We should unite not divide

September 4th, 2018 No comments

There is an election coming up in november, this election will be pivotal in the efforts of the Democratic party to regain some momentum and faith in itself.

First of all, we had an amazing presidentship with Mr. Barack Obama, let us not forget that. He was really good.

So, instead of looking at the current crisis as a permanent thing, then let us have a look at what we did right, and build on that.

We did one thing right I think. We created an example of a leadership that never sought to divide people. But sought to unite.

It wasnt a presidentship that discussed race, it was a shining example of a presidentship where you did NOT discuss race. Because it was not necesarry.

The ability to make an international impression on the world based on skill and good will was what it was all about. Saving America.

Unite not divide.

This is something we can take with us from Mr. Obamas presidentship. The ability to reach black, white, yellow, brown. The ability to be a human being not a colour.

That is what it was all about, proving that colour does not matter.

G-d bless the United States of America.

P.s. I have send an invitation for Mr. Obama when he comes here at the end of september. We need to up the game on legacy.

Legacy

August 30th, 2018 No comments

There are very few who actually defend the legacy of mr. Barack Obama. Why is that? I mean in these times where American power is diminished by the hour, why not learn from the one who actually did succeed with making America an international leader?

This is not to diminish mr. Trump, he does his best, and he has some success. Especially in the field of economic.

But peace and war is where Obama really outshone any presidents before him.

He made peace in the Middle East, created an American lead alliance against IS, made the basis upon which mr. Trump is now fighting China.

All policies that are now really creating a boom on American economy, and potentially will take the West back from the abyss.

I know that people are divided these days, but then why not celebrate the victories?

How can we get the discussion going? For me, I have tried to write to the New York Times. I believe, that in order to get the discussion going in the US, we need a qualified debate.

But unfortunately I have heard nothing from the New York Times.

If there are any leading papers in the US who are interested in supporting the legacy of Mr. Barack Obama, please send me some kind of interest sign.

We need to start the discussion on what went right in the Obama era, to try to learn.

For me, it’s pretty obvious, he was a master mind in terms of international politics. That is something, and his grace will be one of things that we should remember.

He saved you, and it is time to celebrate.

G-d bless the United States of America.

Peace

August 30th, 2018 No comments

It has been some years after the peace process mr. Barack Obama made in the Middle East was concluded, and it is time to draw back a little, and thing about the pros and cons of it.

What went wrong, and what suceeeded?

First of all, we did succeed making peace with the Sunnis. This peace, that is the Arab league with Saudi Arabia and Egypt plus a plethora of Arab states still hold.

Secondly we made the peace deal with Iran.

Now, the first is still in effect, but the second is challenged by Mr. Netanyahu and Mr. Trump. Ok, I get it, there is still fights going on in the Middle East, where proxy wars are fought. The fight is, essentially, not over. If they attack us, we fight back, that is the way war is.

But that still makes the JCPOAC a success. The atomic annihilation scenario is, for now, off the table.

The fights are more regional and conventional.

That is, in the Middle East, with all its bickering and eternal fights a HUGE success. I mean we have fought in the Middle East for the last five thousand years. So that is something.

I know, that the Sunni and Shia are still fighting in Yemen, and the Muslim Brotherhood is still active, plus IS.

But the fact that Israel has new friends among the Sunni is a huge boost to the security of Israel, and the fact that we, for now, do not have to worry about being annihilated by Iran is also good.

The success, calls for a renewal of the peace efforts at some point.

Now, I am not a warmonger or a peace nick, I am somewhere in between. If they fight us, we fight back, if there is a chance for peace, we take it.

Remember, the peace we made with the Iranian was after a long scuffle with Ahmadinejad. So that was war.

But still, it was a huge step.

So, instead of fighting in the mindset of the Oslo accords. We should realize the new situation, and plan according to that.

We should also try to discuss the reason why we made this success, to learn and to be able to repeat it again.

This is a take on it.

First of all, we Jews are eternally stretched out between our own arrogance and our own quest for the realization of G-ds realization on earth.

With all the skills we have, we are naturally prone to be arrogant.

I know it from myself. When I was young, I could do anything. I was the best at anything that I did. School, art, work, anything. I do not say this to brag, but to tell my story, and use it as a way to learn.

My natural arrogance due to all this skill, let me into a lot of trouble. There was envy and I wandered around trying to find something that wasn’t completely boring.

At a specific time, I discovered my own quest for a better world. I had been in the IT business for some years, and was the best. But I really did not like all the corruption in the business. So I tried to do something about it, talk about it.

So from being at the top of my class, I became hated by a huge part of the industry here in Denmark. I went from acclaimed hero to villain in a blink of an eye.

This was good for me, it cured me for my arrogance. Because I realized, that arrogance is only the effect of using my skill without an ethical basis.

That is the story of Israel. When we are just who we are, being fantastic in many ways, people adore us. If we go for an ethical world, people hate us.

Point being, that in order to find peace, we have to find a balance between ethics and skill.

We have to USE our skills with care and an eye to virtue.

If we find that balance, there is a chance for peace, because people around us realize, that we are very good at what we do, but we try to be ethical with our means.

G-d bless Israel.

Welcome mr. President

August 28th, 2018 No comments

The great president of one of my favourite countries is due to a visit in Denmark. Mr. Macron, president of the fifth republic of France. A peacemaker and a possible reformer.

France and Denmark have many things in common, one of them the fight for liberty and justice.

The French Revolution had a heavy impact on Denmark, and we still really try to strengthen the ideas of that time.

So I am really happy that the president comes here, and I wish I could be a part of the discussion. Unfortunately I am not invited.

That is ok, but perhaps a friendly talk and a possibility to discuss the challenges with mr. Macron would be an idea?

The hand is opened towards France. I do not speak French, so it is really difficult for me to follow the trends of French Democracy. Having a personal contact and friendship would make it a bit easier.

If things cannot be arranged so that I can attend one the many get togethers. Well, that is ok, I will try to understand what is happening anyway, and support where I can.

G-d bless the fifth republic of France, maybe soon the sixth.

Legacy

August 28th, 2018 No comments

Mr. Barack Obama does not get the credit he is due. Especially the peace process in the Middle East has not recieved the attention it required.

Yesterday I attended a meeting in the local chapter of the Israel for peace organization here in Denmark. It was a meeting where we discussed strategies for the Middle East, how we may get peace there and so on so forth.

The guy who did the lecture was good, good ideas, clear methods and so on. But there was conspicuously one thing that really was missed in the discussion. What about the Obama peacedealing?

It seems to me, that the world has just tried to forget all the work we did in The Middle East.

Why is that? Is it because the peacedealing was so nerdishly hidden on blogs and discussed behind doors? Or is it because most people have never really understood the width and scope of our ideas?

I mean, we HAVE obtained peace with half of the Islamic world, that is the Sunnis. We still have a problem with the Shias, but that is much of our own doing. WE have attacked the Iranians. Yes I know, they support Hamas and the palestians, and thereby do proxy war.

But the peacedeal we made with them was a great leap in understanding and true dealmaking. It worked.

So why are we still talking about the Oslo accords?

Maybe its time to talk about the Obama peacedeals on a enlightened basis. Maybe ask Obama about it, he knows.

G-d bless the legacy of mr. Barack Obama.

The Democratic fight against the Islamic State

August 27th, 2018 No comments

Regarding til discussion on Islam in the UK. There really is no big debate about it.

This is strange, since we have, a long time ago coined Islamic State as the arch enemy of Western Democracies.

The same problems we have internationally we also have internally. That is muslims who seek to dominate the constitution. There are many who do not wish to do this, but there are some, and these people are obvious targets for repatriation and common public targeting.

There is the discussion of islamophobia, but the targetting of Islamic state treat the current fight we have with some Muslims by targetting, precisely only the Muslims who are in opposition to our Democracy.

This is fair, it has nothing to do with any hate or phobia, but a fight FOR our Democratic values.

Add to this, IS like organisations are commonly absurdly inhuman, this is not acceptable by anyone who likes G-d.

So targetting these perpetrators, must be a job for the state.

It is the most important job for the state, since the state is made to enforce the democratic institutions. If you fight these, you are an obvious enemy of the state.

G-d bless the will to see these things clearly.

South Africa

August 24th, 2018 No comments

There is a renewed attention to South Africa, and I really support it. The current PM in South Africa Cyril Ramaphosa has just given the green light for a forced destruction of a number of farms that belong to white people.

This is pure and disgusting racism. If you see what has happened to some of the countries that borders to South Africa, the farmers there have been ethnically cleansed. That is murdered most of them.

So this disgusting praxis is the ideal for ANC in South Africa.

How to make them change their mind is difficult, they do not seem to listen much to international criticism, but we need to put pressure on the government in order for them to stop this despicable and honestly henious crime to humanity.

At least the international society should support the white farmers in their need.

I will hope that the pressure that mr. Trump is putting on South Africa has effect, I will follow the development of the case closely, and propose ideas and strategies to help the poor farmers.

Genocide, murdering and other despicable ways are wrong. Sometimes blacks are in trouble, sometimes white. All are human beings, and each and every individual is a beautiful and wonderful creature made in the image of G-d.

We need to protect that sanctity, even if it tears down a symbol of unity and tolerance that South Africa was supposed to be.

If we failed in making the rainbow nation, we failed. Not reacting because we hope that things will be better is a crime against the humans who are in harms way.

G-d bless the will to see the humans side in this conflict.

Fighting the islamists

August 15th, 2018 No comments

It is very difficult for the UK to tackle all the problems that muslim migration has given to the fair isles.

First of all, not doing anything will not do. Doing too much will not do either. As I have said, doing the right thing is all important.

Many muslims are just living a good lives on their own, and many wish for a social, democratic, humanistic state.

But some do not wish that and goes tribal. THAT what what mr. Robinson realized in Luton, a small workers town close to Oxford.

Add to this, there is an international trend towards islamism or rejection of Democracy in favor of a muslim kingdom. It might be a good idea, these kingdoms can be both benevolent and peaceful, but as it stands, we allready have a queen we like very much, and we are not willing to sacrifice our Democratic traditions.

Islamism or IS like organisations are enemies, they treat us enemies, driving cars into the barriers of our parliament, so they are enemies. Simple as that.

What to do about it, is however a much more complicated discussion.

We are a bit further down the road of tackling islamism in Denmark, so we already have some experience with it, that I would like to share here.

Tackling such a vile and cunning enemy is not easy. The planning of their attacks are done with stealth, and their methods are often extremely violent and brutal.

As of now, what we have done, is to close down some of the schools that spread islamist material, and we have done a reform of the ghettoes that islamists live in. Trying to make it difficult for them to settle down in closed groups.

Add to this, we have tried to put in a priority of Danish citizens in the welthfare system. Until now migrants were prioritized above Danes, something that did not go that well with the Danes.

This pressure has resulted in little progress unfortunately, so far at least. The islamists have become even more brutal, the rape epidemics going haywire.

At the same time, we have tackled a lot of the growing crime with harsh methods. That is giving long jailsentences to some of the bikegangs that are the militant wing of the islamists.

That worked actually.

So we are tinkering with the problems.

Fortunately we have accomplished a complete stop in migrations to Denmark, so that helps. We are able to focus more on the problems we have here.

As any conflict between enemies, the conflict grows in intensity, so we are planning for more violence and more confrontation. We have put through a bill in the Folketing (the parliament) that has given the military green light in working on Danish soil.

As I see it, we will eventually reach open war in around two or three years. In Sweden they have reached that state already. In the current election, the PM of Sweden has threatened with military invention in the tackling of burning our cars in Sweden.

At the same time, we worry a lot about the right approach, so that we target only the islamists, and not peaceloving muslims in general. This is extremely important, we wish to be fair to those who live here. We are enemies, they fight us, but we do not fight all muslims. We fight only the IS like organisations here.

I have no idea how it will end, but there is a trajectory that is clear. It gets more and more violent. The same goes for the UK, you just had another terrorattack, it will continue this way. What you do about it, is however important. What methods to apply? What about the future of the UK?

You have one card up in your sleeve, that we do not have. You have one of the best military organizations in the world. That will save you.

G-d bless the will to see clearly who we fight and why, that being the fight for our liberal values and Democracy.

Happy birthday mr. president

August 15th, 2018 No comments

Well, after a long trip to my family in Banglandesh, I have a little blogging to catch up with. First of all, there seems to be like two camps in the Democratic party right now, that of the Clintons, and that of Obama.

Let me be absolutely clear about my stance on this. I do not choose sides. I loved the work I did with Obama, and I will love the work I will do with future Democratic policying. But I have no qualms or anything against the Clintons.

We fought hard togehter to win the presidentship, we lost, that is politics.

Soon Bill Clinton will have his birthday, and as I wished mr. Barack Obama a happy birthday, the same goes for mr. Bill Clinton. Each were giants of their time.

So happy birthday mr. Clinton, you did a lot of good things to your country, trying to keep America good and healthy.

Things Change and new ideas pop up, but at the end of the day. It is about doing good, helping where you can, keep people centered around a good and healthy citizenship that has no colour attached to it.

So, I hope, as we progress, the differences will have will become less, and the things we share will become more.

Remember, its about the US. That beautiful, shining city at the top of the hill. We need to keep the lights going for future generations. So that they also have opportunity to live a good life.

G-d bless you all, and may you have a good birthday, wish I was there.

Denmark

August 15th, 2018 No comments

There has been a lot of discussion in the US concering Denmark. The Obamas fell in love with us, and we have always loved you.

So mr. Krugman, a very good economist has been to Denmark, and said some things about us. That made a news anchor at Fox news say some hard truths about Denmark.

That caused a bit of a ruckus here in Denmark.

So, as the one person who actually made the love infatuations that we Democrats have of Denmark, what do I think about it.

First of all, Denmark is a socialist country to some degree, but that is really not how we see ourselves. We see ourselves much more as democrats and humanists. Then we are protestants and we have a queen. At the back of all the culture lies even a more buried identity, that of Thor and Odin, the old gods.

So in essence we are a very layered culture.

My philosophical root or background is that of Grundtvigianism, the “founding father” of Denmark. He had this idea about supporting all the cultures that originally came from Denmark, the UK, France, Germany, Russia, the US and so on. We are the root of many of these illustrious civilisations.

Add to this, we have a lot of Danes going to the US under the migration period a hundred years ago. In other words, we do not like you because you are our political cousin, but because you are family.

We are your friends and have fought many fights beside you.

In these times of trouble, well friendships tend to get a little thinner, but family stick together. That is how I see it.

Another reflection of the relationship is perhaps, that what you have come to like; some of my ideas, are not mainstream in denmark. I am avantgarde, the new generation.

Denmark is a socialist country, but I am not a socialist in the classical sense, I am much more conservative than the average Dane. This makes the connection to the US natural, because generally the Americans are much more conservative than Danes. So me being conservative here in Denmark makes me mainstream in the US.

I have absolutely no idea about making the US into some socialist state, on the contrary what I fight for is a rennaissance Democratic/humanist state. I fight for the values of the American revolution not the Russian revolution. I would die for the values of the American revolution, I have put my life on the line many times for freedom of speech, the rule of law and Democracy.

So I wouldnt worry too much about me changing the US into a socialist state, on the contrary see me for what I am; a renaissance philosopher that loves the American revolution and the French revolution.

My purpose is to strenghten the pillars of the American society, not do them harm. I love your country, because you were the product of the values of the French revolution, and I am a French revolution fan boy, of you can call it that.

Its the founding fathers I seek to strengthen.

G-d bless the will of the founding fathers.

The liberal discussion

August 9th, 2018 No comments

Well, that was quite a ruckus due to a small and insignificant comment on Islam by Mr. Johnson.

But, seriously? Mr. Johnson DEFENDED the right of Muslim women to wear the burka, and then he got all this criticism. As any subject in the political discourse that is essential to discuss, off cause one needs to put a serious enlightened focus on it.

I do not hate Muslims, actually there are many Muslims that I truly and with my whole heart, love. Among them my little sisters.

But that does not excempt Islam from a critical analysis. I love my own country as well, but that does not excempt it for critical analysis.

Critical analysis is a necessary tool to adopt to challenges.

There are absolutely obvious problems with migration in the UK, and the sole and only way to solve them, is to discuss them on an enlightened platform.

The democratic constitution of our countries are in conflict with some parts of Islam, especially the political parts of Islam.

What do we do about that?

My solution is to at least reflect upon it.

Not talking about it will end up in fascism, at least that is how it usually goes when there are major problems that the liberal democracies cannot solve. Then people rightfully conclude, that the system is the problem and they want another system. That is how the democratic state falls, the strong man comes to clean things up.

We need to be strong on these issues, but we need to keep our democratic constitution.

Have faith, fight for an enlightened debate without prejudice.

One way or another this discussion will have to be taken, we might as well do it with adherence to sound and positive principles. Such as freedom of speech.

G-d bless the fair isles of England.

The fine line

August 6th, 2018 No comments

The great difficulty in trying to counter the threats that radical Islamist is confronting most of the Western world with, is trying to find the line between too much and too little.

Everybody agrees, that terrorism, that is direct attacks on different targets in the West is not acceptable. Being it the car attacks, rapes and so on.

But, one needs to see the fine silver line between these attacks and then just normal people.

THAT is what is needed in the cases in Rotherham and other places. This is not about all Muslims, or all migrants, but some.

At the other hand, protecting these people is not good for anybody, especially not those migrants that actually live according to the law. It brings badwill to all.

So that is what this discussion should be about, where are the limits of offensive behavior. Not taking the discussion is not wise, being too condemning is not wise either. It is about finding that fine line inbetween, but that takes a lot of discussion to reach a public conclusion.

We did it in the facing of Islamic State, we should do it on a national level as well.

That is the third way between too much, and too little to me.

I have done a lot of research on this issue, and these ideas are behind the strategic focus on IS or Daesh as it is called by some. The same reflections should be used to deal with crime done by Muslims internally. But be humane.

G-d bless the will to see these things in a reflective light.

The way of Change

August 6th, 2018 No comments

There are things going on i Europe, that is going to change us. The changes are a consequence of the radical physical changes that Europe is seeing.

So, what we conclude these days, are very important not only for us, but also for the future generations.

As when France went from aristocracy to democracy, those philosophers that was in the process really had a lot of impact.

THAT is why I truly believe, that the basis upon which we define the changes is truly important.

There has been a lot of discussion on the philosophical basis on which the criticism of the massive migration to Europe has happened.

There are answers to this, and then just things we have done.

As mr. Boris Johnson points out, one of the latest steps have been banning of the burka. And as he more rightly points out, it doesn’t make much sense. It is not a solution, and just a way to increase hostility.

We didn’t invent it, but are witnessing a common trend that we follow.

So, I believe that we did that wrong.

What we need to do, is to differ between those migrants who are against our system and forcefully seek to destroy it, and then just peaceloving migrants who seek to contribute.

There is no denying, that putting on a burka is not the most progressive thing to do. But if you can make money for yourself, support the community, and keep your kids out of crime. That is fine by me.

What is not fine off cause is tyranny, anti democratic behavior and crime.

Peace is built upon the acceptance of the system. Denmark as the UK is generally an uncorrupt, civil society, and we like to keep it like that.

It is not a matter of political colour or religion it is about the system.

Everybody should respect the system, that is the democratic constitution and common law based on the representatives of government.

The system should not deteriorate into unlawfulness, and the citizens should at the other hand respect the law. It is a two way system.

Don’t get me wrong, when I criticize the British system, it is not because I disagree, but because it is such a precious system, and not respecting the principles it is built upon, not only breaks the system down in Great Britain, but brings repercussions to all those who look up to Great Britain as an example to follow.

You are a beacon of civilization, we are scared if we see cracks in the wall of that system. It has to sustain its integrity.

The leader has to keep the fire and the moral.

We try our best in Denmark, to retain our liberties, and develop answers to the issues we face. But we also admire many things in England. Among those the impeccable system of law.

We also admire your boarding school system, and your way of live, your squeecky humor and your humanity.

We need to tackle the issues of migration, but it should be based on humanity.

Making just symbolic laws is stupid, I concur. But let us then at least discuss what to do within a humane frame of understanding. That will give us answers that are good and the best possible in a tremendously difficult situation.

G-d bless the fair isles of England.

Tommy Robinson

August 4th, 2018 No comments

Mr. Tommy Robinson, the former leader of EDL, now free journalist has finally been freed from jail.

Let me say it like this, that was a crime against humanity. Putting the poor sod into solitary confinement, leaving him at the mercy of radical Muslims. Seriously?

I understand, that there are a lot of problems in the UK, but you need to talk about them, and I KNOW that mr. Robinson is not a pedophile or racist or anything like that. He is essentially a decent bloke from Luton.

I have had the same treatment by the officials as Mr. Robinson, perhaps even a harder treatment. They killed my mother and tortured my daughter.

So I know these things, and how they makes you feel. But at the end of the day Tommy, it is not over.

As an American president once said, if you are at the end of the rope, hang on.

I have another friend, his name is Dan Park, and he is your equivalent in Sweden, an artist and a provocateur. He has had several jail sentences as well. Perhaps because he is so cool, it does not get to him.

Once, when our little Union the Vilks committee was attacked by a terrorist with a machine gun. Dan, he just sat there drinking his beer, while the terrorist were shooting everywhere.

We talked a little about what they are doing, and it is a proces of trying to break you down.

Don’t let them get to you, you can do it.

I have another friend, he used to be a soldier in the IDF, in the elite corps actually. A strong guy, but also marked by the fight.

He just lost his kids in a divorce, and in this process he had to fight the system. With his broken mind, that can be pretty hard.

But he got through it, and he is now feeling better, even though he is not getting his kids that much.

But, as he fought this process with his PTSD and all, one thing kept him up. His faith. His faith in his kids, on the justice he is trying to find, in friendship and in G-d.

That is the cure if you are hurt by the torture they have thrown at you, have faith. Have faith in your cause, in your fight and in your country.

G-d bless the will to keep ones head up, even though people are trying, with the vilest means to put you down. Get up Tommy, we need you, and you need us. As we used to say, United we stand, divided we fall.

Happy birthday mr. President

August 4th, 2018 No comments

In the last ten years, I suppose my ideas have made a huge impact on the world, the West is finally having a turn around, and we are back.

But it would not have been possible without the friendship I have with Mr. Barack Obama. Right now, he is pretty much in trouble in terms of legacy, as a lot of the things we did together is challenged by mr. Trump.

But, to be honest, it seems to hold, most of it. The Iran deal, the focus on China, the fight against IS.

Some of the things we did are actually blooming and really working, like the economic turn around of the US.

The blue collar workers are actually having jobs, warms my heart.

Maybe they see mr. Trump as their savior, but I fought for them as well, and what they are having is due to my work, and off cause all those who use my ideas.

But again, sometimes it seems unfair, that I or mr. Obama does not get the credit.

You know why? It is because we are too bad at sticking together, at carrying each over over each hurdle. We should be better at that. Start working together more, look out for our neighbors, take care of those in our community.

We formed a community at the beginning of the adventure that was the presidency of mr. Barack Obama, we beat the odds, we changed the country. We did it.

So, in practice, we can hold our heads up, and we will. As we work together, share together, sometimes cry and suffer together, but at the end of the line; we do our duty to the USA.

G-d bless the 44 president of the United States of America, and happy birthday.

The tough problems of England

August 2nd, 2018 No comments

The current climate of debate in the UK is not good. The difficulty in challenging the problems on an enlightened basis is not really there. And the few persons that actually try to talk about the problems, they live a hellish live.

But there is no other way around it. You need to try and open up the discussion.

Of cause, I understand that nazism and fascism and things like that is awful. Being a believing Jew, we know what these things have done to Europe and Jews in general.

But, that does not imply, that there are not problems with Islamic institutions, that cannot be discussed. It just implies, that it should be discussed on an enlightened background.

As they say, Jesus is the savior, because he is the light. The light is the truth.

The truth will save England.

G-d bless the fair isles of England.

The difficult questions

Discussing difficult things take a lot of courage, but to truly Change a society, you need to be able to do just that.

As a platonic philosopher, with Socrates as my guiding light, I KNOW that difficult issues are thorny and often deadly to discuss. But one needs to do it anyway, to remake and Change Democracy.

It not, the Democracy will fall, and fascism will come, the strong man.

THAT is why I believe, that we need to discuss the ethical principles behind the rise in violence done by some migrants in London. Because if we do not, then someone much more nasty will.

This does not imply, that all migrants are evil, or that you are automatically stupid if you are not white in your skin.

That would make it pretty difficult for me, since my father was from Bangladesh.

He loved everything British. From the way brits dress, to the fact that there is so much good to say about the boarding school system. In fact he went to a boarding school himself.

He was an aristocratic, liberal Muslim. Yes i have heard a lot about Mahamtma Ghandi when I was a child.

He was essentially a decent man.

From this point of view, what happens in London these days, are horrendous. That beautiful civil city of ancient traditions and tremendous skill. Acid attacks, soaring numbers of knife attacks, terror.

It is wrong, and to my mind, the public needs to address the problems behind these attacks. Why do they come?

Is it because of religion, social issues, or just plain evil?

Daring to talk about the difficult things is the only way that you will be able to solve them.

Just be clear about your intentions. It is not about race, it is simply about trying to SOLVE the problems that is there, plain for all to see.

G-d bless the will to be able to tackle the taboos of society, based on an enlightened discussion and intent.

Categories: Politics Tags:

The virtue of Democracy

England is suffering, the young are in danger, and the acid is flowing in the bottles, ready to be thrown at anyone, even children.

This is difficult, and I understand, that many intellectuals in England are wont to challenge these difficulties, and do not wish to get their careers burdened with too much heavy accusing from people who tend to see any criticism of the multicultural society as racism.

But you MUST. Criticizing the multicultural society is not the same as racism per se. It depends on the the theoretical basis you discuss from.

The problem with many racist right wing groups is, that their criticism is based on racism. So, what do you want, a pure white race, or acid in bottles thrown at people?

The answer is off cause, neither.

But you still have to discuss the murders, the terrorattacks and the heinous crimes against the girls of Rotherham and other cities.

What you do, in my opinion, is to base your criticism on democratic virtue.

What is the democratic virtue. It is humanism in its original form. That is enlightenment and the will to see each individual person as something sacred and beautiful.

If you do that, you can see, that neither racism or multiculturalism in its current form is good.

You can say no to both, and aim at a society, where all are brothers in the belief, that the sacredness of living things are most important. Humanity, care for the human and other living beings.

That is the basis you can stand on, and still retain your humanity.

Because that is humanity.

G-d bless the will to be human in the current crisis of our international societies.

Iran deal

Well concerning the Iran deal. I made it, and I did hope to get the support of the EU in the keeping of the deal. The EU however is slowly melting down, and is not capeable in turning the boat around like the US has done.

So, in essence, it is not a serious partner in this process. I wish it was, I have reached out, but nothing comes of it. Maybe it is because they do not know me personally and are therefor afraid of me, or some other argument. But that is the way it is.

I am alone in trying to keep the JCPOA afloat.

First of all. I have no problem in trying to expand the deal. It could happen, there are things that mr. Netanyahu is not happy about. Let us get it on the table.

Secondly, let us have a look at what the Iranians are doing. They have upheld the agreement to the letter, and are essentially honest about it.

That is a clear indication, that if they are truly respected, they can be a serious partner.

We made peace with them, because these people are essentially an honourable people. I do not agree on some of the ideas of Teheran, I believe that women and gays should be respected. But, I also recognize, that the Iranian people are essentially an honest and good people.

In fact, all the Iranians i have ever met, I have really liked.

I don’t know, if the deal is void, maybe it is. But nevertheless, it will always stand as an example of a peace process, that actually worked.

Peace comes from two equals, that respect each other. That respect is based on might sometimes, and ethics at other times.

With the Iranians, it has always been about self esteem, and virtue. They do not like being pushed around, and they only respect people who are virtuous.

So, my best advice is. Have a look at the current deal, and then come up with some kind of remake.

But make sure, that the Iranian do not lose face. They have a liberal as well as conservative part of their society, and we need to understand that they have limits to what they can do.

G-d bless the peace we can find.

Mr. Bannon

Mr. Bannon is trying to influence the EU, or Europe with a new think tank. Well, that is good and all, but seriously, Breibart (the blog network Mr. Bannon was born in) was spawned as a reaction to the Mohammad cartoon crisis ten years ago. So in many ways then the US was influenced by Denmark, still is.

So why do Bannon come to Europe to influence us, why not just cooperate?

I hereby invite Mr. Bannon to have a free hand in Europe, based on the premise, that we are in this together.

Call me, please, send me an email.

G-d bless the will to cooperate.

It is now or never

Well, this is essentially the last wake up call for the European Union, either you write me a mail and give me a budget for the renaissance of the project or it is finished.

The Iran peacedeal is moving, and you haven’t even started your own process yet.

So WAKE UP! Write me a mail at least, you could just promise that you are serious about these things, or just do not.

The world is moving fast, and you need to keep up.

Apart from this, I hope that the Iran peacedeal that Mr. Trump is aiming at, will be fruitful.

G-d bless the will to actually do something and fight for a renewed existence.

So, if you wish to contribute to keeping Rubicon.dk afloat, please do so. It is really appreciated.

When you make a donation, tell me why you did so. I will not change the course of the blog because of the donation. But it is really good to hear from the readers. What are their concerns, their worries, what they need to make their lives better.

It is off cause under full confidentiality.

The EU

The European Union is not getting things turned around. It seems to me, that the will is slowly materializing. But the true will to do something has to come.

It is the leadership that is the problem. Mr. Junker seems to be a positive and honourable man. He means well, but we need some decisive action now. Someone with the strength and will to move the ship around a Barack Obama or Donald Trump. A person with strength and integrity.

I don’t know if such a person even exists within the European system, but without such a person the slow decline will just continue.

G-d bless the will to do something else.

New strategies

I am getting more optimistic, as mr. Trump develops his presidentship internationally. The meeting with mr. Putin seems to be an all out victory. Peacedeals, a deal on Syria, renewed communications between the US and Russia. These are all good signs.

Why? Because Russia is not really an enemy anymore. Yes, it is a competitor, but competitors can be worked with on a diplomatic basis.

I know, that the press and many in the Democratic camp are loath to give mr. Trump any credit. He is very provocative, and annoying sometimes. But a man should not be judged on his appearance, but on his results.

This gives the US a free hand in the confrontation with China. Leaving a lot of resources to deal with that country, that truly is an enemy.

But off cause, we need to challenge mr. Trump also, but with good, positive strategies and ideas. Not just frustration.

Being up against a good opponent, is difficult and frustrating. But instead of being sorrry, lets change the mood, and see what we can do to find new ideas and better strategies.

G-d bless the will to do good, and find new positive ways.

The Middle East

The Middle East is not really in my hands anymore. When I worked with mr. Obama, he used my ideas, and consequently brought some peace to the Middle East. The Iran deal is lauded as the most successful attempt at making peace in the Middle East.

But mr. Netanyahu wanted otherwise, and convinced mr. Trump. You know, that is ok, maybe I am wrong, and the ideas that I am working on are not at the sufficient quality. Maybe the religious ideas of rav Ashlag are too poor a quality to work in the long run. That may be so.

If that is so, then Netanyahu will perhaps make peace, and the idea of peace through strength will work. It has worked before, so maybe it will work again.

To me, I was truly surprised that mr. Trump made the North Korea deal, so maybe he will be able to make a deal in the Middle East that will actually work.

To be honest, I hope so. This is not about my vanity, it is about the peace of the Middle East. So my vanity is in the big picture absolutely unimportant.

The Palestinians, or whatever we call them, have increased their activity with a new weapon. The Molotov cocktail kite bombs. They have a lot of success with this, if killing innocent people can count as a success.

It also does not give Israel any plus points when they do it. When Hamas and the other local Palestinians did all the Kassam bombs, they lost a lot of international credit. Why? Because at that time, we were doing the Iran peace deal, and you cannot attack a peacemaker.

After the Iran deal was rendered to naught, Israel has lost a bit of the moral high ground, and there is more space for the Gazans.

I believe in rav Ashlag, and I am not naiv. Still most of what I put up in the Middle East is holding. It is just a scratch in the surface.

That is why I have realized, that peace was not given in one fell stroke, but has to come over many years.

I will not be able to descend on Israel tomorrow and make the temple, but hopefully in ten or twenty years I will.

The momentum of the first wave of my ideas are now ebbing out in the Middle East, and we are facing another kind of development. That of slow consolidation.

The aim is, to make a common platform for all the monotheistic religions.

This is what the Middle East is essentially all about. That is the true purpose of the Middle East. Everybody knows it, and they have faith in it. By the will of G-d we will do his work.

This is not over, we just have to be a bit more patient.

It was the same with David. First he became the chosen by G-d, then he was rejected by the Israelites. But ultimately, it is not for us to decide. It is up to G-d. I believe, that what we are supposed to do, is to remake the realm of G-d here on Earth. That is what religion is all about.

Sometimes we do the opposite, and do not succeed with our work. Sometimes we get a step closer to this aim.

We are the tools of G-d, and we will succeed.

G-d bless the will to respect the will of spirit, and see through our own misconceptions and selfish needs.

Europe

Things are really changing in Europe, whether the politcal elite wants it or not. Essentially these are the ideas, that I had to happen to make ten years ago, that is really wreaking havoc in the political elite.

Now even the American president is in on it, not making it very easy to keep to old ways. Well done mr. President. It was a bit tough what you did, but the truth needed to be told, well done.

My ideas are not revolutionary in the sense, that I want to change the system itself. They are revolutionary in the sense, that I want people to remember what the ideas of our civilisation are. There is nothing wrong with Democracy or the rule of law. But the current administration is not working, because we have forgotten the basic ideas of a Democracy. We have become to relaxed and totally unserious about these things.

We have to be serious again. I know that changing things are difficult. But you have to change in order to follow the ideas an needs of the people.

They want and need security, so this is what you need to provide. Take Italy, they are in deep trouble, you need to take them out of that trouble.

The world is full of fighting and strife. It is not a happy place, it is a dangerous place.

To make peace, you need to accept this, and support and protect your citizens.

My plans do not necessarily involve getting rid of the EU. It is a safety net that is put beneath the European nations. So that they may survive.

But the European Union needs to step up, and not do what it has done for 40 + years. Do something else, Change, perhaps.

G-d bless the will to be humble in the changing tides of history.

What is Change?

When we went from a Frankfurterschool liberalism to an Obama liberalism, what was the change essentially?

As I see it, the essential change was to move from a pretty simple way to look at the world, onto a much more detailed and civilised way of looking at the world.

The Frankfurterschool believes that the minority has to be protected from the majority. This is off cause right. In a democracy, the minorities are often put down. So we need to protect them.

But, and that is very important. We still have to remember that the core of Democratism is off cause Democracy but also humanism.

The US is a Democratic/humanist system, right?

So, my idea was to try and remember what the US really is. See it as it is in all its beauty. A beauty that has been forgotten in the years after the American revolution. A revolution that brought forth freedom and humanity.

Democracy is essentially a northern European way of deciding and doing things. Its viking. Rousseau was quite open about that. Freedom comes from Scandinavia and the UK, plus Germany and France.

This is the way we like to do things.

Humanism at the other hand is not a European idea, its an Egyptian idea. Brought forth firstly by the Medicis of the Italian Renaissance, and then kept by the freemasons, giving birth to the US as an Egyptian/humanistic system.

That is why there are so many Egyptian things in the US. Pyramids on the dollar bills, Steles and other Egyptian magical buildings.

So, instead of focusing so much on minorities only, I think it is important, that we go back the very foundation of the US. To make it clear for all Americans what the US really is.

That is the unifying thing, that can and will bring Americans together.

I am not perfect, I did things wrong. But my work lies directly in the tradition of rev. Martin Luther King, and that is a project of unity not of division.

Civil rights are a unifying thing, a democratic/humanistic renaissance is a unifying thing. Its the same, just with a bit different angle and some other elements. But the IDEA the same. To create a common platform for all of us.

So I am not hired mercenary. I happen to believe in these things, and it is not working for me in Europe very well. So you cannot chose your readers, your readers chose you.

Anyway. I know that the Democratic party is in problems and so on. But there is a platform to stand on. And that is the one, that Barack Obama created. A platform of decency, honesty, enlightenment, freedom and responsibility.

So, do not despair, work on, find yourselves as Americans, and things will Change.

G-d bless the will to do good, and be honest with the things we have.

Change in Europe?

Nothing happens in the EU that is planned. Everything is just quenching one fire after the other.

That is what you usually call reactive behaviour. You react to what happens to you, you are not proactive. That is planned on what you do.

Everybody else in this competition of global dominance are proactive. They try to influence people and powers around them to their best ability.

The EU is just a mess.

So, what do you do when you are in a mess. You make a plan to get you out of the mess, and you try. More often than not, this plan backfires, gets you in another direction than you thought and so on. But at least you are trying.

So, instead of focusing on the problems only, try and make a plan for the entire project.

I proposed one that is, honestly, the best you can get. But nothing has happened yet. If that is the way you want to do it. Ok, np, but the rest of the world is in trouble, and we need to move on with the issues we need to solve.

The Middle East is powder keg, and we need to find solutions for it. The EU has had a stance as a defender of the Obama peacetreaty.

But with the current chaos in the EU. The EU cannot deliver anything.

If nothing happens, well, then we need to take the EU out of the equation, and work with what we have.

Instead of using so much energy and time on the self-inflicted problems of the EU, we will have to move as individual countries.

I am sorry, but you are seriously sitting on your own hands not trying at least to make some kind of plan to change things.

That is the recipe for disaster. Now you know, so perhaps at least trying to do something would be an idea.

G-d bless the will to Change things.

Mr. Trump

I know, that mr. Trump is not that popular in Europe. But, at the other hand, he is still European in his descent, his family came from Germany, and he is VERY European in his way of doing things.

Maybe he is more Icelandic than haute couture. But he is still one of us.

Therefor, my view is; give him space, listen to him. He comes with a lot of criticism. But a lot of it is honestly right. Why should the US pay for our security?

So give him the benefit of the doubt, and see if we can make a deal.

He is one of us.

G-d bless the will to be strong in argument, but open in compromise.

Trade

The trade war with China is not really working, this is why.

First of all, you need to see it from the perspective of Adam Smith. Adam Smith coined the way we do international trade today. He believed that, if the trade is free, it will give everybody a good chance to compete with each of their virtues. Making a market that everybody were happy in and could prosper for.

At the other hand, he believed, that the producers of goods, were supposed to be loyal to the nations they produced things in.

Like Apple, they used to make all their things in China, now they have started to move some production back to the US. Out of loyalty to the US as a common Democratic project. Thank you Apple, we appreciate that.

So, my idea was to commend and help and do everything we can for the producers of goods, that are loyal to the US. It worked, wonders in fact, it has never been better in the US economically.

So, how do the Chinese screw with this system (sorry for the strong wording). They do it by not really allowing free trade to China, while as they abuse free trade in the world. In other words, we allow them to sell to us, but they do not allow us to sell to them. Yes, within limits, and often at the price of knowledge drain.

So in a sense, they are too protectionistic, and also uses the state to make business.

Thereby giving them an unfair advantage. So, in essence, they are not playing fair.

I do not know about Europe, but I do not think that we are trying to play unfair with the US, not a lot at least, and not in the amount the Chinese are doing it. So, we should not trade blows.

But China is not accepting and following the rules, and should therefor be punished.

G-d bless the will to be sharp on priority.

DO IT!!!

The way back as a dominant power in the world, is extremely difficult.

There are no easy fixes, but rather a number extremely hard decisions we need to do to carry on.

The challenges are numerous, and the resources we have are not scarce, but very difficult to use, due to the lack of faith and motivation.

So, WE NEED TO REFORM. I urgently ask the different leaders of Europe, to take up my idea about a renewal of the European Union. We are walking on thin ice here, so we need to step lightly. But we need to do it.

Take a look at my reform plan, and DO IT.

Its all just a matter talking up the process, and then fulfil it.

G-d bless the will to act before it is too late.

Well done Europe!

It must have been a long night discussing the new approach to migration in Europe. To be honest, there is not much new in the deal, but that is really not the true good thing coming out of the meeting.

The good thing is, that the Union is actually going from apathy and indecision to some kind of clarity.

This is due to the cooperation between the leaders of the different nations.

THAT is the way EU will have to work in the future.

By making agreements on an international level.

If it works, make more of it. And make it the cornerstone of the reform.

G-d bless the will to think anew what does not work anymore.

Minorities vs. Civil rights

When I grew up in place called Avedøre Stationsby, I grew up with the consequences of minority ideas made up byt the Frankfurterschool.

My mom married a nice guy from Bangladesh, but he left her, so she was a divorcee in a rough neighborhood.

This neighborhood was full of “minorities”, people from the Middle East, Northern Africa, and a lot poor Danes.

To be honest, this was not nice, it was full of drugs, people having psychological problems and general discomfort. There were nice things here and there, but you just couldn’t trust people where I grew up.

Then I moved to place called Vesterbro in Copenhagen. A part of the city a bit like my old neighborhood, but still with very few migrants.

There was a different vibe in Vesterbro, yes there were poor people and a lot of crime. But we took care of each other, and though the kids were rough, there were still limits. We even had a nice place for the young adults, where they could make music, and be the tough kids with the deep understanding of the street as a fair but tough environment to grow up in.

Then Vesterbro started to change, and look more and more like Avedøre Stationsby. It became darker. A lot of the people that migrated to Vesterbro from muslim countries really hated the West, and started abusing the young girls, and treating everybody very terribly.

This made me see, that there was something wrong.

Then the Mohamad cartoon crisis came, and the muslim world went crazy on Denmark.

You can argue about the validity of the angriness, but seen from my point of view, it was unfair. We had done nothing to treat the muslim world badly, and the reaction was unproportioned.

I had been minted a philosopher just a year before the incident, and had had very little success.

So, this was my chance I thought.

Knowing that migration is not necessarily a blessing. I stated thinking about what to do, where the weak points were, and the general lay out of the land in terms of academic understanding.

That lead me understand, that there was a whole level missing in our understanding of minorities.

Being a minority myself, in many ways actually, I could see, that the priority we were given left something very important in the equation. The whole basis of the democratic state was missing.

I mean, you could be a minority and hate Democracy, and still be protected. You could be a criminal, a demagogue, hate Jews or gays, but having a status as minority gave you a possibility to do whatever you wanted.

That was wrong, it is still wrong.

So, I thought about it, and concluded, that if there were Muslims who did not accept or were loyal to Democracy and the rule of law, their status as a minority where forfeit.

That is fair. If you do not respect or accept Human rights, including the respect Democratic law, you are an obvious threat to the state.

So, we starting fighting The Muslim Brotherhood, ISIS and so on.

At the other hand. I tried to instill the respect for the virtues of Democracy and the rule of law in ourselves. Fighting for Democracy was good, but we need to have faith ourselves as well.

So I supported rev. Martin Luther Kings Civil rights movement. Here was a good man, trying to bring people together and not sow discord. He wanted to build a platform, and make people dream of a better world.

To me, Civil rights are above minority rule.

Because minority preference is essentially white supremacy thinking. I am sorry, but that is the way it is. The minorities are the helpless blacks or gays and so on, and the whites are the good people helping the poor blacks.

That is not equality, that is supremacy. Just in new clothing.

Just because you are black or gay, it doesn’t mean you need help. I mean, I do actually work ok myself. I can fend for myself.

What I think minorities really need is not preferential treatment, but respect. I think we need to be treated like everybody else, because we are like everybody else.

I think that the presidency of Mr. Barack Obama essentially proved that.

He is not white, but he did good, and we need to stop prioritizing minorities, and just respect them.

Then we need to see, that those who really lost in this minority preference were the poor white guys.

They missed the train, and now they need some help getting on their feet as well.

I say this not as a white guys, because I am not. But because this is what civil rights is about. Helping, sharing, trying to be your brothers keeper, not looking at the skin of people, but who they are.

G-d bless the will to support a world, where we are together and not separated.

True humanism

A lot of the problems that is in the world right now, is due to shortsighted politics. Especially the humanists of different colors are not realistic about the challenges that face the world at large, and especially the western world.

I am a humanist, not only am I a humanist, I think I would define myself as priest of humanism.

I believe in it, I have traced its roots all the way back over the Medicis to Egypt.

This is what I do, carry on the light of the Egyptian sun worshipers.

So, why am I termed as a right wing populist by many humanists?

To me, it is because I am a true believer, and thus do see things in a much more complex light.

The core of humanism is not the care of people or the nature, it is the will to be enlightened. The uncompromising search for truth.

Why? Because as the ancients say, the truth and the light are the same.

Spreading light is being true where there were no truth before.

Why is this so important? Because the humane decisions you want to take, can only be taken if they are based on realistic assessment of a situation.

Take the fight against islam. We could have fought all islam, but that would have been unfair to many muslims. At the other hand, we need to fight those who burn down our cities.

So, based on a thorough analysis of islam. I defined the enemy as islamists, that is political muslims. The other muslims were accepted and even supported.

This is a way of enlightenment, the solution to a difficult problem is based on a true understanding of the subject matter.

The same goes for the problems we have with migration. This is an even worse dilemma.

At one hand, if we do not help, these people will suffer. But if we help them by giving them a free pass to Europe, most Europeans will suffer.

Since our primary interest lie with the citizens of Europe, we must prioritize them.

Add to this, we need to be serious about the magnitude of the problem. The amount of people of the world are sky rocketing, it can only end up in a huge fight.

So we need to be ready for that, and serious about it.

That is the long term goal.

We cannot just give away our ressources now when we need them the most.

This is a dilemma with no winners, and the explosion that is in the horizon is getting larger and larger.

So we need to honest about this.

The humanist answer to a problem is then not just to think about the here and now, but based on a thorough analysis of the problem find the MOST humane solution.

Just before ragnarok, there are no simple easy answers, only terrible ones. And not doing anything, is the worst you can do for everybody.

But humanism prevails, if it is done in a true manner, it even is the only solution to the problems we face, because it will give us the least amount of pain, all of us.

G-d bless the will to be true about the mayhem that we are trying to avoid.

Application

Ok, now the plan for a possible reform has been finished and send into the EU system. If the commission wants to speed up the process, I know there are ways to do this.

Please consider this. The whole system is almost falling apart, and we need action immideatly.

There are a vast numbers of difficulties for at reform of the EU. As you can see under weaknesses in the attached application. So, making a reform now is almost impossible, we need to be sharp on the ball.

But, that is the way it is.

Now, we from the conservative opposition to the EU have been very critical towards the whole project for a number of reasons, valid reasons. But to counter the critical stance, one also needs to be constructive.

So this is us being constructive.

There are many issues to consider, some of them already presented here on the blog. But there are many more.

I hope we can get the ball running, and we need start the game as fast a possible.

The knife’s edge

Well, here we are, at the potential end of the European Union. Let me be clear about the cause of this crisis. It is not about extreme rightwing populism. It is the effect of very poor political work of the European Union, and the rest of the political establishment.

I mean, everybody knows, that the African countries are going through a slow decay in terms of statehood, and at the same time have birthrates that hit the roof.

In this situation, decreasing the civil security is perhaps not the best of strategies.

The obvious result will be a lot of chaos where innocent people lose their lives, and general mayhem is in abundance.

A little foresigt, and resolute planning could have avoided the situation.

Now we are entering the pivotal development that I have planned for the last ten years, and it stands on a knife´s edge.

The strategy that I have planned, and has been set into motion with the people that use my ideas, is forced remigration.

This has to be done in the most humane way, but it is necessary to do it not to lose Europe as a continent.

Do the math, if this continues, Europe will be finished as a livable area. It will be full of mass crime acts, and the societies that we have now will crumble.

These are the stakes. So we can either accept that, and do something about it, or reject it and cease as a society.

It reminds me a lot about the migrations that came form Northern Europe that finished the Roman Empire.

The major obstacle we are running into now is the complete rejection of African countries in taking their citizens back. A pretty peculiar understanding of international law.

The migrants in Europe are not members of any European state, but members of African states, so there is where they belong.

We do not need these people, and we do not want them.

As I have said before, it comes down to lethal force. Is the European Union ready to use lethal force or not.

If not, it will fall, if, it will prevail.

It is as simple as that.

G-d bless the will to be honest and realistic about the awful challenges we face.

Philosophers

Usually the great leaps of development in Europe has been done by different kinds of magus, strange esoteric persons and alchemists.

People like Jung and Freud who invented psychology, Newton who reintroduced mathematics and physics in mainstream, Paracelsus who is modern father of medicine and so on.

We have a long tradition for a kind of fusion between science and the esoteric traditions of Europe.

Things have spun around differently. In England, the fusion is the most profound. Oxford is literally a temple of magic, my temple of magic at least.

In Germany the freethinkers were usually drunkards and geniuses.

In Denmark, the tradition I hail from, we are lonely philosophers. Like Kierkegaard you probably know.

Isolated in the tower of polished ivory.

I will try and be more polished if I am to make a renewal of EU politics. But seriously, a philosopher in the heart of Bruxelles, how would that ever go?

You know, I do not walk around with a suit on, but travel around visiting strange societies of freethinkers.

But then again, maybe Bruxelles could use a little magic. Who knows, the city seems pretty broken, so a little healing would probably be well received.

We will see, we need to do the attempt, and if it doesn’t work, well at least we tried.

Until then the philosopher needs to get his work finished, at least with the project plan. Then who knows, the magic might just come alive.

G-d bless the will to do right, and to try.

The Chinese

Now, the challenge of China is not the first time a superpower is challenged by an upcoming power. There are numerous examples. Egypt and Libya in the classical time. Persia and the Greek. The Romans and the Phoenicians and so on.

So there are many examples to learn from in this actual challenge by the Chinese to the American.

To me, the example that is closest to the current challenge is the example of Rome and Karthage.

Here we had contender (Rome) that organically happened to challenge (Karthage, Phoenicia).

Neither Rome or Karthage wanted to challenge the other, it just happened because Rome happened to grow and Karthage was in the way. So they fought. Epic fights actually as the fights of Hannibal Barca and his war elephants.

It is called “Thycudides trap”, though Thycudides was a greek writing about the Romans, so it is a little off, but never mind, it will suffice.

In the beginning Rome was the underdog. Karthage had been the ruling power for millennia, and took power for granted. They used to be merchants, and hired mercenaries to do their wars. A kind of investment strategy.

What Rome did was all a matter of grit. They build a navy, it sank. Then another navy, it sank. Then they got attacked by Hannibal, he almost sacked Rome. Then another navy. Eventually Scipio Africanus, one of the greatest war heroes of mankind reached Africa, and gave war to Karthage on their own soil.

He met Hannibal Barca at a last desperate fight. The Karthagenians being massed with numerous fighters, the Romans with their grit beat the soft Karthagenians, war elephants or no war elephants.

So what can we learn from this fight?

First of all, it is about cohesion and grit. The Romans did not win because they were the better skilled fighters. Hannibal was an illustrious leader, and an amazing strategist.

No, they won because they had the grit to go on, and on and on and on.

Imagine what will happen if mainland US will be bombed. Will the country fold?

These are the questions you need to ask yourself. What happens if the Chinese, in the course of war manage to reach the shores of the US?

In the beginning of the war between Karthage and Rome, the Karthagenians did not see this coming, but were living peacefully, just as Americans are doing now.

But this peaceful living became their doom, because they were not prepared for Scipio Africanus.

So I have been talking about this for a while, and most Americans can see the problems rising.

But do the US have the grit? And if not, how will a leader prepare his country for the long haul?

The Chinese, unaccustomed to nuclear war, are not backing down. They are carrying on stealing our production and know how. They need to reflect the fact, that what happened to Karthage was complete annihilation.

Carry on with the arrogance, and that may just happen to the Chinese, it has happened before.

I am trying to diverge the flow of events that leads to a massive war. Right now the US can still beat China relatively easy. Do that, and the Great War will be avoided. Do not do that, and imagine Chinese bombers over L.A..

War is a sickening thing, but sometimes it has to be done fast and as effective as possible.

This is, to me, one of those times. Get it over with, fast and effectively, then we can get to peace.

G-d bless the will to learn from history.

North Korea

Congratulations mr. Trump, well done. I never saw it coming, but making a peace deal with North Korea as just as big a deal as when I did it with Iran.

Same, same. This is my experience with the Iran deal, that you may use with the North Korea deal.

First of all, you need to worry about your allies in the area. When we made the Iran deal, Israel, Saudi Arabia and other allies in the area were really worried. So worried, that mr. Netanyahu used a lot of his political capital on eroding it. As he actually suceeeded with.

So they worry, and you need to easy their worry, especially towards China, that is expanding, and needs to be tackled.

I still opt for an all out war on China, fast and overwhelming before they reach a military capacity we have difficulty to beat.

Secondly, they made the deal, because you or we are strong. That is very good. They used to walk over us, now they actually do what we say.

Make a distinction between enemies and allies here. I support you in many of your claims on military budget, you are right about that. But allies has to be tackled like friends, or business partners. Being too pushy will just push them away.

Thirdly, take a look at the long term strategy. It is as probable as Amen in the Church, that the military push China is doing will become more and more difficult to tackle.

So find every option to kill their business, shore up allies in the region and so on. Isolate them if possible.

Eventually this will end up in a warm war, so we need to be realistic about it, prepare for it.

G-d bless the will to be understanding and sharp on priority.

Balance

One very important balance, that we have not done well in the European Union, is the balance between the different nation-states and the former colonies.

Take the UK. The UK has a lot of history with many countries around the world. Chile for one, New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia and so on. The same goes for France, that has a lot of ties to Canada, many small islands in the pacific, many former colonies in Africa and so and so forth.

Europe used to be small countries with a lot of extra power and territory in the colonies.

Now, things have changed, and honestly some of the deeds European countries did around the world were extremely wrong. But we did many things good as well, among them spreading civilisation where there was none before.

The peaceful cooperation and shared commerce should be important not only to the European countries but also many former colonies.

We share history, systems, ideology and way of doing production, and with the renaissance that Europe is currently having, a lot of the former colonies have an option to cling on to that whirlwind of new ideas, new strategies and new options in a peaceful world.

So the European Union needs to find a way to give a lot of freedom to the European countries in their work with the former colonies.

Take Canada, they are leaning towards Europe because mr. Macron has a lot of goodwill in Ottawa. That is good for Europe as such.

How to formalize this is up to discussion, but it is a very important principle we need to find exactly the right balance to make work.

G-d bless the will to be honest and give space to those who are kin of us.

New paths

The world is changing down paths I did not forsee. I had planned for a turn around of USA, now it seems, that the true turn around is the EU.

With the latest news from the G7 or whatever it is called, the cards are thrown in the air, and seem to land all in the hands of the EU.

Canada is with EU, Russia, who has Europe as its main trading partner wants to work with us, and so on.

I didn’t see it coming, and the small victory leaves a lot of work to be done, but well done everybody.

Then again, I do not want to see the US weakened. I have worked so many years to strengthen it.

Anyway, the way forward seems pretty clear to me. We need to consolidate, renew, reform and we will end up with a pretty powerful international unit.

G-d bless the will to do good when power floats your way.

Mr. Robinson

Mr. Tommy Robinson, the working class hero of England, has been detained once again due to criticism of the reign of terror certain migrants put the hapless young working girls through.

Seriously, all the man is saying is the truth.

I support mr. Robinson, because telling the truth is what our democratic constitutions are all about.

Curtailing the truth doesn’t belong in a democracy.

G-d bless mr. Robinson, may he be free to tell the truth.

Ethics of the European Union

One of the problems of the current EU administration, is the fact, that it does not really know why it is there.

I mean, what is the purpose of the EU?

As the structure decomposes, the motivation for the project becomes less and less apparent.

What we need, among other things, is to discuss why?

Why do we have an EU project.

This is essentially an ethical discussion.

At the core of it, is a question of humanity. Why do we do things for humanity.

According to Aristotle, you can see ethics as a kind of a tree. Each virtue is based on another virtue. It is like logic, each argument is based on another argument.

So if you put virtues into a chain of arguments, there must be an original argument.

The argument that started it all.

According to Aristotle, the virtue that all other virtues rest upon is happiness or joy.

The reason why we have all the other arguments, is because we want to make a happier place for people.

That is the core of the European Union, the litmus test. How does what we do make people more happy.

It is like the continuing discussion on minorities that seems to be the sole focus of the science of humanities that the EU support. How does that make the citizens of Europe happy?

If it doesn’t make them happy, then why do we do it?

See?

The test of all projects of the European Union, should be to test, if they make the European Union a better place with more happiness for the people.

G-d bless the will to think new thoughts for the next millennia.

Constitution

To make a constitution, in the classical time, great philosophers roamed the known world, gathering knowledge and then designing a system that would ensure the stability of the Polis.

As Lycurgus, who made the constitution that Sparta was built on. He roamed the then down world, and created a closed system that worked for 700 years.

Or Solon who made the Athenian constitution.

In that sense, a political system is the result of the deliberate understanding of political theory of a genius.

So, in order to do things right, we need to learn from the ancients, and make a constitution that reflect the methods they developed.

The true reason why the European Union doesn’t work, is because the constitution is not good enough. The balances of power is too tilted towards a cadre of secret bureaucrats, the ethical basis is too wrought with vice instead of virtue, and the balance between the national level and the federal level is unclear, making a turfwar the effect. Practically holding all the European Nations in a stranglehold of inefficiency.

I am not saying this to criticize, but to point at the problems we need to solve, to make things work.

So how do we do it? Essentially a constitution reflects the citizens. If the citizens are all into freedom, as in the US, the constitution will reflect this. If they are not social cohesion as in Sparta, the constitution reflects this.

So a European Union constitution should reflect the view of the citizens of Europe.

There are several roots to European culture. The Roman, the Viking, the Egyptian, the Classical Greek and the Mesopotamian.

Each culture has influenced European culture to some degree. The Greek has influenced the European culture through philosophy, leading to political systems as the French. The Egyptian has through the hermetic influence of the Medicis in the Italian renaissance given us humanism. The vikings gave us the urge for freedom and the Roman gave is the urge for disciplin and so on.

To make a constitution that will reflect all these cultural traits is not easy, but nevertheless the only way something of a solid structure can be made.

Add to this all the political turmoil we have in Europe already, we have a problem.

To restructure and reform the European Union, I need the support from all people in power.

Only then is the reform possible.

The constitution should have been made in the beginning, not now when everything is falling apart.

Call I a political turnaround of the highest difficulty.

To be honest, there are around 20 – 30 % chance that it will work.

But these are the stakes, so I hope people will support me.

G-d bless the will to do good in a difficult situation.

Progression

Concerning the EU progression. I have now found the relevant fund, and will soon try and apply for some funding for the development of a reform of the EU.

I will write the application as a series of essays, that I will publish here at Rubicon, in this way the EU system will get a feeling for the ideas behind the process, and it will ensure that the work has been published already at the very beginning of the project.

Hopefully, if the work gets a grant, I will continue the research, and publish the work as I go, with the aim of making book of essays as the end result.

G-d bless the will to be sharp on this development.

New developments

As Europe Change its priorities, we need to ask ourselves; what about the European Union bureaucracy?

As I see it, we need to reform it. So that it is much more flexible, more focused on each country, and work for the betterment of each citizen.

This process is possible, and I can do it. But the problem is, I need ressources, that is money, and the ability to talk to the involved parties to help here.

I have been trying to push this option in the form of a think tank. I have a good friend who has connections.

This is my prerequisite to embark on a reform process.

I will not do it just here from the blog. My advice would be based on too thin knowledge. I need to know the mechanics of the European Union from the inside to come with any serious advise.

We have the possibility to make something that would actually work, but for me. You need to give me acces to the maw of the system.

So, I have been trying to push the idea of a think tank, if this does not succeed, well we have to do without the framework of the European Union or see where it drifts too.

But, to do it right, we need to base these reforms on deep analysis and deep political/philosophical thought.

So, I hope that the leadership of the European Union are open for some kind of work.

I happen to be a nice and very civil person, I think. So I hope these aristocratic traits of humbleness and civility will make it work.

Anyway, please. To be serious about this next phase of European development, we need to able to work together and solve these terrible, terrible problems.

I will help, but you need to let me in.

G-d bless the will to be humane in the face of great upheaval and problems.

Europe

Things are changing rapidly in terms of power in Europe.

But let us be a bit realistic about our means and ends.

The great challenge for european powers, has been the influx of migrants. This we have not been able to tackle. So far the only method has been to spread the migrants in the different European nations.

This does not work, and if we look at the trajectory of the development, will not work in the future.

So, we will need to do otherwise to solve the problem.

My idea, along with Australia, has been to repatriate the migrants, as they enter Europe.

First we did it the nice way, by asking the states that these migrants come from, but that has not worked. Most of the countries simply refuse.

So, we need to accept, that we need to use force, to remigrate these new waves of migrants.

Then there is the question, do we have the capabilities to make such a move.

That again comes down to armed forces.

Some countries have these capabilities, others do not.

So there needs to be a vast investment in infrastructure of this kind.

It can be done, but it is difficult. A month ago Mrs. May had a row with the press over this issue. So the press is essentially against.

That means, that we need both a press strategy as well as a military strategy. These two processes has to go hand in hand.

Be honest about it, why we do it, how we do it and so on. Secrecy doesn’t work in a situation like this.

It is difficult, but possible.

G-d bless the will to do things in an honest and humane way.

The new Europe

In Europe, we are used to be unchallenged to our domain of power. That is intellectual prominence, military dominance and level of organization.

That has changed dramatically in the last 60 years. As we have been licking our wound after the second world war, the rest of the world has developed at a rate that we have not seen before.

This creates a situation, where old habits have to die.

Let me give you an example, that really made things clear to me.

Egypt, that is classical Egypt, was unchallenged in power in the first two thousand years of its existence. There was virtually no competition, because the surrounding powers never had the brawn and power to subdue the country of light.

So Egypt could change without too much interference from outside. It changed from Old kingdom to New kingdom, making changes along the way.

The old system went down, because it could not sustain itself, and a new line of kings (pharaohs) took power, making vast changes and modernizations.

But when the Greek grew in power, the Egyptians could see, that the time for upheavals and total destruction of the Egyptian state was not possible anymore.

So they send a pharaoh to teach Alexander the Great, because they could see, that he would be the one to spread Greek dominance in the Mediterranean.

What happened, was, that the area was consolidated into a centreal power.

Today in Europe, and in the world at large, there are several states that vie for the role of Alexander the great, the difference is just, that the known world is not the Mediterranean, but the world as such.

Perhaps China and Russia is fighting for a multipolar world. Thing is, we already have a multipolar world. What is in the cards, is not a shift from unipolar to multipolar, but from multipolar to unipolar.

If the development of power follows the pattern is has followed, the ones who win the latest contest of power, may just end up being the leader of the world.

In this situation, revolution and destruction of Europe, general upheaval is bad.

We need the restructuring of Europe to be according to a plan. Something that will strengthen us, not follow the usual pattern of destruction and rebirth. Because when we destroy ourselves, some other power will seize control of our territories.

THAT is why I wanted to create a soft landing for the EU, so that the european powers, reborn in a vibrant state and fighting stance, could challenge the world on its own premises.

This seems to be coming through. Everybody in Europe are waking up, and seeing the writing on the wall.

IF we can change this dangerous development into an ordered and functioning power structure. We have a chance to regain our independence.

We have a chance right now. But we should be honest about the dangers.

Europe is the least probable to be the dominant world power due to inherent weaknesses of the system.

We are too different to make it work.

We have one thing going for us though, that is our tradition of revolution. That is vibrant, unconventional, brilliant political thinkers.

Let us use that one single advantage to survive in this new race of dominance.

G-d bless the will to be sincere and honest about these challenges.

Europe

Both the US and Israel does not have much respect for the European powers.

We deserve that, by being complacent, and believing that we did not have to do anything to keep our power, we have become old, slow and static.

That is not what we are, we are vibrant, we have the best thinkers, the best universities, the most illustrious militaries.

So, essentially this is the time we need to ask ourselves, do we wish to be someone elses toys to push around, or do we take responsibility into our own hands.

The issue right now is the Iran deal. We cannot save it alone, we need Russia and China as well.

It is no secret, that I have been fighting to put China on the agenda in the US, simply because China is a massive threat to US power. It is not a threat to Denmark or Europe in general, but to the US.

A shift of allegiance is not my cup of tea, and so far, I will not do that. But keep pushing the China agenda.

But if the US keeps pushing my country into the corner of the ring, I will fight.

So, we CAN turn our attention to the East. Right now, that makes the most sense, but I think, due to the historic and personal connections we have to the US, that we should not make that shift now.

But it is a sound possibility.

Do not shove us around, you will regret it.

G-d bless the will to take our fate in our own hands.

The European Union

When I started my “career” or whatever you can call it. It was as a reaction to the mess that the former generation had created of Europe.

I read “The rise and fall of the great Powers” by Kennedy, and I realized, that the EU was the least probable to make it through the next twenty years.

So, instead of trying to fix it, because I had absolutely no ambition or any possible option to do that, I created a movement, that would make the fall of the EU a soft landing.

A Democratic/humanistic conservative philosophy, that would make the fall easy, and give the nations of Europe a way out of the mess.

The fall of a behemoth as the EU is off cause very dangerous for the Nations involved.

But now, ten years after, the situation has moved a bit.

Italy, the First Nation that has taken my ideas seriously in Europe has made history by making a coalition between right and left, and many of my ideas are worked at.

BUT and that is another difference, in the meanwhile, the US has taken my ideas, and proven them to work. The US is not out of the quagmire it was in, but it is clawing its way out. All lights are moving from red to yellow, and hopefully in a few years will turn into green.

That has proven the validity of the ideology, and now back to Europe.

Here the European Union seems to want to be a part of my revolution. Well, to be honest, I never saw it coming. But when we are here, you are welcome.

I never wanted to tear the European Union down, in fact I had the opportunity ten years ago when I was in Bruxelles with SIAD. But to me, destroying what others build without giving a chance to find a new way, that is not humanistic.

Call me soft, but I can see that the European Union WANTS to do good, but is woven into choices made by generations before.

So, as always. I will help.

I am not promising anything. Because to be honest, the situation is out of control, and the basis we are building on is like shifting sand at a cold a storm ridden beach.

But I will help.

G-d bless the will to do good.
