fight between good and bad, and I hope that the good we will fight for this time will be worth all the sacrifices.

G-d bless the will to be free in the face of the immense oppression.

New Socialism

January 31st, 2016 No comments

Flag_of_the_Spartan_EmpireI think it is revving up for another revolution in Europe, this time not communist or humanist/democratic, but a mix. Into this mix comes the church and the other faiths.

This mix will be dominant in the next decade to come. This revolution will be what saves Europe and by that the European civilisation that encompasses the entire globe.

A new definition of the old, an old definition of the new.

I have just, again, have had the rough hand of the secret police trying to subdue me into submission, so that they can continue their foul acts of supporting IS fighters and accepting the rape of young girls, the persecution of gays and subjecting of all artists that may not accept the new abomination of a course, where young girls are the fuel of the bonfire they have erected in the abysmal flaming of our world. Each scream, each tear, each destroyed life is a testament to the corruption of the current government.

I am a follower, among others, of the great revolutionary leader and antifascist Oriana Fallaci. She fought the fascists of Italy and continued on a course of fighting islamofascists of Teheran (not the current leadership, but the one under the likes of Ahmadinejad).

I have pondered this for some time; how can she, as a socialist fight the atrocities of islamofascim?

It goes through a discussion of marxism really is. Marx was very inspired by Sparta, the ancient Greek city-state. He saw the materialism that had gripped the West as a problem, and sought for an antimaterialst idol; Sparta.

But I believe that he really missed the basic point of Sparta. Sparta did not see itself as a anti materialist state. It was, but that was not the aim of the city-state. The aim of the city-state was Justice. Each Spartan put the law above themselves. If the law defined a specific principle, a Spartan would rather die than cross the principle.

This is really what socialism is; a fight for justice, and in recent time; a fight for social justice.

Because what is this fight really? It is a fight to protect the weak. To protect the woman, the child, the gay, the ones that are not necessarily in the midst of society. That might live on the fringes.

It is a fight a fight for them. So that they are not subdued by the strong. That is socialism at its core.

When women are subdued and attacked, when gays are in harms way, we stand tall. As the Spartans when they went to battle. We let our hair grow, and put flowers on our shields. To fight that corruption of the states, as they feed the women to the pyre, to build whatever evil society they see. When the islamofascist falls prey on the weak, when the current elite tries to subdue the few artists and freethinkers who are outspoken in the face of these atrocities.

This is what the Spartans would do, for their fair women, of all colour, as we should.

G-d bless the ephors of old, as they may speak to us, their descendants so far away, but still holding on tot their vision of social justice. Where the strong is fought in his prey on the weak.

The crisis in Denmark

January 28th, 2016 No comments

There has been a lot of critical discussion on Denmark and the Danish refugee crisis these last few weeks.

Some of it fair, some of blown out of proportion. But, there is an element of truth in it, if you cannot see that, then you are blind.

Danes do not respond that well to international critics. We are not used to it, and we have our heads up a certain .. never mind.

But if you look at the content of the crisis, it is this comparison between what Denmark does right now, and what Germany did to the Jews under the second world war, that is the most potent.

The signs are pretty clear, the entire populace believes that it is ok to use sick methods on the train of refugees/migrants. Perhaps it is more signal politics than true politics, but the intent is clear. The master mind, or what you would call it, is the current PM of Denmark mr. Lars Løkke Rasmussen, and he has a lot of strange actions on his resume, or rather his party has. Especially the way they treat other vulnerable groups as the jobless is really disgusting.

But where are the Jewish parallels. As a jew I have been reflecting a bit on it. I mean, I may be critical, and I am probably a pain in the …, never mind. But the effects of the politic that has been in Denmark for quite some time, has ended up in mass rapings and persecution of both Jews and intellectuals, so I do believe that I am right.

When I, as a Jew, get a rough treatment by the state, I have noticed something. Maybe I am kidding myself, but it seems pretty clear to me, that those who support me have a good result, and those who fight me has a bad result.

But only when I suffer.

In that sense, there is something about taking the sins of others and carry them. Those who are willing to repent and try and make a better world, they prosper, and those who fight me, they wither.

It is pretty obvious with Lars Løkke, with my support he prospered, without it, he withers.

I think it has something to do with the moral background I use and have. It is Cabbalah, enlightenment philosophy, many Jewish things actually. These are the treasure of humanity, and if you fight it, you fight the good in humanity, you fight the path to spirit.

For that you will be punished, as the Danes are right now. They are punished for subduing and persecuting me. While as my friends in the different beliefs, in politics and of cause Israel itself is rewarded.

It is not about me, it is about following the tenants of goodness, if we do that, things improve. That is truly my testament.

G-d bless the will to be better.
