I live with what one would regard as a “white” girl as a wife. My little girl Rakel has brown eyes and golden hair, my mother was one of those long legged blond beauties that Denmark and Scandinavia is so famed for. My father was, by Bangladeshi standards, quite light in his skin.
So, as far as “race” would go, I belong to the “white” community. But there are a few old people who stares at me, coldly because I have a little brownish skin, and this reminds me what it is to be a coloured man in a white community.
The thing is, it has gotten worse after the terror attack in France. Now people actually stare at me more, where it was less before.
This is what I truly fight, I try to fight a world where you are not judged by your skin. The irony of it all is the fact, that my friends were the ones that were attacked and threatened in the terror attack. Especially here in Denmark, but through the Vilks committee also the Charlie Hebdo newspaper.
So I stand to lose on both sides, I lose when the jihadis move into the fray, and I lose when the racist are moving as well. But I keep on fighting the fight non the less, because deep down, I believe that there is a path in-between. In-between jihadis and racism. In between one stupid ideology and the other.
I truly, deep in my battered and scarred heart believe in democracy and humanism. I believe in the individuality of every person. That each os us is precious. I believe that man has the ability to rise above the material world and actually fight their inbread tendency to go for the easy solution. That they truly see nature and spirit as that of a loving man, and not of a man of hatred.
Man is narrow-minded, and has a tendency to go with the flow, choosing the easy solution and not the complex. As white against coloured or believers against nonbelievers. It is an easy fix, but it brings little happiness, it only brings a barren wasteland of conformity.
This is the fix I have tried to combat. I have tried to make a path where Jews are not persecuted, where black men as well as white men live in harmony. It is not about Islam, it is about the part of Islam that takes all the worst parts of Islam and put them to foul use. The arrogance and the selfagrandishment.
Now, is there a path? Yes, there is, I have laid it out. It is a path of harmony and acceptance, it is a path where man still is man, and we are not dragged down in this awful fight against a terrible foe.
The worst fight is not the fight where we put up barriers against the onslaught of the islamists. In this fight there will be heroes and young men winning all our hearts. No the worst fight is our own fight to remain human. To still accept people we do not know, to still be humble and cherish the little ones, the smell of spring and meet people without hatred.
As we face inhumanity, we shall remain human, otherwise we will lose what is most precious to ourselves.
We need to fight, but we need to do it without loosing our own humanity.
G-d bless the will to remain human.
Charlie Chaplin said in another time with a vigour, I hope we can copy a little.
I must say, that I really support mr. Vladimir Putin in the outrageous downing of a Russian plane. It is a direct attempt at fanning the flames for another cold war. I hope that Turkey does not succeed in this attempt.
There should be repercussion, and there probably will be. I hope NATO accepts this as Putin does it.
I also agree with mr. Putin, that the deeper problem is an islamisation of Turkey, that is curbing the democratic traditions of Turkey and moving towards a Sharia state.
You could not say, that Turkey supports IS, I mean, Turkey has just had a row of jabs and counter thrusts with IS. But they are not as an aggressive enemy of IS as France.
You now see the consequences of the Obama strategy in earnest. Countries that actually support freedom and democracy, Russia one of them, are melting into a unit. Since Turkey have been moving away from democracy as a foundation of their state, they are caught in-between. Ideologically they are in-between IS and the rest. So they are afraid of the development.
It is time Turkey chooses a side. If they continue on this course of aggression, they will be on the islamist side, if not, they have a chance on getting onto the democratic side.
We will watch and see.
But until that, we are truly sorry mr. Putin, we did not see it coming.
G-d bless Russia, the one remaining nation of the vikings in the east
We are, most of us, the children of Rome. Rome fell in around 3 – 400 AC, because it basically was swallowed up be greed and disturbing inefficiency. At that very last stage, when the barbarians stood at the gates, they kind of tried to relink to the very basis of what Rome was; a spawn of Etruscan culture and ideology. The belief, that there are certain rules and barriers that are forbidden to tread over, and the ability to foresee the future in bird entrails and the livers of goats.
You may laugh at this, but if you consider the astounding success of the Romans, at their largest, it was an empire spanning Europe and north Africa, you could see the effectiveness of this culture.
But it was too little and too late, the barbarians sacked Rome and the military and political wing disintegrated, only the religious wing survived to this day, today called the Roman catholic church.
But what was really the problem of the Romans, whom we are seriously in danger of copying in terms of degration and political collapse?
Simply put, it came too late back to its roots. There were attempts along the way, Caesar being one of them, but it was feeble, and it lacked the strength of true conviction.
When the barbarians had gained too much strength, it was too late.
We should learn from the history, and do the opposite, while we still can. This has been one of the reasons, that I have been trying to push a democratic agenda in opposition to islamism. We need to use the very basic ideology of who we are, if we are to turn this situation around.
My first philosophical push has survived most in France, it is the germ that is behind the Generation Identitaire, and thereby ms. le Pen.
I know that le Pen has been unpopular, but such infights as between moral and legal standpoints that are so relatively small as between le. Pen and Manuel Valls, is stupid to sustain. We need to be on the same page, internationally as well. We need to unite as the unity will give us the necessary strength to survive the coming battle.
We were born free, and so shall we remain, until there is no more of us. This is the core of what we are, and we shall remain so, albeit the demands of the caliphate.
As when we fought communism, (sorry Putin, I know that this is your ideology to certain degree), but as we did then, we did it by holding on to what we believe in. We should do that again, as it was democracy against communism, this time it is democracy against islamism.
The sheer monstrosity of the task is apparent.
I do not believe in shading the fight because we are afraid we may target muslims that are friendly. I believe in targeting only muslims were are truly against. The fighters of the caliphate are not all muslims, but only a part of muslims. The rest, we can accept and live together with. A lot of the Muslims around the world are enemies, but not all. So my strategy has, until now, given us two advantages. 1. It gives us a renewed contact to what we are, and our values. We die and fight for them. 2. It makes sure, that not all muslims are targeted.
War will never change, because war is the basis of the material world. The scope and brutality can change, but the methods are always the same. Mayhem, rape and destruction.
We need to gear up, and stay clear on our objectives in this matter; to use as little force needed to win this war.
When we talk about rearming, I believe that the Brits are going in the right direction, and I will give the Brits an advice I got from one of the greatest heroes of Britain, that I use a lot. Winston Churchill said, that what is really our advantage to the Muslim world is the strong arm of science. Put this to good use. Because we need to realise, that the war will be fought both domestically as well as internationally. The weapons of the second world war will do little good against a guerrilla type warrior we are fighting in most of Europe.
We need the ability to change the advantages of the guerrilla warrior with an endless supply of maniacal self-sacrificing martyrs at his side. His advantage is the selfsacrifise, and the fact, that he does not respect the rules we play by. All citizens of Europe are his targets. The more mayhem he creates the better. Against this, we need machines, robots, drones and other artificial machinery to counter his attack. When he strikes, we need to be able to send in drones, that will take him out.
In a later stage of the fight, we need to envision other ideas. But, research, research, research is really the best weapon we have right now.
As the fight goes on, and the bodies start piling up, the peoples and citizens will look for guidance, and leadership. So we need to prepare that as well.
What will we say and do as more and more attacks are rapidly increasing all over Europe. We will have to sharpen the tools we have, and we may have to arm the citizens themselves, so that they have a chance of fighting back.
G-d bless the will to remain sharp and vigilant in a terrible situation.
When Voltaire and Rousseau installed what we today know as a democracy, they off cause knew that it is not perfect. You can read the books of Plato and Aristotle, and it will become quite clear. But they forgot to implement the defence against the rise of the tyrant. As Isocrates say, the problem of a democracy in its final phase of corruption, is the fact that none respect the law anymore.
Well, there are off cause checks and balances in the system, that of reflecting the aristocracy, people and king in the division of power. That is lower house, upper house and president. But there is one tool they never pointed to as a remedy to a situation where people are trying to hijack the democratic development.
When Hitler rose in Germany, it was as a protest to the ruling elite and the problems they caused to the German people. Actually it was France that had put too heavy a war compensation on Germany, forcing the Germans to rebel.
But imagine, if the system had had the ability to stop Hitler in his tracks. What and how would they have done that?
They could have done it, if they had discussed whether he was a man of democracy or not. If he was not, he could have lost his citizenship.
What is it to be a man of democracy? According to Aristotle, it is two things. 1. To be a part of the democratic process. 2. To obey and be a part of the law.
These two prerequisites are to be expected of all citizens, in fact, this is what it means to be a citizen.
You can see, that there are many movements in society, some goes against the basis, some follows it.
In the case of Islamism, it is obvious, that this ideology is not in accordance with the Aristotelian definition of a citizen, and should therefor be excempt of its duties and rights.
Off cause, at a larger level, they are also enemies that we fight, bot internationally and, now, domestically, but in the discussion of what we do when we have citizens that are islamists, the Aristotelian definition could come in as a tool to differ between who are in the state and who are outside.
In this way we can ensure the security of the law-abiding and loyal citizens of the nation.
The days of peace in Europe are over, we have to realise this. If we just do what we have done so far, it will continue downhill. The problems have become so monstrous, that dealing with them now is almost impossible. But leaving the problems for another ten years will put Europe in a state, where the Islamic brothers will take over most of Europe, leaving small enclaves for the few stalwart defenders of democracy and freedom.
Forget about multiculturalism, it is over. We need to strengthen the values of democracy the rule of law and base this on a true acceptance of freedom as the ruling value.
This is in opposition to the Islamic state, that wants to rule based on the supreme authority of Mohammad the first.
It is like fire and ice, it does not mix.
So, we need to put up both ideological defences as well as physical defences. The most important being the ideological defence, we need to believe in democracy again, we need to fan the flame of freedom and fight for it. There will be blood spilled on the beaches again, and brave hearts broken as a result. But this is inevitable. Because if we linger, freedom will disappear.
To give your life to something, it has to be a good cause. Democracy is such a cause. Freedom of speech, thought and spirit is such a cause.
When the brave young men enter the fray, they should not do it as a defence of their homelands only. It is also that, but they should, as the ragged revolutionaries of the first Republic; unbeatable, because they had the fire of democracy and freedom in their hearts, moving as a unstoppable river through the lands of Europe, lead by the young stars of day.
This is what we should do; inspire, elevate, sacrifice and stand in rows and rows, with that burning flame in our chest. Knowing that the Republic is and was something to spill our blood for.
Now, we are all rethinking the strategies that we have to use to stop the onslaught on westerne societies by islamist holy warriors.
You say that development is going from one extreme to the other. We have had one extreme that now pulls us in the other direction; open borders. The Schengen is what really drove the attack on Paris. It made it easily possible for the islamists to coordinate, get warriors in, setup shop and attack. According to Debka, there were 200 men involved. This could not be done unless they had the ease of travelling.
So what is the natural reaction? It is to make borders, or barriers.
In Israel, that is in very much the same situation as we are in Europe right now, we have become experts in borders. From the border to Gaza to the borders at every cafe and busstop. Borders, borders and yet more borders.
In an open world, that is the anathema to free moving of goods and people, but that will be the reality.
What we have to think about is; where should we put borders, and how should we do it?
The problem is, as Israel has on Gaza, France has as many Gazas as there are ghettoes. Wrap your head around that, as many as there are ghettoes. Just imagine how much that is, it must be hundreds and hundreds. But to be safe, and deliver the security to the citizens, each ghetto will have to have a wall. Maybe not all, but at least all those that are infiltrated and controlled by Hamas or IS, and they are many.
That is the first wall. Then we need walls around our parliament, soccer stadiums, airports, in some places schools and so on. You just imagine it.
The problem is, who are we to keep in the confined area? That answer is simple; we need to keep in there the people who are living in France, that are not citizens. People who are citizens own the country. Now if there are citizens who are fighting and working against the republic, they should, by decree, loose their citizenship.
The confined areas, will probably be like Gaza, ordered in some ways, but often in total chaos. So we need to tackle that as well.
This is, believe it or not, the only viable solution.
I do not like it, but this is the result of the EU policies implemented over the last 40 years, and we are now trying to mend it, with a very serious hangover. If we do not do this, the states will probably fall.
G-d bless the willingness to work hard for peace, even though it seems far away.
A man will be able to foresee the future if he has wisdom. This is how it is.
When we talk about the rise of Islamism in Europe, please let me ask you to recall who actually started this fight. It was Barack Obama. He defined the enemy as militants that fight for sharia and a muslim rule called a caliphate.
Now, people are saying that Barack did not do enough, and he should have done more. Well, he gave us all a clear mission, did he not. Is this not leadership? According to Forbes list of the most important peoples of power, he is behind both Angela Merkel and Vladimir Putin. Well, I believe that is a good thing, this underlines, that he does not take the lead for the front, but from behind. Instead of wasting all the ressources of the US, he has kept ressources, saving them for better use; education, healthcare and so on. What is so wrong with this? The US is, as we speak, actually getting on its feet again in economic terms, and that is the prerequisite for an international powerposition in the long run. Remember before Obama came to power, everybody talked about, that the US was finished. Now we see decline in China, and a US back on its feet.
But back to the fight against IS. The IS won a huge victory in Iraq and Syria, and has now made considerable gain in Europe. We will see the outcome, but right now, we are loosing big time. The EU is under serious attack, and falling. The cities of Europe are brimming with IS supporters both lethal, and those who are willing to hide their operatives.
They will, most probably finish the EU, and after that, the probability that huge areas of Europe will be under IS control are large.
The system of Europe is largely paralyzed by internal bickering, and failing to a point. When EU falls for real, and it will, if the refugee streams are not put under control, then we shall see what will happen.
At the end of the day, it is about human psychology. We as westerners are fundamentally different in our worldview and modes of action than the Middle Easterners. In the Middle East, alliances always shift from here to here. The animosity is really not so deepfelt. In Europe it is different, we stay on the same course, putting our plans in the future. We do not stray from the path we have laid out for ourselves. Then we are warriors, not just farmers. But we only fight for real, when we feel truly in danger.
European mentality is best compared to a dam. We fill up water in the dam, over the years. At the end, the water makes more and more pressure, and we try, desperately to keep the water in the dam. But as the water builds up, in the end the dam will crack, and all the amassed water will flow out. This is where we are right now. At the top of the dam, the cracks are apparent in the dam, and we are waiting for the water to flow out.
It is hard for Middle Easterners to understand this, but there is on symbolic store Middle Easterners understand, that is the symbol of the Apocalypse. This is European thinking, we wait until the apocalypse come, and the we fight.
Two more pokes in the gut of the Europeans and all water will flow.
G-d bless the will to be free and honest in this difficult situation.
You know, I almost cried when i painted this picture. Because, as we speak, and the world turns around, people die, fathers, sisters and brothers mourn, and seen in the perspective of the holy warriors, I may be cool for them to meet their deity. But those who were spilled, did not chose that path themselves, will be missed.
Voltaire is one of my own heroes, and WHY? was is exactly rue Voltaire that should be the focus of the greatest and most devastating attack. Because it is the symbol of freedom and democracy. Let us remember this when we mourn, it is not only people who are attacked, it is our way of life, our values and what we believe in.
So I call my painting Rue Voltaire, in honour of one of my heroes that was attacked, and therefor cry.
People are asking themselves these days; how did we end up here? With war on the soil of Europe. We did all we could to hinder this development, to the extent that we sold all we had to reach that dream of a borderless world, where all would live in harmony.
Well, as all other dreams, dreams are not realistic. They are often based on false premises and therefor end up in nightmares. As this one.
Do not get me wrong, I know the 68´ths, my mother and father were 68´ths, and I grew up with freedom, creativity, tolerance and so on. The problem being, that even though the ideals are good, the implementation sucks.
You cannot create a peaceful world, if you do not accept the simple fact, that beneath the civilised society lies the rule of the strong. As in any basic book of philosophy, the reason we have the police, is to protect the weak against the strong. Thereby making a just world.
If you take that protection away, as you have done in practice in Europe, you will reinstate a world where it will be the strong that will tyrannise the weak. Tyranny, remember, the world we sought to get away from after the second world war.
By lowering our defences, we have let in a new Hitler, a new strong man. This time it is not national socialism, it is islamism. Muslims who fight for an Islamic state.
So do we just sit there and accept that the Islamic state murders innocent people, of cause not! We have to realise, that in the material world, there is both good and evil. If we do not support the good, and fight the evil, well, as a simple equation of cause and effect, we let evil win.
No religion has ever preached a gospel where evil should win. No religion, on the contrary, all religion is exactly about fighting evil, and letting good win. You can discuss your methods, and here religions differ. But, all agree that you cannot accept the dark lord and his minions to rule over all the world.
So what we can, and should, discuss is exactly that; the methods. What methods are adequate in a fight against IS. We have all agreed that bombing them in Syria and Iraq is an adequate response. It saves lives of western armies, and leaves the dirty work to people who have their own freedom to win it by.
But in Europe, there will be no Peshmerga guerilla group to do the land fighting, there will be only Western police and military.
So the natural answer will be to give them the job of fighting the IS, as we do.
It will be a long and gritty war, and it will encompass all of the West. Once again American and Russian boots will be in Europe, once again it will be an existential fight, won only if we invest all we have.
But this time, we should prepare for the end result of the war. It should be a more enlightened, more free, more democratic, more fair Europe, that will invite in the Jews, and create a world where science and faith will work hand in hand. It should be a world peace, that should last, not just 50 some years, but as long as in the US or Russia. A strong but benign Europe.
But in-between this preferred result, and now lies, Armageddon.
It is with a heavy heart and tears in my eyes I write this. I just knew, that it would happen. I have been planning for this for years and years. But now when it happens, it makes me feel inadequate. I should have done more, why could I not stop this.
But, the point where it could have been stopped passed forty years ago, when I was so small I could not even talk, so it was not my fault. It was the fault of my parents, the 68´ths. We are paying for their ideas today.
So what to do? Well the human mind is slow in realising the actions that would make sense in a rational universe. It is mostly the feelings that talk. And that is mostly good, but faced with this mayhem, feelings are not what we should think about, we should be rational about it, and do what is the wisest thing.
The first thing we should realise is the fact, that unless we turn the migration wave around. That is getting more migrants out of Europe, than getting in, Europe is doomed.
It is a simple as that. If we do not do that, there will be no more Europe. There will be a new Middle East where Europe used to be, filled with all he usual infights the Middle East is comprised off. Some may like it, but I do not. Do not take me wrong, I love the Middle East, but I do not think it should engulf all of Europe.
So how do we obtain that goal; getting more migrants out of Europe, than in?
There is only one answer, and answer that we have dreaded all along; force.
We can use money, we can use bribery, religion, ideology. But at the end of the day, we are forced, as all other in nature, to be strong, and use force.
As the Middle East and the rest of our close countries are progressing, the need for jobs and shelter will not decrease but increase. So the pressure will increase as well. We have to be honest about this.
The only thing that will protect European culture and civilisation is an increase in arms. If we do not do that, we will die.
Already Sweden is on the brink of death, they say that themselves quite openly. In a few years, the system will have been brought to corruption, and the jungle law will have taken over.
As the Islamic state is using our own stupidity and insecurity, we should be honest about the threat and prepare.
There is still some lag of understanding in many layers of society. But be serious about this, and we will turn the tide.
We are entering Armageddon, and it is time for the warriors of light to line up, and stear down the faces of the sons of darkness. If they are not heeding the call of the silver trumpets, they will fail on this final day of warfare.
So rise, all ye warriors of light, prepare your spears and glorious armour. Because darkness is here, and only by the fierce strength of the arm of the warriors, will light increase and not decrease.
G-d bless the peace that is at the end of this long, long tunnel, and may spirit bless all the victims of beautiful France. We mourn with you, truly, truly, as we cry for your wounds. G-d bless you, may yo be strong and fight!
There is a lot of genius in the strategic considerations of the sunni rebels we are fighting. We should not underestimate them.
First the flooding of Europe by both IS fighters and hapless refugees is a stroke of genius and tearing Europe apart. Supported by liberal media, this is a huge blow to the West.
Secondly, the uprooting of the democratic states we sought to strengthen and support in Northern Africa is also going their way. Still we have Egypt, that is a stalwart supporter. They are civilised there, and Egypt is so much than just a Sunni muslim state. The pharaoh of old are stil whispering there, and we should respect them for that.
The latest stroke of warfare is also a stroke of genius. Downing a Russian civil jet is not only a blow to Russia, but also a blow to Sisi. This is devilish in its genius.
We have to counter this by understanding the plot. The plot was to weaken the Egyptian economy. If Egypt looses its tourist revenue, it will suffer tremendously.
So, as a Muslim country, trying to find a new democratic role, I think we should support Al-sisi even more.
One thing we could do, was creating safe passages for our civil jets, so that another jet will not be downed. It should be pretty easy.
Then support Sisi economically as well as in arms. He is fighting our fight, and we need to support him.
Concerning the refugee crisis, nothing will be solved before the EU system has failed, then there will be individual solutions to the problems, hopefully all within civil rights. Some states might fall, we will see.
But we should not underestimate our enemy, it is impressive how it, with few means manage to fight us.
Germany is wavering on the brink of destruction. The far right is waiting for the state to fall, and the state is totally unprepared for the violent onslaught on its institutions.
You could say, that it is well deserved, but to me, a sinner is not a word to be used. What we need to do is to help each other.
This situation is a result of one single institutional process; that of taking too little care of the ressources of the state. The state has been seen as an endless ressource, able to feed all, and create security for all. This is not the case. There are limits, and the limit has been reached.
There are a number of tool that can be applied. But you need to make one thing absolutely clear; if the situation is not put under control, the state will fall, and something or someone else will take over.
So, in order to make the state stand, you need to invest in security. Both police forces as well as military.
I know that many see this a refugee crisis that we have to solve and use all we have for the poor migrants. I concur, my own father was one of those people fleeing from Bangladesh when the war was there in 69, but there are also those in the migrant flow, that have no good intentions. So they rape and pillage.
You need to tackle both challenges, be kind to those who mean us no harm, preferably in the vicinity to their homeland. And then fight the IS fighters and other extremists among the refugee train.
The borders of Europe is reinstated, and thus EU will fall. But we still need to help each other out. Support each other, as we do here in Denmark, the best we can.
Come on Angela, be bold, solve this crisis, otherwise the German state will collapse, and that would mean one thing; chaos, and the bad man thrives in chaos.
There is a lot of turmoil in the Middle East, but if you look a bit beneath the screaming and yelling, as it has always been in that illustrious part of the world, we can see, that the deeper structures of the conflict are actually aligning quite well.
The main event is actually the cooperation between Russia and the US, potentially an international peacemaker. You can say a lot about Putin, but one thing is sure, he is, at the bottom of his hearth, a good man.
We should remember this when we try and paint him as a villain and a warmonger. He is strong, but he is not a bad man. He is a republican in a Russian mould, but a nice one.
The other significant event, is the fact that the palestinians have been rioting for some time now, and has gotten nowhere. That is a sign, that Israel is less threatened. The peace that we are able to forge is coming, slowly, in waves back and forth, but always in the right direction.
In Israel, we just need to keep our heads cool, and stop the violence. If the palestians continue their offensive behaviour, well, then we simply have to separate them from Jews. How this is done, is up to Netanyahu, but it has to be done civilised.
Do this, and the threat will stop, and a permanent solution can be installed.
To truly understand the way of ecology, one first has to understand, that ecology is an ancient creed. Secondly, one would have to link these ancient ideas with metaphysics, or rather in the Anaxagorean mold, the combination of metaphysics with physics.
Because what is it really, all this nature on earth? It has existed in millions and millions of years and slowly developed to where it is today; an extremely complex system that envelopes our beautiful earth. Like a giant mind.
Because that is what it is; it is a living mind in the sense, that if G-d is intelligence, we are sparks of G-d, and this intelligence is induced into matter as soul. Then nature is a hive of intelligence.
Since nature is a complex organism, that interacts in numerous ways, in accordance to basic principles, you could argue, that we are just small wheels in the machine.
But we as men, are able to inflict damage to nature, or shape it to our wishes. Sometimes it is good, often it is the opposite. We do not understand the responsibility we have been given by G-d. We just, as stupid automatons, destroy what we do not understand. Creating barren wasteland in the wake of our stupidity.
Therefor, we should act as shepherds of G-d, understand the miracle he has given us, and be careful about it. Take care, so that the nightingale will still sing, and the crickets accompain it. So that the wind will still blow in the sails of the adventurer as he explores the beauty of nature. So that we as men, do understand that we have been given responsibility. To be shepherds.
G-d bless what we do understand as men in the great beauty of nature.
There is a lot of discussion on climate change and the responsibility that we as humans have towards the ecological processes in nature.
It is not new, it is an old dog, that has been reinvented many times. Many conservatives talk about climate alarmists, and people using these ancient ideas with no real basis.
Listen, it all comes, originally from the halls of Heliopolis. The great temples of On. Where humanism was born in Egypt.
Here the priests talk about the need for humanity to be the shepherds of the nature. If we are not responsible for nature, nature will crumble and wither away.
As I see it, nature is my own temple. It is when I wander the great forests of Galicia that I see G-d. Or when i skip over the tumbling seas at the horn of Hals, that nature enlightens me in the dance of the dolphins there.
That is truly when I see beauty.
This beauty of G-d and nature, will only be preserved and strengthened if man takes care.
This is why, I believe we should be those shepherds of nature, not uncaring.
G-d bless the rolling seas of mother nature, may she be preserved and strengthened.
The US is not bad. Barack, Joe and I have lifted it, and things are chugging on. But as old dogs of war put their beaten hands down, new stars must rise.
In this process, one must ask oneself, what to do?
I believe that Pope kind of tried to help the US, not by lecturing the US, but trying to kindle that faith in the beautiful ideas of the United States of America.
What will truly bring the US into the next phase of its development, is the understanding of itself. The basis, the faith, the Change.
Thank you Joe, for your service, we will truly miss you.
There is a lot of discussion, especially in the liberal part of the American political world about Denmark. Hillary Clinton even said, that she loves Denmark. Guess what? We love you too 🙂 The thing is, we as you are, and yet we are different. But the similarities far outweighs the differences. We are older and smaller, this gives us another way to organise things, a more conservative view on the world, and a rooting, that is both good and bad.
Seen from my perspective, I love America, because, you are not so polished, and equal.
This is the same as Denmark, we are not so refined, but we are stronge in a simple way. When the Anglo-Saxons need their strength, they use us as their well.
But, how can we use eat other, as good friends should? We can do it by inspiring each other. One thing I really love about the US, is the frontier spirit. I believe, that Danes have been a part of that move, because many Danes migrated to the US at the time of the frontiersmen. But that belief in a new world to be conquered, the vast possibilities, the hill to conquer and a world made more prosperous, that inspires me. We have been here for five thousand years, and continuously shrunken. The faith in a possibility to find new frontiers and win them, is inspiring.
Another thing that inspires me, is the freedom of the cowboys. The feeling of the vast expanse, and the freedom it gives you. It reminds me of the danish sailing culture, where we are still roaming the vast seas, looking for adventure and new shores to know.
Then, we can perhaps give you, the Americans, a deeper understanding of what you are.
Take the yankee spirit. This restless striving for something better. The long haul. This is what you are, and have always been. We have a tendency to plan ahead for many years. We are not whimsical, but dig in, and work, until something has been wrestled out of the country or we win something. It gives a tendency to live in the future, and, sometimes, make us forget the here and now. But this is the basis of capitalism.
So, friendship should be mutual, something we both prosper on.
My family used to go to the Rebild gatherings. A commemoration of the shared bond between the US and Denmark. We should strengthen this. For all of us to prosper from.
G-d bless the beauty of the United States of America.
Concerning the evolution of the Anglican Communion, we need to understand, that what we need is more than just faith. We need faith, but we need to be practical as well.
Faith needs instruments. The Anglican theological evolution is so beautiful in its understanding, poetry, the search for beauty and spirit. But this is a dead end, if it is the only tool in the toolbox. The toolbox should be expanded to include more practical tools for the reverend.
To my knowledge, there are two main traditions that could be of interest; the Vatican and the German/protestant.
The Vatican is in its essence Etruscan when it comes to organisation, that is disciplin, and Greek when it comes to metaphysics. There are off cause Jewish lore, Egyptian lore and even Persian lore in the depths of the Vatican treasure trove, but in the end, it is Roman/Greek in its true constitution.
This includes true metaphysics, that is Aristotle and Plato. In fact, this was what I really tried to convey at the symposium at Oxford; a Platonic, metaphysical perspective. An attempt to bridge the gap between metaphysics and moderne physics through the teacher of Plato; Anaxagoras. This tradition will give the depth and elegance that will attract the rest of the Anglican church to Oxford and Lambeths Palace. It is about level and brilliance. The brilliancy of the teaching will attract. You need to make a well of wisdom, that the commune can drink from. Put me in as a lowly teacher somewhere, and I will be happy to help create that deep, deep well.
Concerning German theological thought. This is a bit more practical, it focuses of the relationship between people. Arguing that G-d is in between the I and You. One of my favourites is the German/Jewish philosopher Buber who analysed the relationship between man and woman, G-d and self, son and father and so on and so forth. It is truly a Goethian, romantic view, that is truly inspiring. We have it here in Denmark with Kierkegaard as well.
But you need to create a well of wisdom that the Anglican community can drink from, then they will come and make peace in-between all.
In the ongoing crisis in Europe regarding the migration from Africa and the Middle East, it is time to take this serious. We need to understand, that we need to move, now.
I do not like the European Union, I thinks it is against all that Europe traditionally stands for; human rights, transparency, the rule of the people, the rule of law, and so on. But right now, we have a problem that is pan European; the migration. We can point fingers, or we can do something about it.
The plans to repatriate the migrants with no legal claim on refugee status should have our maximum attention. It should be done within all legal frames, but we need to do it now, otherwise Europe, and the European Union is doomed.
What we risk is an overflow of illegal migrants that will start fighting the legal system itself, start taking houses, food, women and so on, with out the control of the authorities. This will eventually end up in smaller migrant fiefdoms in Europe, probably in an islamist mould.
These fiefdoms would eventually start fighting the rest of Europe, guerrillastyle, or rather, this process has already begun with the Charlie Hebdo massacre, and the like.
This is the end of Europe as we know it, and all concerned countries are right to be concerned, even Saudi Arabia, that will, eventually be sucked into this cauldron of decay and warfare.
Most migrants are sunni muslims, and adhere therefor, ultimately to Saudi Arabia.
So it is a race against the clock, all civilised countries are motivated to control this problem, and it should be on the top of the agenda, and it should be done decisively.
G-d bless the providence of the mighty, and the humbleness of the righteous.
Many Jews are a bit worried about the renewed violence of the West Bank and the Gaza strip. Rockets are flying again, and the frame of a new intifada is shaping up.
I would not be so worried, in fact, the thing that the rest of the world is not really caring, is a good sign. It is because, there is less hatred towards Israel. Consequently people do not get so exited about renewed violence.
Just take it easy, put up more security, and design new weapons to meet the resistance.
Do not despair, everything is going in the right way for Israel these days. We need to be able to have joy over what is gained.
In the old times Cabalists were not that respected, because it was a lot of promising and no result. Look at what has already been obtained in the Middle East; alliances with the Sunni, and a possible peace with the Shia, add to this the alliance with the Christian churches. This is proof, that things are moving in the right direction.
The process of a unified monotheistic religion should reflect all the three monotheistic religions. Islam, Christianity and judaism. But how do we actually do that?
We do it by going back to the roots of the shared starting point; Eden.
What is Eden? Eden is really the first city of the fertile crescent. A place, where all, or most civilisation comes from. It was, actually called Eridu.
In the bible, or rather in the old testament that is the Thorah, we hear beautiful stories about such things as the ark of Noah, Sodom and Gomorra, Babylon and … Eden.
So the memory is still there, but the content of the lore that we lost in following years, our of total neglect it is hard to find.
In the ancient times, there was a set of lore, or understanding that the Assyrians called En. It contained all the principles of government, religion, science, and so on. We lost this, but this book that I stumbled upon a few weeks ago, and really blew my mind, made me realise, that someone actually took their time to preserve this lore and, in secrecy made it available.
They are called cabalist. Jewish learned men, who have kept the En secret since the time of Babylon and Eden.
They have this tree, aptly named; the tree of Eden. This is the clue to the origin of the lore. It could be called, the tree of Eridu.
In the meantime, the whisper of the faithkeepers have been thee. You know about the magicians, saying “Abra cadabra”, well that is a reflection of Kabbalah. Kabbalah has existed as an undercurrent of our society for all time.
The thing is, the lore of Kabbalah is a way to power. Huge power, magic some call it. But really it is a system of mind control. A very, very ancient system of mind control.
We have a watered down version of the system in the West, introduced by the cabalist, and Jew, Sigmund Freud; psychology. Many of his basic psychological principles are obvious cabalist ideas, just simpler versions. Like the character description of a soul or a psyche. According to Freud it had unconscious, will and moral. But according to the cabalists, it also has a spiritual part above the ethical layer, and a layer below the unconscious, that I do not really understand yet.
Anyway, this is the true source civilisation in cooperation with Egyptian lore.
You drink of this source, and you can change the world. But, we have to be careful, too much drinking, and we get intoxicated.
I have a very good relationship with some of the Jewish cabalist, that I am proud to say, that I share values with, so I will coordinate with them.
But, the true knowledge of man, true civilisation, will be what will create a basis of all three religions. Rather it is the basis, we just need to make it available again. With this, the monotheistic religions can rise again, and have a moment of peace.
Concerning the Anglican Synod coming up in february, you may consider one basic theological trait;we are all connected.
In the current synod in the Vatican, this is explained and realized in the fact, that family is the house of G-d. G-d will have to have his playing field somewhere. It can be football, it can be community work, it can be family. But he has to have it somewhere.
Consider this in the upcoming synod of the Anglican church; where is your playing field?
Then there is another theological principle I have been saving for the synodical process in the Vatican.
Well, to really understand G-d we need to understand it in a metaphysical understanding. Plato believes, as he proscribes in the Timeaus, that Anaxagoras is in the right mind about G-d. This is the deepest we get as metaphysicians; Timeaus with Plato.
So Plato points towards Anaxagoras as his mentor and his ideological framework. What did Anaxagoras tell us about G-d?
He tells us, that the union we all share, is something that comes from the intelligence that we came from. G-d is intelligence that is in-between all. When we are born, a little piece of the G-d intelligence is peeled off from the collected intelligence and fused with matter.
We, however, always long for the union we had with everything else, before we were born. This is the source of love. The longing to be in union with all around us.
This is why it is so important with the family. Because, with this, we emulate, as the ancient Egyptians, the world of G-d, thereby getting closer to what we were.
G-d bless the wisdom of the ancient Egyptians, and Greek.
Things are starting to get up in gear, everywhere, where I have had the opportunity to put my mark, or rather to try and help. Israel, Europe, the US, Russia, and especially the Middle East.
Denmark, is also in tatters. Yesterday someone threatened to kill the PM, and the chaos is growing rapidly, as most other West European country.
The European Union is tattering at the brink of destruction, and my ideas are only there to buy a brief respite. It will give the European Union a few more years, but unless the Schengen is stopped and a more amenable relationship towards the nations tates is found, it is over.
One good thing for me personally though, is the prospect of a renewed career in public service. I have, successfully, been taken in as a member of the Conservatives here in Denmark. That is a centre leaning conservative party. In the same mould as the Conservatives in the UK, more or less. My books are for review in Gyldendal, my old publisher, and if all goes according to my wishes, I can actually publish again, and thus save the public sector from total ruin. But this is only “birds on the roof”, as we say in Denmark. Probabilities.
I however have to ramp up my productivity, because things are moving rapidly, so I have to follow.
There is a lot of things coming into place these days. The entire plan is coming to fruition. First of all, it is with great happiness, that I see Germany finally shedding its shackles of the second world war, and finding itself again.
The understanding of Germany as a normal, but very strong country, is good. We need to continue down that path.
Secondly, I believe that the uprising of IS has united us all in the opposite direction of IS itself. It has become a mirror that we see ourselves in. As IS is murdering and destroying ancient artefacts, we decide to do the opposite, it has become a witches mirror as H.C. Andersen would call it.
Thirdly the entire faith system of the monotheistic religions are uniting in this understanding. We have to recognise, that in order to survive we have to fight the abomination. But in order to survive with our own moral intact, we need to shelter our own humanity. In this sense the challenge will make us better.
In the older time in the halls of Heliopolis, humanism was born, again we see a small window of it coming back.
To be humane is not to be peaceful in a naive way. We need to fight, as we do. But it is always to try and find that middle path of mildness, that lie in-between severity and charity, as the Kabbalah teaches us.
G-d bless the wisdom of the root of all three monotheistic religions.
I have just heard about the tragic occurrence in the US concerning the pointless mass shooting of innocent children.
There are no words for the severity of the crime. Children. Hopefully this is the work of a madman and not an act of terrorism. We hope for the best and prepare for the worst.
From all of my heart, deep and sincere support, is send from Denmark to you all.
G-d bless the peace we will find in the arms of those we love.
Now in january, there is a synod coming up, where all the leading bishops of the Anglican church are meeting. This is a pivotal moment, where the Anglican church will either break or hopefully continue on a more happy course of reconciliation.
Now, what will do it? There is a huge difference between the parts of the Anglican church, and as the English empire broke down, there is not much to hold this vast Christian conglomerate together.
Well, there is one thing; faith.
The Anglican church, all its different branches has one thing in common; it shares the Anglican faith.
As the military and organisational wing og the empire has seized to function in the entirety of the Empire, still the faith lingers on. Just as in the Roman empire.
So, what happened in the Roman empire to leave the faith still ticking? It was actually the Irish part of the empire, in a part of Europe that had never been colonised, that saved the church. It did it, by building monasteries. It was in these monasteries, originally founded by the Egyptian Copts, but renewed in the Roman world, that the lore of Rome survived. The point is, faith is much stronger than organisation.
So, this answers the question of the problems that the Anglican community asks itself on how it will survive. It will do it, by enhancing the faith. By giving profound Anglican answers to the problems of the Anglican faith. By lifting and ascending.
This is the answer. The Anglican church should lift its faith. Be stronger in the faith, fight for G-d, help the needy.
That was how the Catholic church managed to do a turnaround. By appointing a pope, that is strong in the faith.
The wartorn Syria has spilled refugees all over Europe. This we have to take a responsibility for.
I have worked on a solution to this, that includes a beefed up presence in the vicinity of Syria.
Let us do that.
I know, that I will not be at the table. This should be clear now. Well, we will just have to do the best we can.
We should also remember that it is complex.
It seems to me, that Germany wants a new commisioner at the UNHCR to control the migrant flows. Put him in, and then Germany and I can seek to use the influence Germany on this issue.
First of all. A good idea for Germany could be to seek out allies in the Middle East. This should of cause be done in accordance with UK, the US and Russia, to see if there is a possibility to make an arrangement of supporting refugees in the vicinity to Syria.
I would recommend a nonmilitary presence.
It is also very important to strengthen the ties to Israel, because of the historical relationship Israel has to Germany. Israel could be an interesting and powerful ally.
G-d bless the will to find a peaceful solution to the migrant crisis.
These days, it is the ten year anniversary for the Mohammad cartoon crisis. In a strange way, we revisit all he feelings and all the mental turmoil of that time, and in a way we see who the real enemies are; the weak and traitorous European states and what we have seen as “Islamic State”.
One of my good friends made a piece of art yesterday, or rather a happening. What he did was mounting a “islamic stats flag” on a pole, and wanted to tie this to a statue of a troll. The symbolism was a reference to all the Christians who are at prey in the Middle East, by the Islamic state.
Now, what would you expect from such a happening. That the Islamic state came and did something about it? To the contrary, they were much more interested in another exhibition of SIAD where Anders Gravers exhibited a number of drawings of Mohammad.
So who then took affair, when Islamic state was too weak (after we have been bombing them for may years), you guess it, the Danish police! They came and put my painter friend in handcuffs and took him to the police station. For doing something that is a praise of our armed forces in The Middle East!
But it goes deeper. It is the cowardice of not only the police, but also the media, who chose not to give the ten year anniversary any attention (except for Jyllands Posten). The schools, the cultural institutions, any of the states activities.
In this we can see, that it is not the Islamic State only that we fight, it is the cowardice of our own state and all its representatives. All the people who have no guts and are afraid that they may be at the end of the barrel one day.
So let us all show solidarity with all the victims of Islamic State. All those poor souls, be it Yazidi or Christian as they have been slaughtered and put to the cross. As we, as lonely souls are all that care. The state fights us, showing that what they are, is dysfunct. They do not work in the interest of the people anymore, and certainly not of Christians. They are so afraid of the Islamic State, that they rush out to do their dirty work, even though the Islamic state does not have the ressources! Oh the irony.
G-d bless all the victims of the savages persecuting the weak.
Well, after all the chaos of the discussion of the 160.000 refugees/migrants, at least Europe is stepping in the right direction.
Here are my recommendations.
1. Doing things in the Middle East is like putting your hand inside a wasps nest. It is a hive of minds so ancient we have no idea, or rather, few of us have some idea, but it demands a thorough understanding of Middle Eastern Culture, history and most important of all; religion. There has ever only been one single European individual who have ever had any success, that is Lawrence of Arabia, exactly because he had these qualities. Now you have me, so you have a chance.
2. Going into the Middle East, is going into a quagmire of world power interests. We cannot, as Europe, lift much in terms of political capital. We are competing with China, Russia, Iran, Saudi Arabia, the US, and most important of all; Israel. So forget about going to the Middle East as great saviours, we have some money, that is it. Apart from that, all you have, is me.
3. We have been working on a peace plan for quite some time. The entire foreing policy of mr. Barack Obama hinges on this. That is, we are trying to mend fences with Russia and Iran. This has come a long way, if it works, it will be the single greatest achievement of Obamas foreign policy, in fact the greatest achievement of his, at all. So, we should be very careful not to ruin this. If we do, we will ruin most of the good will we have with the US. Not to mention alienating Putin even more.
So it is one of those extremely difficult processes that you simply cannot do alone. First of all, Europe does not have any political capital to mention worldwide. Mostly because the European Union is such a mess, and nobody wants to work with a looser, sorry but that is the reality of it all. Secondly, the anti Israel stance that most of the ruling elite in the EU has, is very much noticed in Tel Aviv, and not having a good relationship with Israel, rules out doing anything in the Middle East. Israel is the hub, and only if Israel and Israeli policy makers are satisfied, can we do anything at all. Lucky for you, I have saved Israel numerous times, so I have an amassed political capital that I have tried to use making peace. I will use it as well in defusing the migrant crisis, if I get hands on through the UN. Otherwise I will focus only on the Middle Eastern peace proces. I owe this to my friends in Washington, Tel Aviv, Cairo, Teheran, Moscow and Riyadh.
Anyway, I do understand that some politicians in Europe do not like me much, I have never hidden my dislike for the European Union. But to make this work, you need me.
So, call the UN, plug me in, or cancel the project.
G-d bless the will of the almighty working according to the principle of Sodom and Gomorra.
At the synod in the Anglican church, we need to focus on two things. One; how to heal a fractured church, that feels alienated internally. Healing is here the answer. That is, trying to reach each other in dialogue, and also try and heal the wounds of controversies in earlier times.
Two; there is the very difficult problems of the clash between the islamic extremists of Sahara and the Christians in Middle Africa. These clashes are extremely violent, and we need to help them. Here I think the Anglican should be, well; Anglican. To be Anglican is not to be meek and receiving, it is to fight.
We need, as a church and as the international society, to help the Anglicans who are in harms way with the fight they are fighting. Protect them, so that they can have peace.
G-d bless the will to work in the light of the creator.
I think each church, synagogue or mosque should find something in the lore of the monotheistic religions for themselves. Conditions change, and what will work here, will not work there, or the other way around. But there are some of those themes, that are universal, and all houses of worship should remember from time to time.
There is a saying, that when Akhenaten was with his family, it was all peaceful. At least, that is what you can deduce from the pictures of his grave tomb. Families holding hands, daughter, father, sibling. This peace was a healing thing. Whenever we look at these people, we know, that deep under our religions, there is that rock bottom of faith. This is healing.
The Anglican church is in great danger of falling into pieces. Why? Because there is little faith. I remember the discussion in Oxford where rev. Brian Mountford sold a book on the crisis of the atheists in the face of the church and vice versa. It seems the Anglican church has become an empty shell.
But what is really the deep sanctient truth of the Anglican church? My forefathers came from Angles here in Denmark, and those who traveled from Denmark to England thousands of years ago, where my forefathers. Now vikings, as they are called, have a bad rep. You would then ascertain, that the deepest roots of that being Anglican is rotten. But I beg you to differ. Our forefathers where not villains, yes they were fighters and there were bandits among them. But to themselves, they held one virtue very much to their breast; the virtue of kin. Kin was the basis of their world. Their forefathers, their brothers, and their cousins. With them, they always wanted peace, so strongly, that they were willing to fight for that peace.
In this lie a truth, that will salvage the Anglican Church. The peace that Anglicans offer, is not a meek or a unmoving peace. It is an active peace. Peace is not won by prayer only, but by going out in the world, and changing it. Be with the suffering, help where help is needed. But also by supporting those who are in danger of succumbing in war.
There is another great virtue of the Anglican church, that I really like. That of it being a church of healing.
If nothing else, then do heal. Heal the community that you serve. But how do you do that? You do it by being strong in your own faith.
Why would people go to the church at sunday? To hear a boring lecture of how to behave, or listen to long psalms? No, many people are suffering, they come to hear a small word, that may lift their spirit. That word, that may give them the ability to face another week, suffering, being sick, having a joyless job, being in a difficult situation.
That healing, that Jesus Christ gave, was not a unmoving healing, something to forget about, it was an active healing. He came, and he gave.
As when he did it on a sunday, though it was forbidden and pharisees decided to take his life.
That is the true example that could redeem the Anglican Church. Heal, by faith the world that you serve, wherever is may be.
According to the german philosopher Schopenhauer, inquiry into something may rest on an honest basis, that is trying to find truth, or rest un an basically primitive and self-aware basis, that is to win the argument.
Here we have the sophists on one hand, and the true academics on the other hand. He argues, in the same line as Machiavelli, that such a thing as an honest quest for truth is not possible, as soon as you counterpart starts to fight for his point of view without any concern for the truth, the truhtseeking part will fail. So, it is better, the argument goes, to be the ones that attack, gaining an early advantage.
Sophism is everywhere these days, especially in the media, that seem have forgotten all the ideals of Voltaire, and delves into a full-blown heuristic discourse or dialectics.
The worst example is the poor little boy found dead at the beach a few weeks back, the media went all ballistic about it. At the same time, numerous sexual attacks were reported in Munich both, and that was most extensively, on other refugees, but German girls were also targeted making Munich one big brothel.
So, the media put all the focus on the one angle ignoring the other angle, making it extremely difficult for the public to truly decipher what was going on, and even worse for policy makers to make any serious decisions onto the matter.
This is a clear example of sophism. The media tends to be overwhelmingly liberal, focusing on the migrants/refugees as victims, not taking into consideration, that some of them are not victims, but in the same league as many of the bandits that roam in Africa and Middle East, Boko Haram, IS and so on.
The point is, it is a difficult situation at best, and very difficult truly. Just seeing things in a simple light may gain a feeling of superiority and a win in the political battle between conservatives and liberal. But this is too perilous a situation to throw in attacks from left to right. People are needing and generations of young women, some of them abused for years, are left in the cold because of this stupid war between left and right. We need to help these people, not tend our own little projects and power.
Well, to hope for a rational discourse is perhaps a little difficult in the situation with all the feelings running amok. But at least policy makers should keep a cool head, and act according to the maximum humanistic path. We both have to help the true refugees, and we need to protect the poor women at pray from evil men.
G-d bless the willingness to see things as they are, in the light of the creator.
It seems to me, that the cards are played differently this time. As we wind down the road, fighting IS, it actually happens that this cause will unite us all.
The atrocities, the immoral behaviour is obvious to all. It comes to the extreme that it might actually solve the Syrian crisis. If we can unite in the area, we can make peace in most of Syria, and actually stop the conflict.
This enhances the probability of a solution to the European crisis of migration. Remember the refugees in Europe comes from Syria. If the crisis is solved, the migration crisis in Europe is also solved, at least for the part of refugees that come from Syria.
All in all, it is like one of those games where all the pieces of the puzzle seem confusing in the beginning, but then all of a sudden, everything just comes together.
If this actually works, we will have peace in the Middle East, and the road is paved for a religious process uniting all three monotheistic religions.
Just like that, what a beautiful thing. It must be the work of G-d, otherwise we could not have seen such a thing.
We should look to spirit and thank him for this opportunity of peace.
In order to end the refugee streaming over the borders, a good cooperation with Assad and a hospitable understanding in the vicinity is important.
We should ask Assad what he thinks. I mean, it is his citizens that are fleeing the horrors of his country, so we need to understand what he would like us to do as well.
One thing is the need of the refugees, but what about the need of Syria? If the entire middle class flees to Germany, who will help rebuilding Syria when the war is over?
Things are not so simple, and we need to understand this in depth.
As the peace process endures and hopefully concludes in a solution where all who want peace hold their hands for a better future of The Middle East. Hopefully we can all focus on stopping the atrocities of IS, and thereby stop the warring in Syria.
It is about the power you have at your disposal, and how you use it.
We need to help the peace in Syria, in order to stop all the suffering of the people of Syria.
Things are going quite well for mr. Barack Obama in this regard, and hopefully we can crown it with a lasting peace. It will not be easy, but it is possible.
Now, the downfall of the European Union should not stop the peace process in the Middle East. I know that these two things are interconnected, but, a major war for a caliphate by Islamic State in Europe, is not exactly the best PR stunt for Islam.
Islam is, as any other religion prone to go berserk or find peace. It is like that. You can choose what you want to do yourself.
I have tried to support the downfall of IS, while I have tried to put up the framework for a cooperation between all three monotheistic religions.
We must do both, and I know this will seem difficult right now, but if the situation is controlled in Europe, hopefully the conflict will be limited.
But for now, I hope we can find as much peace as possible, for the wellbeing of man. And always remember, the Jew, gentile, Christian, Muslim or atheist, we are all people, created in the vision of spirit.
we can choose to go down in hail of flame as the IS supporters, or we can choose to serve mankind.
G-d bless the will to be peaceful in the face of overwhelming odds.
The entire EU is under an immense pressure, and as mr. Jean-Claude Juncker said, the bells are tolling. The tools that I have given will work, but it will only take off the pressure, all the inherent problems of islamic extremism and the works, will still be there, and it will grow worse and worse until we take it seriously.
Talking about Germany, it is pretty obvious, that things have gone horribly wrong. Fighting in the streets, mayhem in München and so on and so forth.
This will take a long time to do something about, but we need to do it.
Conflict is bound to arise, due to the simple fact, that many of the Muslims in Europe are even more radical than in the Middle East, and more well equipped with money and resources.
This will go down some kind of horrible path anyway, and there is not a question on to whether we should tackle it, but rather on what scale and with what means.
As always, the more efficient and humane you tackle a crisis, the less it will develop into a full scale war. But I seriously have my doubts as to whether we will succeed in tackling this with the least possible violence.
It will be violent, it already is. We are moving away from the 68´ths values and ideas, and moving towards the conclusion of their flawed ideas.
It will hell, and from that hell something will eventually rise, I seriously hope it will a democratic and conservative/humanistic order. But, that will require action from those who believe in that. Serious action, with humanity and honesty as a goal.
How do you fight a war without being seriously morally debased?
You do it, by always looking at the the end result of your game, and by never loosing sight of your means.
If you start using means that are too harsh, you have a problem. But if you always use the least possible means to solve a situation, you will win morally.
G-d bless Germany as he struggles with the flood overwhelming his barriers.
My feeling is, that there is a bit of movement in my bid to start a cooperation with the UNHCR. It would make sense, if I was an employee or an ambassador, I could reach out to all the players in the Middle East, and start the peace process in earnest.
Many in Iran see the West as an immoral place. In some ways they are right. There is a lot of corruption and double talk in the West. But recently, due to the end of the Cold war, and the advent of the Internet, things have started to change.
It started with mr. Barack Obamas bid to change the foreign policy to a more honest approach, and now it has, so far, concluded itself in the peace process.
The current leaders of the West are all trying to find solutions that are as ethical as possible. Working for peace.
But, we need to ramp up the process, and the marriage of my ideas with the ideas of UNHCR makes sense. I will be able to apply a deeper level of philosophical thinking, and perhaps make a problem solving institute in the service of mankind. I have the backing of the Americans, and therefor we could see and end to war in the Middle East, at least on a multinational level.
Add to this the work on the refugee crisis, and we would have numerous solutions at hand.
We will have peace, though the path will be rugged and difficult. But lives are holy, and we should all remember, that in the eye of spirit, each grain of life is a reflection of him, and we should act accordingly, with respect and care for all life.
G-d bless the will to be humble in a difficult and devastating row of problems meeting us.
Politics according to Seneca, is about seeing things as they are. If we make our decisions based on how we would like it to be, we make wrongs assumptions. But if we make decisions based on truth, we make good decisions.
Now, concerning the ongoing debate on migration. We have come some way. My basic idea about differentiating the migrants in refugees and economic migrants will grant a huge relief in the handling of the migrant flow. There is nothing illegal or wrong in protecting ones nation or liga against people who wish to wander and settle on its territory.
This flow will, most probably, increase in the following years, due to a falling population in Europe and a burgeoning population in Africa and the Middle East.
There are no easy solutions to this problem, and the level of security will have to be beefed up seriously. It will be bloody, and keep up getting more bloody. We are entering a phase in human history where the green earth cannot sustain its humans, and as Darwin correctly theorised, the strong will subdue the weak.
We have a good relationship to all the nations that are in trouble, and we can help, but there is only so much we can do. It will be devastating, and the wars that will ravage the African continent will be severe. It will be a human catastrophe, that cannot be solved by Europe. We can do all we can to help, but we cannot save Africa.
The other thing we have to realise is the fact, that the main problem with the migrants that are coming now, is the fact that they are Muslim. I like Muslims, not the IS, but apart from that, I like Muslims.
But, there is a history of conflict and warfare in Europe between the Muslim countries and European countries. This conflict goes all the way back to the beginning of Islam, and has been going on for 1500 years.
This means, that the conflict has very deep roots. The flow of Muslim migrants will feed into the animosity that has been historically, and is wakening old conflicts.
In Poland they remember their national hero Jan III Sobieski who defeated the ottoman invasion in Vienna, in Hungary the war is all too close not to remember. At the Muslim side, it is the same. Old wounds ripped up because we thought that all conflict was over, and we could just relax and smoke a joint. Guess what, we were wrong.
So far, the conflict has been guided into a fight between democracy and Islam, hence the fight against Islamic state. But who knows what will happen in the future. The Vikings are on the rise, because we are the basic answer to the Muslim migration. I have friends with a deep belief in the old gods, and if they truly are let loose, we will have a war so fierce that the hundred year war was a picnic in the Picadilly. Two sacrificing war religions in each others teeth, that will call for an apocalypse.
My responsibility is to the vikings, so I will follow them, but I truly hope, that we do not have to come so far.
But, all in all, all the talk about moving around refugees does not work due simply to the fact, that they will, voluntary or involuntarily feed into this apocalyptic conflict.
We need to defuse that conflict before it goes off.
This we do by, at the one hand, fighting and repatriating IS warriors on European ground, and at the other hand, giving the Muslim refugees serious help in the vicinity of their homeland. The help should not be halfhearted or lack resources, we should really help.
I know that these things are hard to face, but we need to face them with an honest and open heart, to defuse the the conflicts that we see coming.
Hard lessons and hard measures. But if we do nothing, the Ragnarok coming will be so terrible, that we have never seen anything like it. It will change the world into a very dark and sinister place.
G-d bless the will to be honest in a difficult situation.
There is a lot of discussion going on in the wake of the tsunami of refugees in Europe. As mr. Putin have said; it is not something we should be surprised about. If you invite people, well, then they tend to come.
The problem is just, that the entire Schengen system has made it possible for migrants to wander unhindered to where they want, giving the southern European countries a motive to let them wander on, and the northern european countries a bit of a headache. In this situation we all discuss, no rather we fight about the moral high ground. Left versus right.
Now there is however one solution that has not been tested so far. What about a compromise?
A compromise is a difficult thing, each side needs to feel that it has won an equal share of the fight. Therefor intelligent diplomacy must be used to make both sides feel and see that they have exactly the right share of the deal.
This works if you do it with truth. As in the discussion about the fight against radical islam. The compromise is, that only holy warriors who fight for an islamic state are enemies of the West and East now, hence the fight against Islamic state. Muslims who are not into the fight against democracy for an Islamic state are friends, and should be helped and protected. Hence the cooperation with his highness mr Al-Sisi and Saudi Arabia.
In the peace deal we are trying to forge in the Middle East, it is the same. The Gaza strip palestinians are not exactly examples of moral fortitude, and we cannot make deals with them. But the Iranians however are listening and are following us on the path of peace. Again a compromise.
If we look at the situation in Europe, where do we then find the compromise here?
At one hand, we have seen many refugees who are extremely aggressive, and we already have a lot of problems with Islamic extremists in Europe. These are not wanting our help, but are seeking to destroy our existence. We however also see people who are truly in need of our help, and these we should help. The fact of the matter however is, that those who are most in need are close to the countries where they come from. So a focus on the vicinity of the warring countries would actually help the most.
Compromises are what leads to peace, idealism without compromise is what leads to war. If we are uncompromising of our ideals and never want to stop, but stubbornly continue our fight for what we think is right, war comes. If we however look at things as they are, and fight the evil and support the good, we will win peace.
G-d bless the will to be intelligent and wise in the face of a ongoing crisis.
It is a bit of a problem if we are controlled too much by the dark side of media. Just because the media are trying to rule by using emotional images, we should not heed to this kind of mob rule, because that is really all it is. There is not much reflection in a picture. Yes, it is a terrible picture, yes, the conflict is spiralling out of control, yes the migration is a humane catastrophe.
But it is bit more complicated than just a picture, and leaving no room for an intelligent solution, will just make things worse.
In this way Europe will not be an ideal or a place to respect, if mobrule is the rule of the day. I am not saying, that we should curb the freedom of speech, on contrary, I believe that we should strengthen the ability to talk freely.
But our media are so far from what is was supposed to be in the beginning; a vehicle for rational thought and enlightenment. It has been degraded into a tool of propaganda, that is one way tool of information that has no base in truth.
The truth is, that the migration is mainly young men, and they are fleeing poverty. Those who flee the war are actually in relative peace in and around the country of war, but just extremely poor due to the terrible situation in the refugee camps.
This we off cause have a responsibility to do something about, but who says that it should be welcoming all refugees in Europe for a permanent settlement?
If Europe had the ability and economic room to house all refugees, well we should, but a more fair distribution and a nonpermanent solution would be better, because Europe is right now reeling from the impact of refugees, and falling apart. This is not good either.
Finding a balanced solution, where all are better off, is the better deal.
In this situation where media is reduced to propaganda, all rationality is showed out of the window, and that is a bad thing.
There is one country that, above all, has to face its own demons. Germany. As it annihilated most of the Jews just sixty years ago, this crime against us Jews, is hard to forgive. But, this does not, at the other hand, justify the elimination of Germans. I do not think that it will come to that, but with the current pressure on the German system, Germany may lose the sway and control over its territory. Leaving Germans at the mercy of a war that will compare very much to the last one. Just more savage and in the street.
There is still time to fix the problem within a humane frame, and without too much violence. But the clock is ticking, and Angela Merkel needs to act.
Face it, there is no such thing as more distribution of migrants, it will not happen. My plan is, at best, a very long shot. A lot of things has to work to make it function, but at least, it is a fair chance.
But we need to act, now. Call the UN, put pressure on them to set the plan in motion. At the meanwhile, I will try and pressure where I can.
If the UN accepts the plan, we can, with their blessing, make it work. There will be force involved, because many of the people who are migrating will be unhappy with the arrangement. So we need to figure out a way to do it with the acceptance and the cooperation of all nations involved. If someone comes from Somalia, we need to work with the Somalian government to arrange the transfer or sending of Somalian citizens who are illegally on German territory or other European ground. Again, it has to be done with utmost care, and with respect for all the human rights of the refugees.
It also has to be an open process, no lies, no cover up. We need to do this right from the beginning, explain what we are doing, and how we are doing it. Make it transparent and in coordination with all international bodies and relevant authorities.
Do this, and we have a chance to defuse the situation, but it will be extremely difficult, and close to mission impossible. But, we have been there before, and with the right skills and an honest heart, it can be done.
G-d bless Germany, and may she live long and strong.
The discussion on the migrant crisis is ongoing. Look at it this way, there is only one serious solution right now. That is the rise of European sponsored nations in the Middle East.
I understand, that the European Union and Germany is fighting for a more fair dissipation between the entire European continent of refugees.
Simply because this cannot work in many European countries. Take Sweden, here the Sweden democrats is now the largest party in the Swedish parliament because they are against the migration plans of the ruling elite. The national political systems simply cannot afford it.
So, we need another solution, and here my solution is really the only humanistic solution.
It involves me at the helm, and I understand, that the rulers are a bit reluctant to give me all that power. But, at the other hand, look at what I have done in the last five years, ever since I met my fair wife and got my own family. It has been constructive and humane. You grow up. When you are young you are rebellious, when you grow older you mature.
So, I really implore you to make the necessary arrangements. We are looking at a crisis that is so destructive, that we need to solve it. Babies are dying in the waters, and we need to stop it.
G-d bless the will to be honest in a difficult situation.
Tackling the migrant crisis is extremely difficult, especially for Germany with its history of persecuting the Jews. Not helping refugees will call back all those years where the Jews were under fire, the Shoa.
Now, I like Germany. I have been there many, many times, especially with my samba dancing group. In fact I feel I know Germany. I am not naiv, I have also heard Germans who were asking themselves why Denmark was not a part of Germany.
At the other hand, many Eastern Germans love Danes for their peacefulness during the cold war, with our hygge and Olsen Banden.
But, at the end, finding a solution to the migrant problem hold one major obstacle; it has to be an ethical solution.
This is extremely difficult, because moving around people in need is a bad thing to do.
If we, however, look at my proposal, it takes this problem under consideration. The main problem of the refugees are three. One, they need shelter, two they need medical treatment, three, they need education and addition of skills. After they have gained that, they need to be able to make a future.
The problem with the refugees, however, is the fact, that the refugees that come to Europe are not the weak refugees. To get so far, you need a lot of ressourcer; connections, money, physical health. I have not, for one, seen a refugee in Denmark that were not in the best of health. So, what about all those copts, Yazidi and Christian Assyrians and many other minorities that are weak and under fire. How do they cope? The answer is; they do not. They do not cope, they perish. So while we discuss all the refugees in Europe, the weak refugees die.
So morally, this is lopsided. Therefor, we need to get close to where the wars are, and make nations there. This will ensure that the weak refugees will be sheltered. It also makes an ethical solution to the problem itself. Then it will not just be a matter of moving people around. It will be a matter of actually helping those in need, and giving those not so much in need a better future, but not just in Europe. It will also ensure, that the skills we give them, can be used in their home country, where they much more needed to rebuild the countries when the war is over. Good arguments all.
Then there is the questions about the price tag. Look at it this way. The migrants in Europe already are extremely expensive. If they are moved to the Middle East. They will be cheaper. Because housing, education and so on is much cheaper in the Middle East.
The thing is; the solution should involve serious involvement by the Europeans. We should not just set up camps, but make nations they could get by in. When the crisis they run away from, we can slowly migrate the project back to their country, in effect giving the refugees a wealthfarestate, trained civil servants and trained security personell. In this way, we would actually help in the area.
Concerning the Syrian war, we had a part in doing it. It was, originally a part of the Arab spring, that went wrong. So we have responsibility.
G-d bless the will to think clear and make new moves.
Concerning the crisis of migration, I think it is a good idea to take a step back, and look at things with calm.
I have just finished the stoic work of the Roman Seneca about peace of mind. I think it has a number of principles we can use to tackle the crisis.
First of all, we need to take it calm. The current crisis is spinning out of control, and the fall of the European Union is imminent. If Schengen falls, the Union is doomed. It has been coming for many years, and we are reasonably prepared. At least in Northern Europe, and in Middle Europe, we have strengthened the democratic core of the nations, and in south it is a bit less destructive to loose the strong arm of the Union, perhaps even a relief.
Looking at the crisis specifically, we need to see it as it is. Instead of taking sides in the debate for and against the migration. We need to look at it calm, and tackle it with precision and virtue. We cannot choose sides, but do what is necessary, with the least amount of suffering to all sides.
Since most of the migrants are not refugees, we need to send them back to their home country. Simply and with as little fuss as possible. It is not illegal, there are no rules we break, and then we should just do it. This will require ressources allocated from the military, and they should deployed with grace and as little personal threat as possible.
Concerning the refugees, we need to make the nations I have discussed. This will be quite a bit harder, but can be possible, if I am at the helm. This is, however necessary, because it will need quite a bit of skill in handling Middle Easterners, something only I can do, because I am the only one who knows enough about the culture, and has the necessary experience.
If the UN is capable of taking care of the logistics, and the West is prepared to pay, we can do it. But we need to move fast and act fast. There is no time to lose, and it will take a while to set up.
G-d bless the will of the soft hearted person, using his skills to defuse quite a problem.
I may have got an opening in my quest to find a decent job, that may actually make it possible for me to guarantee my service to the international agreement in the Iran deal.
To make it work in the long run, I need to be more than just a gifted blogger boheme, and actually have a living to underpin my work.
Through the order of st. John, where I happen to be a commander, my immediate superior knight has put in a word in UNDP to make it possible for me to work on my ideas on solving the migrant crisis in Europe.
This is quite good, if this works, I can work on guaranteeing the Iran deal, and help solve the European migrant crisis.
If anyone reads this, and can get word to the UN, specifically Mette Fjelland in UNDP, please do so, it will be a huge favour, and I will be able to lift my work from a hobby to a profession. Hobby work is ok, if it does not entail so much responsibility, but the Iran deal is above hobby status.
Please, if anyone, especially in the US administration wish for this deal to come clear and work. Help me get my things together, and make it happen. Please, and thank you.
Finding G-d goes through many paths. It can be contemplation, intellectual research, sacrifice og prayer. But there is one path, I believe we should prioritize and not forget that, instantly, gives us something, not only spiritually, but also just for our joy, the aim of art; beauty.
We, as conservatives, strive, as always for a rebirth of the ancient traditions. Not that these traditions cannot change in face of reality, but development should be done through the marriage of ancient principles with the world we are living in. Through understanding what used to be ideas of worth and quality in the light of present day. This is truly renaissance, as I see it. Socrates had his ideas about free speech thousands of years ago, but today we try and understand them in the light of the challenges we are met with.
So what about renaissance today? Art and beauty are sought through millennia, thousands and thousands of years. As realized in innumerable edifices around the world. Things that morons and uncivilized people destroy as in Iraq and Palmyra today.
This strife between beauty and barbarity should not drag us down on the level of the barbarians, but lift us to strife for more beauty, not less.
What is beauty really? To answer this question, we, off cause, have to see it in an Egyptian light. Most of the ideas behind what we today know as aestethics or ideas of beauty, are renaissance ideas. That is platonic ideas realized in, especially, the Italian renaissance. Add to this Vitruvius, a Roman, we can all see what it points to; Pythagoras.
Pythagoras was the Greek that, as Plato, had had a long stay in the classical Egyptian society, before et actually fell to Alexander the Great. That is, before it got conquered, and slowly went into decline.
At the time, Egypt was the true land of wonder and magic. It held numerous secrets, that we relay today through, among other sources; the bible, and especially the founder of Judaism truly; Moses.
Anyway, Pythagoras really siphoned a lot of secrets from his stay in Egypt, among them the basic of musical theory, and, I believe, of beauty itself.
Beauty is, according to Egyptian lore; the science of geometry. We can see it in the Egyptian pyramids; perfect geometrical structures.
But not only in architecture do we find geometry, we also find it in painting, where Leornado da Vinci realized the mathematical principle behind the figure of Mona Lisa. The Egyptians had developed a kind of map of the body, that they used to make their statues. This lore was learned and used by the Romans in their statue making, among other things, making statues as Michelangelo did. The statue of David, being one of the most famous.
This is truly what is threatened by Islamic State, this search for beauty and eloquence. Islamic state are harbingers of evil and chaos, and they are therefor the definition of ugly and depraved, as they show in defiling ancient sites of beauty. What a shame for mankind, having these rural depravities having sway over the inheritance of man. Barbarity and stupidity, once more roll over our shores, smashing beauty, destroying our civilization from within.
We should remember this, when we fight these barbarians, they are here to quell beauty as well as honesty and light.
I am an academic, but not one of the usual ones. Usually academics are in churches, universities or other schools. Working with education and research that is to the good of the society.
Since our societies are on a very downward course, these days it is difficult to be in a university. The academic level is very low, the strings attached is manyfold, and you end up pushing things around and not really making any progress.
I realized this at the beginning of my career, so I chose to be independent.
The good thing about that, is the possibility to go your own ways, and for society, this is extremely vital, because a society needs new ideas to flourish.
But the backside of the coin is the fact, that it has become increasingly difficult for me to relate to all the other academic life. I am kind of a wild thing, living in the woods, an unpolished diamond, that have difficulty when dragged into the halls of academia again.
I realize this, after reflecting on my visit to Oxford. Honestly, it was a thrill, and I did make a good friend, so for that it was ok. But as for acceptance in the academic world, it was a true disaster.
I did everything wrong. I fought too much with my things, instead of just relaxing, I aimed too high, so that noone really understood what I wanted, and I could not relax.
But, hey, this was my first meeting with the university world in ten years or more. The last time I was in a university, if one could call it that, was when I was a lowly assistant, at the very bottom rung of the system. The professors scolded me on that occasion, so much that it is still impossible for me to have an academic career here in Denmark.
I feel like a sailor, coming ashore after a long voyage. All the landlubbers are scribbling away in languages that I do not care for, or understand.
Because out here on the sea, is where we tell yarns and meet the wrath of the sea.
These are the things I write about. The clashes of civilization, the murder of my friends, and the tall waves of cultures pounding each other.
And when I get ashore, I feel like a man out of my real element. I feel lost and do not really know how to behave. Not that I do not like the modern luxuries of the city and the populated life. I am just to rough at the edges to really enjoy it.
If academia wants me to a part of it, not that they should, but if they want, they should basically accept my stupid mannerisms, and my lack of eloquence.
I have wisdom, won in harsh sailing here at the open sea, this I try to give on to others. But I do not understand all the finer ways of academia anymore, so if you want to work with me, understand my predicament and quality.
G-d bless the will of the beautiful light of the academies.
You can attack the idea of marriage and family from different points of view. You can do it from the point of st. Augustin, as I did with the posting of faith, hope and love. You can do it in a Platonic view, as I did in my writings on the dialogue Meno, or you can do it in an existentialistic view. That is Kierkegaard.
Kierkegaard was a little special, because he never really married. He had this life long infatuation with this beautiful girl Regine. In a very Goethiean way, that is artistically in love with someone he could not get, he saw love and marriage as an ideal that was unattainable.
But, at the other hand, the attainableness is different in real life. I mean, we have to be married and get kids, right.
Kierkegaard is really the psychological Christian philosopher. He talks about angst and focuses a lot on the inner mechanisms of the soul.
This is good in a modern world, because psychology is all over. But I also think, that this is really the problem of the modern world. We listen too much to psychology, and too little to philosophy. Kierkegaard is a bridge in this regard.
Basically he aims, as all theologians, for love. But opposed to psychologists, he believes that there is a G-d beneath the equation. So, all he sees in his analysis of the mind is always with the aim of reaching spiritual fulfillment.
One of the principles that really made sense to me, reading Kierkegaard, was his ideas of barriers. A lot of us are living in shells. These shells are due to mistreatment, and are really scars. If we grow up in a very harsh environment, as we do here in Scandinavia, we get calloused and retract into ourselves. This leaves us egoistic and uncaring.
This coldness we give on to our children, and we end up in a cycle of harshness and toughness.
This may be good in war, but in family matters it is not good. This is why we need to be open.
Openess is an ability to live without our psychological defenses up all the time. But, then again, to be open in a family, you also need to be careful with your wife. Because how can she remain open, if you do not respect her?
This leads to idea of respect as a ground virtue of marriage. As Løgstrup also say; we carry each other. If I choose to step aside and do my own thing, my wife will fall. If she and I choose to carry each other, sacrifice ourselves in the process, helping each other, work as one, then life will work in the end.
It is, in a Scandinavian perspective at least, an eternal fight for sustenance and joy. A difficult thing i a cold country, but what we have to do nonetheless. The salvation here lies in sacrifice for your loved ones. Carry your kids and your wife on your broad shoulders. Shelter them when the rain comes, and build a safe house for them to life in, and then you may call yourself a man.
It is difficult to be true in politics. All the pressure, all the interests that is vested in your person and what you do. Lobbyism or journalism is always there to try set their agenda, not your agenda. True friendship is very, very rare, and almost no one is clean.
This is truly the root cause of the problem in the West. We have lost our dignity and virtue, and is prone to accept things, if there is a pay check at the other end.
So what do we really do to counter this lure of democracy, the weakness of democracy?
I am reading Senece these days, I stumbled upon him yesterday in a free public library. He is this old and wise Roman praetor and consule.
In his work “On peace of mind”, he has a lot of good advice. First of all, we have to see it for what it is. All the people who wants something from us, they are in their business. It is not that they are not good for something, but we have to be realistic about their aims and their background.
But they are incredibly annoying, and therefor we need to able to have peace somewhere. Seneca talks about a simple place in the countryside, where he can redraw to, and find his peace of mind again. Then he talks about elation in opposition to gloom and doom. He says, that peace of mind is in the middle. To keep away from too much ravening, and too much depression.
This is a stoic idea, that is an idea that originally came from Zeno, a Phoenician, and should be seen in this context. It is not a truly original Roman idea, but actually from one of its competitors. Rome has always been good at taking in new ideas and make it its own.
Anyway, virtue, that is really at the core of this discussion, is what it is about. We have to be honest and simple in what we do. Listen to the public, and try and understand their needs.
If we live a simple live, we are not as prone to be lured into the fallacy of materialism. We are not as easily seduced by money or flatter, but can continue being what it is all about; being servants to the public.
G-d bless the will to be simple and honest in the face of seduction and too much fuss.
The world is both like an oyster and on a path to hell. At one end, we have all the possibilities of a new world. At the other hand, we have the hell that is upon us with Islamic State. It is like an endless void blistering with light. Finding those lights, and navigating the sea is what will get us to those lights and shed the fear and the problems of the darkness and the endless sucking material seductive apocalypse.
Talking about apocalypse. Let me please present you with my ideas of solving of the current migration crisis in Europe.
First of all, we need to see this challenge in an international light. We know, that Africa is confronted with some of the same challenges that Europe is confronted with. And though Africa thinks we do not see them, please reconsider. We do; we are listening to the Copts and the Assyrians and though Africa has truly fundamental differences, we are also very much on the same boat.
What Africa confronts right now, is islamic extremism. We have seen it in many of the middle african countries. Scourges of the earth as Boko Haram are giving war to african countries, and we have helped.
The same development is seen in Europe. A few days ago heroic americans fought down an islamic terrorist in France. So it is the same problem just on different continents. But as we are much stronger militarily in Europe, sometimes africans need our help. We help, and we are making friends in the process. Because of all the friends the Africans may have, the Europeans are the most likely to come to aid, because we are sharing challenges. But, this also includes a less harsh treatment of the European descendants in Africa. We cannot continue the ethnic cleansing of European farmers in Africa, not if we are to stand in unison against the islamists.
Talking about Europe, we are facing a dilemma. At one hand, we need to be humane towards the refugees and immigrants that seek shelter in Europe, at the other hand, we need to tackle the extremist who are among the immigrants. It is a dilemma.
In a dilemma, we need to think things through to find a solution. Not doing anything is a huge problem, because we will end up being swallowed by islamist fighters. Shoving all migrants into boats and the sinking the boats as the European Union is doing now, is simply inhumane.
